Shell Over pricing of gas/Filthy restrooms

Having drove up to Roseburg, OR. for a Veterans appointment from Crescent City, CA., my wife and I decided to stop at this particular gas station as she had to use the restroom. Not thinking I decided to get gas for the return trip.The gas prices were blacked out on the pumps and I looked at the over head price sign after the attendant started pumping. Too late! The price was $4.58 gal! he didn't offer to check under the hood or clean the windows either...Then I happened to look across the street at the Fred Meyer station and their prices were $3.53 gal.!So I could of saved $1.05 per gal or $14.60 on the fill up of 14 gal.! Meanwhile my wife said the restroom was a dirty, filthy, stinky mess as it was 95 degrees that day 8/15/2013 at 12:19! Ripped off in Roseburg!

Shell Rude and unprofessional

This photographer was at my brothers wedding. She was rude and abrasive towards the wedding guest. Her conduct was unprofessional lacking common courtesy . Her presence at the wedding detracted from the atmosphere rather than add to it or compliment the day. I wouldn't recommend using her. Out of the 50 odd guest at the wedding, over 3/4 of them commented on her lack of respect and rude manner. As she took photos during the early stage of the ceremony, she set the tone and nobody wanted to be in any photos. Guest asked her to takes pics of family groups and she told them to use their own cameras.

Shell contaminated gas

I got $12.26 of unleaded gas from this station on sunday 07/07/13. monday drove to work, leaving work my car died at a stop sign and wouldn't start. I had to call a tow truck (cost $119.90), to take my car to lute riley honda to flush out the watered down gas from my car (cost $440.41). then I had to get a rental (cost $109.60). I have all the receipts.
The manager wants me to meet him face to face?. all I want is to be reimbursed for the gas first, then the car repair also. he keeps telling me his gas is good he has checked it.
What do I do? I need help please. I will not meet him by myself!

Shell cashier stole money

Today, Saturday, May 25, 2013 around 4:30-5:00 PM DST in Tuba City, AZ at the intersection of Main St & HWY 160, I parked in #8 gas pump, I sent my teenage son in to pay for the fuel. He approached cashier named Stefanie who took the money. I waited outside at the gas pump but the pump never came on. I then went inside with my son who identified the cashier. She claims there was no payment & there is also no record of my payment. This is not the 1st time I have had this problem at this gas station. I have asked around & other people also have complaints. I suggest You start investigating because You might have a theft. I was a loyal customer but I am taking my business somewhere else along with my friends and family.

Shell employee theft

Yesterday, the replacement for me (I guess considering he never finishes anything he starts and when the owner calls he never answers. He also supposedly lost a receipt for hundreds of dollars for supplies for the store). Stole cigarettes for himself, pulled energy drinks and tea off the shelf (as if he were at his own home), gave discounts to customers by not charging, and the greatest of all-----A customer, who is the mother of a girl who he thinks is attractive, comes in and says she has a Marlboro coupon 50 cents off. She gets three packs and states "don't I get the 50 cents off per pack?" Mike than proceeds to give a $1.50 off. Thank God the manager was their because she said "no only one per pack". If the manager was not their that would have been more money She'll lost. So not just getting his regular wage, but such bonuses if you add up: $6.50 cigarette, $10.00 in energy drinks and tea, will say another $15.00 customer discounts, plus additional $15.00 on the stuff I did not see and know about =$46.50 x 5 (Times work in a week) = $232.50 x 52 (weeks in a year) = $12, 090 total
Wow and why was I let go and do not have a job because people d o not want a whistleblower like me, that is why they drummed up all their BS to get me fired. I was never explained why I was fired, but not until an employee went in with a note signed by others to have me released. No one likes the truth or being told what to do by people who work their tale off. Yet you still employ thieves that cost you $12, 000 a year x 5 employee thieves $60, 000 a year. I guess the owner likes it.
So if you are a crook 1525 e lake street Hanover Park Illinois, is the place to work.
If you work hard, choose to be on call for emergencies, show initiative, and care about where you work (such as myself) you get fired.

When I was an employee at this station you name it I did it, ordering, inventory, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, fuel pump maintenance, troubleshooting when pos would go down (software and hardware), and great repor with customers (who still inquire about me and call when they need help and it pains me to inform them I am not an employee but I still help--even the employees that still work their).
I was let go because of a common practice to our regular customers who have tabs at the station, the owner saw me give a pack of cigarettes to a employee family member who paid it back later in the shift.
My complaint is this, the family member is still employed and the people who are employed their either steal, do drugs, poor customer service, and just are lazy. One has made a new schedule for her self. Come late leave early. In the office you have a woman with no high school diploma dealing with money, watching video (unqualified), and constantly when their having to clean up her mess or solve her office questions. I have a diploma and graduated summa cum laude in construction occupation. I even informed the owner of non compliance to work duties and not following the contracts everyone signed. So my complaint is this I am unemployed for doing my job and extending a lending hand to a employees family member (common practice at station), non-educated people having office jobs when people who are qualified for that job should be placed (she is the one who put whatever in the owners head to let me go), and being terminated when over half the people employed at that station steal, poor customer service, lazy, do not follow policies laid down by Shell/owner, and are just not qualified educationally or by work performance.
Why did I get fired and they are all still employed?

Good Day I would like to lay a complaint against the Shell Service Station in faversham, we pulled in to get some petrol for the car and i wanted some matches.
My mother got the matches when she paid for the petrol, my complaint is how can your company charge 69p for a small box of bryant and may matches when in other places they are only 12p.
i think that they might be putting the rest of the money in their own pockets as the only match i know to cost as much is swan vesta matches which are red tipped.

Shell very rude employee!!!

VERY RUDE employee (gave me the name John but was not wearing a badge) in the Delray Beach, FL Shell gas station. I approached the cashier with candy to purchase as well as an extra $20 bill. When he opened his register, I asked if I could have change back for the other $20 bill and he said "No. I dont have change, " and slammed his register (WHICH WAS FULL OF CHANGE). I politely put the candy in which I had purchased in my purse, grabbed more candy, and went back to the register. He REDUSED to ring me up! He YELLED, "This is not a bank! If you want change, go to the bank." I just stood there. He began to take the customers behind me as I stood there for 10 minutes! Another employee walked in (named Jerry who had a name tag), i explained to him what had happened and he informed me that there was nothing that he could do about it but he would ring me up because he was about to take over the shift. But before he could do it, a CUSTOMER who had saw this whole thing take place, came in and gave me change. I told the sales associate that he was very rude and i will be speaking with his manager! This was horrible customer service at this location. This shell gas station (off atlantic ave & military trail) is by my job and I go here all the time but NOT anymore! I will also be informing my coworkers of this situation and they will not be coming here either! That RUDE ASSOCIATE needs to be addressed and I will be speaking to his manager on Monday when he comes in. If this is not addressed, i will report this company to the BBB.

Shell dirty bathroom

This was quite possibly the grossest bathro I have ever seen. There was no toilet paper in the toilet paper dispenser, only on the back of the toilet. A nasty toilet seat, leaves all over the floor, and no paper towels. I told the person working behind the counter about he issues and he barely spoke English and just shrugged his shoulders. I expect more from shell and this was a horrible experience.

Shell disgruntled x-employee

I am an ex-employee, with some genuine concern for my former boss. For myself I was released for theft and conversing with customers. From what I was shown I gave a customer, who is a employee family member, a pack of cigarettes for their mother, who unfortunately was just released from the hospital. This is a common practice at the store because they are paid that shift, as was in this case, or written on a list for that employee and on pay day it is taken care of and paid in full. Than I was accused after shaking the family members hand of performing drug transaction s. None of which ever substantiated or proven. I was taken off the schedule and terminated.
Now to give you history of the relationship that I had with my x boss:
When starting out at Shell I started on third shift. Right away I dove in by utilizing the slow traffic at night by cleaning, organizing, and tending t o the tasks that day time could not. The owner asked if I had any maintenance knowledge, having the training and know how I obliged to his request. A relationship grew and I felt like his right hand man at the station. I would work off the clock, when people called in I was always their for them t o cover shifts, saved him money on overpaying on supplies I knew where to get them cheaper, I left and went to another company but would come in and help with new computer system, changed my marriage date because he wanted to go out of town, my whole life was that station. That last part might seem truly sad to some, but to me I put so much into that place, building on shelving units, installation of fixtures and equipment, made many changes to utilizing small area making it easier for other employees to maintain cooler back-to-back (built roll away carts with coke/Pepsi cart energy drinks with its many varieties took up a lot of space, so I built roll away carts so you don't have to hurt yourself lifting boxes, made it easier to identify products, made it easier for vendors to order) my heart was In everything I built and did. Customer relations I still talk to hard working customers and still have great relationships with them and many vendors also still good friends I talk to.
EMPLOYEES STILL EMPLOYED
Employees still their I talk to and they let me know that theft is still as high as ever and actually worse at times, everyone expects the manager (forgot to mention the manager is my wife that is why I was worried about writing this)to do the ordering, put away heavy stock, do work that everyone should do but find reasons not to. It will be easier maybe if I break t down by person and instances.

Wants to be manager so bad and cannot stand not being in charge so it prevents him from listening to instructions or doing what s written down for him to do. Also sabotage cigarette count to steal them. Also I have watched him just come in grab them and not pay for them. He also gives out cig. To customers with getting payment later. Smokes marijuana in carwash and mechanical room. I have caught him and talked to him about it. Normally I would tell my boss but he did not listen to when being warned about others and if I did tell him nothing was done. Still does not follow list f duties, tries to play manager by wasting time and making order sheets even though vendors are paid for that. He breaks the chain of command and that breaks down the ranks of sort.

Steals from his drawer and others. Their actually is documented proof of it by shift sheets (I guess it is normal for third shift to come up short). He also sexually made advancements toward a customer, the customer complained, and he is still employed. He also sabotages other areas (over stocking, over doing emptying change in drawer, and over use of chemicals, bleach). All of this brought t o owners attention but nothing done.
Like I said I am interested in helping my wife and ex boss out. He was always their for m before and I do not blame him for being told wrong. I just would like to see him protected from the people who he thinks are his best employees

Shell rude cashiers

cashiers are rude do not understand what you are asking for and then argue with you when you correct them, they you your wrong they are right...they have poor customer service...I see why everyone goes from there to the mapco across the street as I did...according to Mapco customers that leave shell come there and complain...more business for them. I will not use this shell location anymore!

Shell abusive staff

Today my pregnant friend went to buy fuel from this store in collier row Romford Essex,
And her fillet cap was froze and needed help in the way of hot water to free this she found a USED cup and poored some boiling water into it, as she was going to ask if it was ok she was met with abuse and accusations that she's STOLE a cup of tea!
No tea was in the USED cup but plain old water ..
She got upset and put it down a member of the public helped her release the cap she added fuel £10 went in upset to pay and the guy was asking for £10 + price of tea?
93p or something ... She gave £10 and walked out, on leaving they shouted they was to call the police ! She sat in her car and waited upset and was phyisicly sick as a result !
These two need to adjust their work attitude shell!

Shell lottary fraud

Below I am attaching a mail in which said as I won five hundred thousand us dollars, in sept.'12, and I claimed this fund, they sent thier officer mr. william josh (I have his mobile no., email address and email and sms corrospondence),. he arrived in india on 17.09.2012, for transfer fund through rbi, new delhi. first he told me u have to pay only 15, 500.00 as a money transfer from here to in yr local bank account, and he told no-no, we don't required anything after this as we have a bond with rbi, than I was ready to give him money.
After that one by one he gave me reason and sent emails in the name of rbi which ws actual or not I don't know, to deposit the money, in diffrent diffrent account nos. of sbi, and diffrent names.
I gave him around six lacs after took loans, and destroyed my savings and jwellary, to gave him money for diffrent diffrent purpose. last weak he spoken me and told now each and every formality of rbi has completed and world bank stopped your fund transfer and u have to again deposit rs. 48000.00, I told him nw I can not deposit any single painee, than he told me, when u arranged money than call me.
I spoken to his company peoples also, but they are not ready to help, pls help me to resolve this issue, this is fraud or something else.

Shell unprofessional business

Hi, I purchased Dealfind's voucher # [protected] (valued at $235.00) in June of this year, but would appreciate it you you would arrange for me to have that purchase refunded. Reason: this is an unreliable and unprofessional business. The phone number given for making the required appointment was not answered and my call was transferred to a voice mailbox which would not accept messages as it was already full. This happened twice. When I was able to actually contact someone at the number, the lady was unable to give me an appointment time and said she'd call me back. It was so long before the woman called back that I had suspected that she had either forgotten or was trying to avoid making contact. Eventually I called her but again she had trouble finding a time when there would be an available operator to book me with, but after some mucking about, she gave me a new time and date. And this lady says she is the business owner! When going for my appointment, I had trouble locating the business so had to pull over and call on my cell phone for directions. The owner answered and said she had tried to contact me the day before to advise me that she was going to have to change my appointment time. Again she was unable to give me a date and time and said she would contact me later when she had the necessary information. Because I hadn't found her business, I asked her to guide me to the location since I was as close to the address as I could find, and it seemed a logical to find out where the business was for when ever my appointment would be. The lady was unable to direct me to the location and had me driving all over the place - she couldn't even tell me where to turn north our south, or right or left. I finally pulled into a hotel parking lot and described to her what I could see around me. It turned out the business was inside the lobby of that very hotel, but it had never occurred to her to tell me that ... so there would have been no way for me to see the business from the street and there was no sign on the hotel to advise that the business was there. It also turns out that she wasn't even at the business at that time: she was at home and the phone number she is using for the business is her personal mobile phone. So, she would have to come in to the business to look at her book before she could give me a new appointment, and said she would phone me the next day with an appointment. I waited until nearly five p.m.that day for her call and finally ended up calling her myself. She still wasn't sure when she could book me in as the previous operator was no longer working there and she would have to consult with the "new" person about when she'd be available to do the job. So again she said she'd call me back with an appointment the next day. Finally we were able to make contact and she gave me the new day and time for the appointment. The day before this new appointment, she phoned and left a message (I wasn't home when she called) that she was going to have to postpone my appointment yet again. I was dumb struck at that. Again she wasn't able to give me time, and said she would call me back in a week to make the arrangement. I haven't heard from her since, and will not bother to phone her myself. This is not a reliably run business, so I wish to be refunded the money I spent to buy the voucher. (I suspect that I won't be the person making this request.) Please advise me how you choose to respond to my request at this email address. Thank you for your help with this.

Shell bad customer service

Employee on Sat. night July 27th was incredibly rude! No other customer was getting gas or in the store at the time. I bought $40 worth of gas and came in to buy a coke but wasn't able to use credit. Apparently they don't accept credit on food? Not having my debit card, I payed with coins and the man was disgusted by this? Hello? Coins are cash! He put the change in the till and then spit on his hands! What a jerk! So I walked out and said, "you're welcome!", with a smile. I will never return to that station.sone people shouldn't work in public.

It would be greatly appreciated if Shell stations would afix some sort of rubber stripping on these to prevent door dings! I know I am not the only one who has misjudged being clear of it. I've seen many people do this.

This Shell Station has had an "out of order" sign on their restroom for almost 9 yrs. There is no reason why they have not had the problem corrected so their customers can use the facilities. When I questioned an employee about this he got very nasty with me. I will no longer use any Shell products.

cashier shorted me 10. left my number because I was confused at the time and thought I owed her money. no she shorted me 10 and I feel she knew it. manager still hasn't called after the girl said he would be in in the morning.

Shell stations around here are the pits. They charge the higher credit card prices for gasoline if you use a debit card. I asked the towel-head behind the counter why and he shrugged his shoulders. Sent an e-mail to the Shell customer care who couldn't care less. They say all Shell stations are independent owners and pricing is out of their control. Screw 'em all..

I didn't realize when I use my prepay card I was going to be charged twice for the amount of gas I put in my car. I was not told this and it didn't state it anywhere. I put $40.00 of gas in my car yesterday, March 15th, 2011, and I was charged double on my card. Now I am $40.00 short on my account because of this. My account is basically messed up because I tried to save some money on my gas. I called the Shell station back and the Phillipino lady had a very nasty attitude. She wouldn't even allow me to explain my problem. Didn't even give me a number I can call. She just continuously blamed me for the problem. I will never go back to Shell too many problems, especially when it comes to my money. And the Winn Dixie card machine seems to be down way too many times. It is more of a job to get gas and a headache. And then to deal with cashiers with attitudes just makes it even more of a pain to have to deal with it. I just hope that Shell puts my $40.00 back into my card. To them its only $40.00, but to me it is my money, and I don't feel I should've been charged double without being told. I could have used a different method of payment. Thank you for nothing Shell. I will make sure other friends, family and people I meet do not use Shell. Too many problems!

I went to a Shell gas station on Old St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, Florida. The Cashier has a rude way to handle customers. The only reason I go there is because I use my Winn Dixie card, other then that with that woman there I don't even feel like going there. She is a Phillipino woman. She orders you to do things with attitude. And I have experience in customer service and that is not the way you talk to your customers. When she is not there maybe I will go back to Shell. I rather pay more for gas or go to another area where the customer service is alot friendlier.

Shell consumer complaint in damage

I went to a Shell Gas Station in Oakland Park, FL to purchase a car wash. I went to the gas station attendant and paid $5.99 for the car wash. The negligence and damage was when the car wash attendant improperly disembled my antenna from its base. He unscrewed this in his wrongful twisting and causing a piece of this to break. I am unable to unscrew the antenna as I would and need to use some tool to replace this part. I was not a valued customer and told to drive through his car wash because he says his car wash does not break off antennas. I went through and he sent me home to handle the damage done. I called later to speak with the manager and the telephone number [protected] is ringing to a fax machine. When I called the dealer i an told the price of this antenna piece is $54 excluding tax. Shell suicide from harassing skip traceer

My sister was not even past her payment date and only 5.00 overlimit on a shell card as she was confined into a mental hospital for no reason that qualifed her to really be there. She's on Medicare, but medicare isn't the issue right t now. When my sister left the mental health facility, she found out that her account as jut 5.00 over limit and that she had two more days to make a payment. However, she did not live much longer when a Shell skip tracer, which we later found out was who it was, called her at home acting like a mafia outfit of some type saying she must pay on her Shell card. My poor sister. She only voluntarily admitted herself into the facility when she had mistaken high blood pressure issues for insanity, which the doctors there had led her to believe.

It's funny, that just after she was let out, a skip tracer seemed to know all about her, even that she was in the ward. I guess confidentiality breaking didin't work here, and we will be attending my sisters funeral next week. She had totally freaked out when the skip tracer called her, but fortunately we have him traced. This must have been either a phoni skip tracer for Shell, or former criminal hired on with them from some Ticket to Work program, and now my sister is dead. Here she hoped to resume her job and pay down all her credit cards, but I guess she won't have this goal to reach now. you're screwed, Shell.
