Poor service and breach of trust

We have shifted and staying in Sun Towers - C Block developed by Shipra Group for the last 5 months. Following are my complains:
1. All vitrified tiles are cracking day by day. There is hollow sound when tiles are tapped.Most unsafe to walk over them.
2 All Bathrooms slopes are uneven and water does not get drained and causing water logging. Bathroom tiles not at uniform level, there is wide gaps between the tiles.
3. Cracks on the Commode seats and Commode seat covers are found invariably broken.
4. Almost all Electrical switches are not fitted in a straight way but they are skewed.
5. Almost in all bathrooms you will find - dirty water leakage and seepage from the top bathroom and toilet above each floor.
6. Bathroom showers will spray water everywhere except where it is required.
7. Electrical power is not provided in all points
8. Power back up charges are exorbitantly high (more than Rs. 11.50 per unit) and meters are faulty
9. Poor maintainance service
