Resolved

Signed up for a "risk free" sample agreeing only to postage charge. 2 x samples arrived and I found I'd been charged for 2 x deliveries of different products. Two weeks later I have found that £95.00 and £89.00 has been taken from my bank account without my authorisation.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
