Shell poor customer service

I was in the greenwood road, louisville, ky shell
@ approx. 6:00 p. m. on wednesday, march 16, 2016

My husband and I always purchase our gas at this location
We both drive pick up trucks and fill up with gas there
Two times or more there per month, each vehicle

I purchase our lottery tickets there as well... my husband and i
Have been playing the same numbers for many years...
When I found out recently lottery tickets can be purchased
Via debit or credit, I purchase our lottery tickets because
They accept debit or credit (thornton's and other nearby
Stores do not accept credit or debit)... since my husband and
I use our credit card for nearly every purchase we have, I use
Our credit card while purchasing lottery tickets as well...
Although I do not owe an explanation as to why we use our credit
Card for nearly every purchase, the reason is we receive cash back
Bonus for every purchase and we use the cash back bonus for gas
For our annual summer vacation, it is like "getting something for
Nothing"... we never pay interest as we keep a close watch on our
Charges and make sure to pay the statement in full each month to
Avoid interest charges...

We purchase 10 plays at a time, $20.00 charge
The clerk asked if my payment was credit or debit, when I replied credit,
She sarcastically said "credit" I said "yes" and slide my credit in the credit card machine, she then gave me my ticket and receipt (very rude) she handed me my receipt and ticket while using her other hand to scroll on her cell phone, I said "thank you" nothing was replied...
If she was offended because I chose to pay with a credit card... if she thought I had no other way to pay, she is totally wrong, I pay for my purchases with credit card for the reason I stated above... I can present my monthly savings statement to her to prove I do not have to pay by credit
It is none of her business how the purchase was made...
Paying via credit or debit is a quicker transaction, she didn't have to do anything, did not have to give change back or put cash in the drawer

Since I offended her so, I will purchase my lottery tickets and gasoline elsewhere... kind of shame since both shell and myself lose in this
Situation due to her lack of customer service... people should not assume
Especially when they have no idea the other persons business...

Shell station hasn't been giving fuel rewards for over 4 weeks and more!

When questioned he said its only been out for 3 hours due to Internet issues. When I told him I've been trying for 4 weeks, he muttered something under his breath, left the box that he sits in and closed the door on me. He wouldn't speak to me anymore and went to washing a car to get away from me. I have been telling everyone I know (I'm a Realtor in area as well) about this station having lower prices and friendly service and my friends etc. are coming to me saying that their being ripped of for the last month and these people aren't as nice as I said, so it's not just me.
Just to let you know that since this station has been under new management I DO NOT get the service that I used to get in this station. The last management and employees were completely different. Being a handicapped woman who has also survived Cancer, (yes, they noticed and asked about me) I was always recognized and asked if I was OK to take care of my self today! This new group made me walk up to the window and ask for help while the mgr was inside there reading a news paper. The manager shrugged his shoulders and the employee ran around the corner. The other people would NEVER have done that ! They voluntarily came to me to ask. As a Realtor and my Realtor friends, we drive a lot and keep going just slightly out of our way to use the rewards at this station only to be told over and over that is isn't working.

Shell overall operations/employees

The shell station located at 800 hanes mall blvd (winston salem, nc) is one of the most unprofessional stores I have ever been in. I kept going back (trying to give additional chances) hoping that things would change considering it is only a mile from my neighborhood. the drinks machines are never filled, the gas handles constantly have the yellow (out of service) bags on them. its so bad now that the clerks just laugh and hand you a free drink card knowing that they have been told night after night that the drinks are out. I have seen on numerous times, customers reaching under the drink machines into the cabinets just to get cups. the employees do nothing but complain about having to be there. fill the positions with folks who want jobs. the majority of my neighbors are now driving out of the way now to visit sheetz gas station. the sheetz employees are friendly, the store is clean and well stocked. the manager of this location needs to be disciplined or removed. one register running with 15 people in line while the other employee is pretending to clean something near the beer coolers. customers are first! the store needs to be addressed.

Shell keypads and customer service in store

The shell gas station on windward parkway/windward concourse in alpharetta ga has been my go-to for 12 years. But in recent years it has been very badly managed. The squeegee buckets rarely have water, many squeegees are broken, the keypads badly need to be updated, buttons don't register, cardswipes don't register. I asked to see a manager and was laughed at when I turned my back today, 2/24 at 1:10 pm. I tried four different pumps and none of the keypads and cardswipes worked properly. I gave up and went to another shell with a new veriphone keypad. It was incredibly slow and had no prompts. Very frustrating on a cold windy day. I will be switching to a well-managed chevron further away. Since my few polite complaints have never been taken seriously at the windward shell, I am notifying shell oil of the disrepair and discourtesy.

Shell gas and management

I have stopped at this station in the past and never complained but I have had enough. I go there and try to use my Winn Dixie cards which always confuses them. I go inside charge me for 20 gallons and here is my Winn Dixie card again confusion. When you talk to the people in charge they act like you are talking a foreign language. 75% of there pumps are cash only, always having note on them. Tired of them and hope to never return.

Shell poor customer service

I just have been to shell gas station at king george and 88, feb 4, 2016, the girl GSA working there has no manners to talk to the customers. Being rude, she asks me, where ru on this till or the other one? When i asked the other gsa that it is no way to talk to a customer, after me leaving the store she came after me and yelled and then walked off my face.
I am highly disappointed with such a service.

Shell shell station has damaged my property and ignored it

The big tree belongs to berryessa shell gas station, 1705 berryessa rd
San jose, ca 95133 fell my front yard and made damaged to my property on [protected] night. On 1/19/2016, i came directly to talk to the manager of the station to request to repair our 15 years old beautiful peach is damaged because their big tree fell in the night [protected]. She told me that her big boss will contact at 1:00pm by phone to take care problem but her big boss did not called me, i came to talk to her again on [protected] in the morning and was answered they will take care. They did not even to contact me to discuss the problem to fix our 15 years old beautiful peach, i came again to the manger and was told "do not bother". Today i write this complain along with the pictures as evident. I hope to receive your answer soon. My contact:

Shell unethical behavior

I have a ralph's rewards card and it says I am supposed to get 10 cents off per gallon if I spend a certain amount, yet the shell oil serice station at 1604 ventura boulevard camarillo ca 93010 usa only give me 4 cents off per gallon every time.in other words the service statiuon is making 6 cents per gallon off the deal! I am sure they are ripping off thousands of people but we are so busy we let it go. I finally got mad enought to go to the trouble of looking your complaint department up.

Shell mechanic

I am reporting from Chennai, India. I usually replace the Engine Oil for my bike from any of the shell petrol fill station, Before two weeks back I replaced the engine oil. after that I see some engine oil are coming out from engine.
Then I visited the Authorized Showroom for the oil change.
The Service mechanic from showroom informed me that I have to replace the complete engine oil cap, because while replacing the engine oil from Shell, they fail to close one oil seal cap to my bike.
It's a double cost for me.
I already paid 400 INR for Shell Oil and Again I paid 600 INR for the Engine seal cap.
This should not happen for any one who love products.

Shell 92 octane fuel

This have to be a problem with shell gas. I fill my porsche with 92 supposed fuel left the sell station and the car bucked misfired and stalled. Had to have the car towed fuel removed and filled with another brand porsche run fine again. Thought that was a one time event drove my chevy ssr and had to refuel engine pre ignition was so bad I thought I had a knock in the engine. Shell gas seem to not have octane suited for high performance vehicles. Not to be deterred I experimented with one of my motor cycles. I put 2 gal. Of shell 92 octane in my super bike and found out that shell gas is trash my bike would not preform as I know it could. I called weight and measurement here in san bernardino ca. And found discrepancies in 3 out of 3 stations I reported. Shell what is wrong with your gas?

Shell poor health and safety standards...

After falling due to spilt diesel, Shells Uk's solicitors drag it out for 3 months before concluding there was no spillage that caused me to slip, yet site owner admits to seeing it happen on Cctv. The site attendant who I reported it to informed me that it couldn't be cleaned up until the cleaners arrived which would be an hour after the incident happened because he wasn't allowed to leave the kiosk as he was on his own. So leaving the spillage there for other people to have an accident is by no means conforming with health and safety policy's, but now there solicitors say that the area was checked 5 minutes after it was reported. To my knowledge this was not entered into the accident book either which is a legal requirement upon an accident being reported, seems that Shell Princess Parkway Manchester is run by a bunch of cowboys who don't train their staff on the policy's to be followed in the event of a accident and Owned by a company who puts their customers safety second ... Won't use again and will put on all social media sites to inform other customers about their lack of concern.

Shell unauthorized credit card payment

I have just been working in Belgium, on my way back to Brussels airport I need to fill up the hire car, I used the station at Zaventem just next to the airport BE 0 [protected], I filled up the hire car using my Spanish card at a cost of 33.01 euros, and received a receipt, When I returned to Spain where I live I checked my account I find you have taken 125 euros from my account, Could you please explain to me what has happened,

Shell fuel card gift card

Two Asian women working at the Shell Loop Store in San Jose California at Tully near King.They stole 50 dollars from me in a fuel card scam.After they told me to swipe my debit card twice.I called my debit card company and found that they had stolen 50 dollars.I got 25 dollars back from them after i threatened to call the police.And they gave me a piece of paper that said refund on it for the other 25 dollars.The other 25 dollars has not been put back on the card.They have stolen the other 25 dollars.

Today at this gas station I lost $15 gas only, but wasted 2 hours to talk with 2 cashiers and the manager name Ken. The cashier accidentally put the gas slot #7 when my car was not park in that slot. Finally I lost my money, my time, and got the bad feeling with the cashiers and also the manager Ken. They talked with you like scammers. Will never come back !

I experienced the same thing this evening at the same Loop gas location, corner of King and King Road. For any reason, the pump was not taking my credit card and asked me to see Cashier. I stood and give hand signal to turn on the pump for me and pay later - which I know only happens at Shell station. After waiting for while I didn't see the pump turned on for me, I used the card again and it asked me to see Cashier. I hesitated to walk inside because I had my baby in the car and I couldn't leave her inside the car alone. I had to take her in with me and I asked the cashier if she knows that she could turn on the pump for refueling service. She said she didn't know. I asked if I could fill it up and leave the card with her. She said I had to tell her how much but I don't know ... then I said "give me $45 but I don't want to come back for the receipt or changes". It made me even made that the pump was unable to print the receipt and asked me to go inside for the receipt and changes. Once again, I had to carry the baby inside with me. This station has 3 employees working during the time I was pumping the gas.

I know Shell often go check Shell gas station once a month. Please stop by this one and evaluate customer service here. The service is unacceptable. The cashier's name is Cindy and she's said she's the owner of the Loop Shell Gas Station.

I got a very bad attitude by this women name Maria working at loop gas station in San Jose Ca. corner of king rd and Tully rd. also she been staring at me mean looking every time I am using the wi fi inside. finally she said something to me about 3:17pm on 12/5/15.

Shell attitude of the so-called "manager" or whatever

The so-called manager tells me at 5:54 pm that the station is closed. When I asked them what time you close, he wouldn't answer me. He told me that he is the manager, they are closing and closed the door in my face. Interesting attitude for a "manager". This happened at this location: 270 Boulevard Graham, Mont-Royal, QC H3P 2C8 Montreal, QC.

Shell horrible behaviour

It happened last Saturday 11-14-15, right before 1pm. This gas station is at the front of my neighborhood, off FM 1488 close to 149 Spur, Magnolia, TX 77354 I went in the store as convenience being right in front of my neighborhood with my 2 year old to get 4 money orders, which I normally get from my bank & I will continue. I had my stack of bills in hand that I was getting the money orders for, I walked up to the register & said that I needed a few money orders, the guy was biting his lip & said, "uh huh". I told him the first amount which was $72 something, he continued to bite his lips, & said "uh huh" again, I said "ok, are you going to create it, do you need payment first, he rudely said what are the other amounts, I told him, $119.89, $11.78, & $1000, he stepped back & said something I could not understand. I had to have him repeat it 4 times his accent was very strong. He said that he couldn't do more than $500. I said I know you would have to do two $500 right? He said not in my store, we cannot do for one person more than $500. I told him that was not accurate, that I have gotten money orders in the past for more than that in one transaction. As I was talking he turned to the side where the money order machine was & acted like he was pushing buttons, but I could clearly see he wasn't. He really was not pushing buttons. He turned to me & said the machine was out of service. I said, do you not want my business? After asking a few times & me stating that he obviously did not want my business, I told him thank you for wasting my time & my family would never go there again & I would tell all my neighbors & friends what happened. The only thing he said was OK thank you. This man made me feel like I was a criminal & doing something wrong by getting money orders. After talking with several people in our neighborhood I know that it was not Elvis that treated me like this. It was a man that was a little heavier & older than Elvis. My husband was out of town that weekend but since he returned he has made a few attempts to approach him, but that man has not been there. You don't treat people like that. If you're going to have a job working with the public, you need to be polite, & this guy had NO manners.

Shell 89 octane

This gas station at 1240 georgesville Rd, columbus ohio43228 is charging $1.07 more for 89 octane. The price jumped from $2.11 for 87 octane to $3.18 for 89 octane as if to trick u into paying an extra dollar that most people won't even think to look at or even notice. I feel that this Particular Owner is committing a crime against its customers and something must be done to stop this owner from stealing from hard working people.

Shell the person was trying to charge me for air

10/21/15 6:50am Shell Gas Station at 2960 Yorba Linda Blvd, Fullerton, CA I filled up my tank at Shell and air on my tires were running low so the indicator light came on this morning. I pull over to the air pump and ask for air. By California law air and water should be provided by gas station for free with purchase. The lady turn the air on for me the first time, but time ran out before I could finished all 4 tires. I had no choice but to ask the lady nicely for the air again, this time the lady sneered at me and said insert 4 quarters the pump will turn on. I didn't know you only get one time air service with each service. Gas stations shouldn't charge air or water with or without purchases.

Shell dirty bathrooms

Stopped to use bathrooms on monday, october 19, traveling from pittsburgh to champaign il. I am a female. The women's bathroom was out of order. Was told to use the men's. It was so filthy dirty, I couldn't even step inside and left. The attendant was totally indifferent and unapologetic with an attitude.

Shell payment not accepted

I was paying for my gas purchase of $82, 00 and my card chip was broken, I tried to explain to the attendant if he can swipe my card and his reply was we don't have that option, I then asked him to pay with my wife's visa or master card and he said we don't have that option, So after wasting a half an hour of my time and embarrassing me I paid $70.00 dollars cash and the other twelve dollars with another card that only had $30.00 on it. the original total was $132.00 so he cancelled my tickets and cigarettes and I could only pay for my gas.Not because I didn't have the money but because my card was damaged, I even tried e transfer with my daughter, but because I wasn't set up for it I could not do it, So I offered to leave my drivers licence and come back because I was still working and I live in Innisfil, he said we can't do that so in a situation like this what is a person to do, get arrested because there chip on there bank card is damaged. THERE ARE STILL DECENT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. my name is pat buda your company should talk to the staff that represents your name. I'm very disappointed in the service.
