Shenddahair Factory. I started by buying a sample of the Brazilian hair that they sell, they sent it to me here in South Africa because I wanted to assess the quality before I start buying in bulk. I received it, I liked the quality, then I decided to start buying in bulks, the man CAN KE HUANG was helping me, I sent him USD325 and he didn't respond to any of my emails after that, didn't sent the products, plain ignores me although before this our communication was smooth, I used to get quick response from him. His other name is Kevin. This is their website http://www.shengdahair.com/. They work on hope, start by sending the client a sample so that one can trust them, and then when you make the big order, the money is gone, and I have never heard from them, and I have consistently tried to communicate with them, but nothing from them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was also a victim of the same man who goes by the name Kevin Martin aka CAN KE HUANG. After near perfect email communications via emails, the man suddenly stopped responding to emails the day he got my money. His numbers now he answered in Chinese and I have now given up on ever recovering my money. I would advise anyone against dealing with this fraudster under any circumstances!
I have reported the contact to which we have made payment to Moneygramm and wester union, and then I sent email all'uffico for economic relations of the Italian consulate in China ... after two months the site is still operating but are returned email messages as if their box was full or out of service
