Shenzhen JieSheng Electronics Limited review: Crooked seller

I am really strapped here. I ordered two lots of electronic relays, both orders amounting to 69GBP each (138GBP total). On both occasions he supplied me with the wrong items. I put a complaint in the disputes section to where he asked me to send them back to where he would replace them with the correct ones.

I did so, but complained bitterly to him about the 9.6GBP shipping costs. After a few weeks he refunded me for the first lot, but then only refunded me 9.60GBP for the second lot which I took as being the return shipping costs.

Then began a to and fro about refunding to my bank account, and that he could only refund it to an HSBC account. For the past six weeks he will not even answer my emails.

I cannot find anything anywhere on the Alibaba site where I raise this issue. I cannot find anything to where I can raise a complaint.

Frankly, I am so sickened about this that I am about to post this on the USA Better Business Website. I don’t really feel safe using Alibaba ever again.
