Shell employee at shell gas station

Hello. I am a frequent customer at your Shell Gas station at 145 Emerald Drive in Vista, CA and lately, I have been avoiding going to your gas station because of a specific employee. I'm afraid I don't know his name, but every time I go into the store to pay for my gas, he sexually harasses me. He calls me Baby, and Honey, and Love, and comments on how beautiful I am even if I'm just trying to get my gas and leave. He frequently asks me if I have a boyfriend, and if I want to hang out and talk sometime. Each confrontation is more uncomfortable than the next. Each time I turn him down, he looks angry, and it makes me fear for my safety. I came in there with a guy friend once, and ever since then he'll ask if that guy is with me and if he's my boyfriend. He has learned to recognize my car when I pull up and stares at me out the window by the register. It has gotten to the point where my mother has banned me from going to our gas station for fear of me getting hurt. She herself has gone in and experienced something similar with the same man. We both fear him. So we have stopped coming to this gas station. But we will gladly return if and when action is taken against this man. He has dark hair, medium height, and a very strong accent that I'm not sure of but may be middle eastern. Please feel free to contact me if you need more description. Shell v power

I got a gas voucher from new mexico works solutions, they told me only place i can het gas is shell, I put ten bucks in, started driving, didnt make it far before truck just completely shut off, i put gas directly in carburetor, got is started, shut off a few more times, kept putting gas in carburetor, finally got it home, this was the night of December 5, the next day it started after putting gas in carburetor, it got me to work, but was not able to make it home, not even putting gas in carburetor was working anymore, my pickup is a 1990 dodge D 150

Shell customer service

Never have a receipt paper of pump outside, I ask the women when I return of the bathroom inside and she tell me why I don't install the paper inside the machine for her with actitud manner, also she said I have a small dick, just because I reclaimed my right . This happened today 12/06/2016

Shell racist clerk

Hello there,

My name is abby and while I am not at all the type of person to allow ignorant behavior to bother me. I really must be affected by how very poorly I was treated on friday december 2nd 2016. My fiancé' andre and I were on our way to a pre engagement when we decided to get some gas from our neighborhood shell gas station: (6833 177 st nw, edmonton ab, t5t 4k3) while andre was filling up his tank, I walked inside to make some scratch card purchases. The store was completely empty, a clerk was not at the cash register as I approached. I spent about 20 seconds looking at the array of scratch cards, through the glass on the counter top before an attendant showed up to assist me. I greeted the young man with a hello how are you? Then politely asked for him to please show me the cards so I could pick a few. The attendant then took the scratch cards from under the glass and took two steps back with the scratch cards in hand. I then asked him if he could please come closer so that I am able to see the scratch cards better. He then threw the entire scratch card selection at me with a smirk on his face. I truly was in a state of shock at this point because I had never been so poorly treated by a retail clerk ever, but I still made my purchases. At this point andre had entered the gas station to pay for the gas and I did not mention the incident to him, fearing he might have reacted very hostile to the clerk. It's been three days since this incident occurred and I just can't shake the feeling being treated so poorly with out cause. Is this acceptable behavior from one of your employees? This is the closest gas station to me and I use to feel so proud of how clean and friendly the staff usually are. I'm truly hurt by the way I was treated. I do not have a receipt from my purchases, but I called my bank and they were able to give me the following information about the transaction: time: 1:32 pm, day: friday december 2nd 2016, bank id: 302, receipt # 0006430. I really do visit this gas station often and going forward I hope to be treated much better maybe some "customer service" to a frequent customer please.

Shell attendant

We shop at our local shell almost everyday. I have bank statements to prove it. Last night we went in to purchase cigarettes for 10.51. Unfortunately we were told our card was declined even though the balnce on our debit card was 15.00. Confused I called the bank AND went to our wellsfargo app. The bank told us that the last transction was at the Shell station for 10.51, leaving 3.00 in our account. We did this in front of the two store attendants. They would not help us. They said we had to wait two days for the bank. The bank told us that the transaction went through. I feel robbed. Not only are we going without ciggerettes for two days but we were humilited in front of at lest six people in line. The attendats were rude and one actually cursed at us.
We live at Camden Bay located directly behind Shell so needless to say we spend alot of money there. We fill up our car and buy ciggerettes almost every other day. I am very upset about this situation. The bank cannot do anything unless I file a fraud claim. I would appreciate this matter being resolved soon. I realize that it is only 10.51 but we live paycheck to paycheck like a good portion of this country and to have a corporation steal money from us is just wrong.

Shell shell gas station in fennville michigan

-Employee are showing up not in correct uniforms or taking off uniform shirt wearing inappropriate tank top
-Saw employees smoking marijuana in the car wash area at night during work hours
-Employees taking off shoes or wearing sandals
-One employee has a personal heigene problem smells every time I go in there complained to manager, manager will not talk to her about it

Shell poor customer service

On Dec 1, 2016 at 10:17 pm, I tried to go inside the Shell Station (EP Mart #11, as listed on my receipt) located on 201 S Wesleyan in Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (address listed on receipt). I wanted to pay for gas using cash, but when I tried to enter, the door was locked. I waited to see if an employee would come to unlock it, but when one of the two employees working that night noticed me at the door, she continued to sit in her chair behind the register and informed me that they were taking a 10 minute break. I ended up paying for the gas using my debit card at the gas pump. I'm not sure if that's company policy to close down the store during break, but if it is, it is incredibly inconvenient. It was already late at night and all I needed was enough gas to get home; being told that I would have to wait while the workers took a "10 minute break" was infuriating.

Shell spoiled milk

I went to the shell at ex 63 around midnight to get milk. Drove all the way home and the crap had cottage cheese floating in it. Didnt have to taste to tell it was spoiled beyond drinking. So had my husband take me all the way back to swap out for another. Went it dhowed the cashier, he was cool let me exchange. On the way out, I passed the egghead whos coming in at 12. So ...go to car, opened it in the parking lot, same thing. Both had expiration date of Dec 10, but despite what the date says, if there is cottage cheese in it, you shouldnt be selling it. My husband and I spend a $100 a week at this stupid place and this smart butt asst mgr Mike Olsen refused to credit my money back to my card because. I OPENED it ? Are you kidding me? Of course I opened it, considering the gallon isnt clear, and I just got a spoiled one from ya. So wtf shell? Is this really how you let you mgrs run the place? You all just sell spoiled milk thats undrinkable, blanetly ripping ppl off? Its flat out ridiculous. ..Shell you owe me $5! Point blank. I demand something be done about this and Mike needs to be retrained and go read back up on his customer service training points, cause he sure didnt learn anything while he trained to get his big asst mgr title. Him of all ppl should know $5 is a lot to flush down the toliet, considering after taxes that probably about all he brings home an hour. What a freakin piece of work he is, wants to act like if he refunded my card, it would come out of HIS pocket...but NOPE, its really coming out of your Shell. Cause not only will I not spend my $400 a month their at your one igornatly ran store, but i have 5k friend's I am gonna share this with on Facebook, and then they will share and on and on. I am fed up with attitude from ill angered petty cashiers who want to play power stuggle with a customer. Its ridiculous! I wanted a bowl or cereal...thats all ..and in stead this bad person basically stole $5 off me.
Now, just what is gonna be done about this cause I am beyond dissatisfied ?

Shell unsafe practices, rude customer service by station employee

We have been frequenting the Boones Corner Shell gas station for years, however, this was the last time we will do ANY business with this location. On Sunday, November 27th, at approx 3:40 PM, my husband and I stopped to fill our vehicle up at pump 10. I went in to give the cashier my BiLo rewards card and wait for my husband to fill up so I could pay. My husband began filling up and came inside because another customer at pump 9 was pumping gas into his RUNNING truck, and smoking a cigarette while doing so. My husband has seen man at the station often as he sells wood out of his truck there. There were two women working, and he spoke with the cashier who had dark hair. He stated he suspected the man was a friend of theirs because he sold wood there, but that he was concerned because he was smoking while filling up his truck while it was running. She did not reply and he went back to filling our vehicle. She did, however, laugh after he walked out and then proceeded to tell the man when he came in what my husband had said. She stated he obviously did not know that if the pump blew up, it would not hurt him, only the guy pumping while smoking! They discussed the conversation and laughed about it! I am not sure if this cashier realized the man she was making fun of was my husband, but this was definitely the RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced. It is also showed your employees have NO REGARD for the safety of your customers or your property. ( Please correct me if I misread the signage prohibited smoking, turning vehicle off, and no cell phone use while pumping gas. ) The blonde cashier waiting on me, who I believe knew he was my husband, remained polite throughout their offensive behavior.
I am not sure we will ever use another Shell gas station if this is an example of how your staff is trained to treat customer. Due to the safety issue, as well as poor customer service, we will be relaying our experience to friends and family.
Our hope is that someone at the Shell company will be as concerned about this matter as we were, and take steps to properly train employees at your gas stations.

Shell pump didn't stop and unethical behaviour

I pumped the gas at the gas station and the throttle was locked out and it spilled at least 10 gallons of Gas. The cashier had to put that pump out of service. Due to a lot of spillage my car smelled Gas and while driving home I felt dizzy and threw up due to the strong smell of Gas.
I asked for the money back and the cashier told me to talk to "Joseph" who is the manager of that station. I waited until today Monday 11/28/2016 and called and spoke with Joseph.

Initially Joseph said he will take care of it and return my money as the pump was defective but needed some time to review. He asked for my name and once I told him my name, he said that he will not pay me any money since I am an Immigrant and a Muslim. He started swearing and yelling at me.

He said that I was trying to rip him off and that he will not pay me any money. In the end he even denied that this ever happened. Also he said that I was lying to him because no one else complained about the pump malfunctioning.

I told him that I will complaint to Shell customer service and he said that Shell will always side with him and not the Immigrants and Muslims, since all Muslims are Liars.

I want Shell to investigate this matter on an urgent basis and not only get my $26.37 back but also another $50 for cleaning and shampooing the car to get rid of the smell.

I have been having breathing problems since this incident and I may end up going to the hospital to get checked if necessary.

Shell shell station tacoma washington s 38th st and pine st

clerk locked the doors sign stated closed for maintenance this was
11-23-2016 at 11:25am when I asked him how long before he opened up he stated when I am done not any sooner stated they make me clean the pumps outside so they loose money ? I wanted to fill my tank in cash he would not open the station said were closed ..I believe this was not a authorized closing people were waiting to get into store to purchase items

Shell shells employees on his shift always having lottery station closed!

At a shells gas station located on 6700 South Western Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. Every time a employee with a name tag named Stayed is working he puts a sign on the door saying no lottery because he do not want to work both lines. It could be 2:00 p.m. and he has a sign refusing to play lottery. I called Illinois lottery seceral times and reported him just for nothing to be done about it. He don't even wanna sell scratch off tickets! The other employees multitask and work both lines smoothly including the lottery line. Then when ask why he isn't doing lottery he says cause he don't like to do it! Then he says gonjead and report me in don't care! This a very inconvenience for my husband and I since we live only a block away from gas station. My grandmother walk with her walker in the rain, snow, cold or whatever Chicago weather may be, just to be told by Sayed he not gonna play her lotto so after I get off work she asks me to pay her numbers elsewhere for her. Now, that's just sad! What the use of this employee being paid to work if he not gonna do his job? After comaint after complaint your company allows employee s to behave like this. I used to be loyal customer to shell, now I am searching a new place to love playing my lotto, buying gas, etc. This only happens really in BLACK neighborhoods so maybe I need to contact BBB. Shame on Shell to let employees like this one run their company!

Shell bad customer service

Hello-

I stopped to get gas this morning (11/22/16)at the station at 220 Franklin Ave in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. I used my Fuel Rewards # like I've done for the past 3 or 4 months. I manually key my FR# in the terminal. I've never had a problem until this morning. I keyed my number in, hit enter and sat in my car. When the attendant gave me my receipt it didn't show my discount like all the other times. So I went inside to speak to the cashier and he told me I need to use a physical card. I've never had to use a physical card before and I got my rewards. In fact, I was there at that same station and I used my rewards without using a physical card. He doubted I had a rewards membership even after I showed him my number on my phone and how much my reward was for. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have many choices when it comes to getting gas in NJ. I do not have to spend my money at Shell. But I chose to buy from Shell mainly because of the fuel rewards program. If a station participates in the this program, they should be trained on how the program works. I later found out from Fuel Rewards customer service, the program was down at this station. The cashier had lots of opportunity to make my experience better but he didn't do that. He simply told me, try again next time. He could have said let me call the rewards company and see if it's working or anything. But he did nothing. How many other customers are going to get bad customer service from this cashier if they come to redeem their rewards. This has soured my overall experience with Shell. There is way too much competition to be treated rudely. Again, if you're potentially getting customers because of your partnership with Fuel Rewards, train your attendants and cashiers on the how the program works and what to tell them if the program doesn't work. It would be nice to get a Shell gift card for gas for my troubles this morning.

Shell 600 s carrollton shell station claiming register is down all the time

Everytime I try to go to this business there is a sign claiming that the registers are down. I usually try to go there between 9:30 and 10:00pm on weekdays. I tried to go there today and was greeted with this sign again for the 6th time in the past couple months. Please update your equipment or find employees who will not shut your station down when ever they like.

Shell extra charge for gas

About 5 minutes ago I purchased gas at the shell gas station on broad street in Meriden CT. The gas was 2.05 for cash, 2.11 for credit or debit. I went inside and asked for 20.00 on pump 6. I had cash in hand, the person charged me $21.75 my question is why was I charged the extra $1.75? I pumped my own gas and had cash. Are they commiting some kind of fraud?!

Shell gas

I paid $20 inside on my card and then got $16.63 worth of gas out of the pump. The remaining amount is supposed to go back onto my card. Instead, I got 2 charges, one for $20 and another for $16.63. I was charged a total of $36.63 for only $16.63 of gas. At the very least I would like the extra $20 I was charged back. This was on November 20th of 2016 at the Shell Service Station at 3201 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226 and their phone number is [protected].

Shell service

Hello there I went to the Shell gas station in Burbank located on Alameda and Lake for several reasons. I was going to pump gas I was going to wash my car I was going to vacuum my car I was going to buy coffee but I also need to use the restroom. First the cashier said that the restroom wasn't working then he told another customer that another customer took the key. I told him that it sounded like he was lying because his story was inconsistent but needless to say I was also going to get coffee but the coffee machine didn't have the particular one I was looking for. So I told the cashier and I thought he was going to get some coffee to put it in the machine but instead he said he was going to put a sign on it. I did notice though that the cashier was having a long conversation with one of the customers. Anyhow I ended up leaving because I couldn't do anything unless I used the restroom first by the way I commuted to come to this gas station because I remembered that the gas station had all the services that I needed on a regular basis because I'm a driver. This happened about 10 minutes before this email it's Sunday about 11 a.m. thanks!

Shell manager

I was parked on the side of the Shell gas station in New Orleans. On the corner of Franklin Avenue and Sage street. I believe the address to the station is 3400 Franklin Avenue. As I was sitting there using my phone and trying to locate money in my purse someone pulled up behind me and started honking. Wasn't sure what it was about but then she got out her car and approached mine. While she was walking up I rolled my window down and said, "I'm so sorry is this a driveway?" Because I was thinking maybe it was and she needed to pull in. Then she proceeded to tell me she needed to park there to go into work and when I asked her why she couldn't park in the other 4 or 5 spaces next to me she said because it was for handicap. Which wasn't the case for all 4 of them spots. Only 2 of them were. Then she was giving me such attitude and saying she had been honking and honking, and I told her that I didn't know she was honking at me and how was I supposed to know why she was honking. Then she said fine you don't want to move, you'll regret it and pulled her car up so close that she was touching my back bumper with the front of her car. Then she got back out and I said that I can't move my car if you're parked behind me unless you want me to hit it. Then she proceeds to bang on my car and tell me that I would be sorry if I hit her car, so I said then move it, which she didn't. So then she kept her car trapping mine in and standing outside my window while occasionally yelling at me and banging on my car so I had to call the police. She held me there hostage for about 45 minutes accusing me of being a liar and being there to buy drugs. Which was ridiculous considering I called the police. I don't know why someone trying to buy drugs would want to call any attention and they definitely im sure wouldn't call the police. So not only was she calling me names and accusing me of horrible things, she was threatening me and holding me there against my will. She said she was the manager of the location and I find it appalling and disgusting that this is the type of customer service that she thinks is appropriate. What would she have done if I wasn't in my car? If I was inside already? As an employee I would think she would leave the close spots for the customers and she should park elsewhere or at least have the courtesy to be kinder to someone who was trying to give y'all business. Needless to say after the cops came and forced her to move her car, I left and did not give y'all any business and will be definitely telling everyone I know not to go there because that type of service, I don't want anyone I know to be subjected to that type of abuse and behavior. I did not take photos or videos as I was too scared to even get out my car or roll my window down after she started threatening me. But I'm sure if y'all have cameras at the location, you can look it up and see what happened.

Shell deceptive pricing

I was at the Shell station at 1501 Central Expressway, Plano, TX 75075 on 11/17/18 at 5:16PM. The sign showed gas to be $1.97/gallon. When I entered my Rewards card, my price, after a $.03 discount, was $1.99. That means the actual price for a gallon of gas was $2.02, not $1.97. That's a difference of $.05/gallon.

When I went inside to complain, the employee said they would have to talk to their boss. At that point I left and decided to contact Shell directly.

Not that I'm going to get rich on $.80, but it's the fact that the prices weren't the same and the employee didn't care one bit. I, as well as everyone else using that gas station, work hard for our money and I want something done to correct this so that it's not done in the future.
