I am a regular customer who has been coming to this store for months. I needed quarters because my apt flooded so after working two jobs I went here and "skip" helped me. I was so thankful he was willing to give me quarters for my 3 dollars. I thanked him profusely but when I walked out the door I realized he had only given me 2.50. I normally would not care but I am a broke college student and needed to clean my soaked blanket! I went back in and he immediately became defensive and laughed and seemed offended. I was very polite and even called him "sir". He then asked me for the quarters so I gave them to him. He rudely threw back my 3 dollars and said, "here's your three dollars back!". I was stunned and horrified at his rudeness. I have a dying grandfather and a drenched apt! Just a reminder that we never know what people are going through and how important it is to be kind to people. Never go to this shell and if ed the manager has any sense he'll fire skip.

On November 19, 2017 I received a call from Shell Oil stating I was two months behind in payments. Even though my November statement showed no back balance on it.

I knew this not to be true, I had to give Shell my bank number and they took out $10 for minimum payment. Shell representative gave me a fax number to submit a copy showing where my payments had cleared the bank.

I did not hear anything from Shell Oil. I finally had to call them on the November 30, 2017 and checked on my balance. My account was still not corrected, I talked to a Shell representative who stated they could not read my fax.

I enlarged my fax and resent again. I received my latest bill on November 30, 2017. Shell had increased my interest rate to 33.+%. Shell's little idiot message stated I had done this.

I have sent Shell a letter stating I will pay the last two charges on the card and nothing more. I will be reporting this to the credit bureaus with copies of my payments that have cleared the bank. I have decided to cancel my Shell Oil card.

Do not do business with Shell Oil they have horrible accounting practices and try to con you out of additional monies.

Complaints board had sent a message to help me to claim shell award. Dr Chris Duke who is the claim agent was nominated by Complaints board. This man was identified by the security officers at the gate but the receptionist denied Dr Chris identity. His telephone line is not working. I want to know how to contact the claim agent and receive my award.

July 25, 2017 My husband filled his diesel tank. Truck started running rough. Spent $54 in Santa Fe. Problem corrected for a few miles, but then started again. He had to stop every few miles to clean the fuel filter. Problem stopped when fuel was used up and he refilled the tank.

That's unfortunate, though there was no reason to mention about your grandfather. Your drenched apt and empty wallet are enough to reiterate your point.
