There were 4 cars pulled up to pumps this morning, and the fellow inside turned off the pumps. Turned them off! This is not the first time this has happened at this station. He does not open the front door before 6 am so you cannot go in but he has a window and he just stood there, threw up his hands and smiled? I will never go back to a shell station — especially this one. This one happens to be close and easy from my home but exxon here I come. The people who work in the store are always incredibly rude so it is no great loss not going there. My goal in life is to now inform everyone in our neighborhood to avoid this station, if we reduce their business they just might go out of business and we can get a company that actually wants people to use the gas pumps and purchase things in the store. I am organizing a quiet protest outside the store for this weekend. Bad service is the norm here and we have options, it is time shell started treating customers like they want them.
