shea management, Inc. review: worse company ever 1

this company has the worse customer service, they never want to help anybody. Barbara Shea is supposed to be the company's president and she is rude, never is available to talk to customers and when she does she does not show interest in helping. I pay my condo fee in my building but because nobody else pays she says she can not fix the roof of my building, but they are fixing all other buildings. I pay my condo fee automatically from my bank and last time the took money out without my authorization and never gave it back. they do not answer e-mails or return phone calls. I need help with this company because I pay my fee and they don't do anything for me.
