I foolishly ordered a Colin Cleanse, Diet and Fitness guide online, believing I was to pay £0.99 for a trial and delivery would take 3 days. Over a month later, I have not received the goods, but my credit card statement gives 2 x withdrawals in American dollars through Cyprus, amounting to £187.83 against 'Anti Wrinkle'. My confirming email said charges would appear on my statement as TestCredit Card [protected]. My credit card company have immediately cancelled m, y card and invetsigating this as a fraud issue. There is no way of contacting Sharkilage. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Ordered a free sample of acia berry supplement and the colon treatment which should have cost £7.98 with £2 donation to breast cancer, which I doubt they will ever receive. I have been onto my bank who told me to return the goods to the address on the package which is in Scotland and if I do not get a refund in 15 days they will look into getting it for me!

I took up the offer of a trial of acai berries and colone cleanse for £2.95 each. I went to the website to order both but had to order one at a time. I received one invoice for £2.95 via e-mail. Before I had even received the goods there had been two payments of £126.67 taken from my bank account. I queried this with the bank who confirmed what these payments were for. I contacted the company involved and they stated by accepting the terms ad condition I had signed up for a diet tracker service. I was totally unaware of this and it was no cearly stated on the website or whilst ordering. I asked them to cancel my membership and that I would return the berries and colon clense when they arrived. This was rejected.

I signed up for a free trial with this company and was told it was £3.95 postage and packaging. They have taken £128 from my account for a full membership which i do not want. I have rang the company and they have said there is nothing they can do, they are unable to refund me as i should have cancelled within the 1st 3 days. I would have done this if i had known they were going to steal all that money off me. I have contacted my bank that are trying to help me and trading standards. I have asked the Acai Surge to cancel all my membership details and requested a full refund. I have since found out that the company is based in Cyprus and I have sent a letter to them marked urgent for a refund.

I feel such a fool but am apparently not alone! on Friday 11th April I signed up for a free trial costing £2.95 shipping for acia berrries and colon cleanse. I received an invoice for £2.95 but then checked my online bank account and it showed payments pending for 2 x £126.35. I phoned my bank they said they cannot do anything until the payment clears. The payment cleared today (14th April) leaving me a negative balance. I phoned the bank again but they said they have to allow 15 days before they can dispute! I have tried the number but keep getting held in a queue. I also logged onto the account info they sent me but it just says "pending" next to the orders. I now cannot pay my mortgage and need help getting a full refund asap.

I recently signed up to trial order of both ACAI berries and Colon Surge where it was clearly stated that if I cancelled my order during the trial I would be refunded. After taking advice from my GP not to take the product, I asked for a refund within a few days of ordering only to be told I was too late. Not only that, I still haven't received the ACAI berries so how can the trial have even started? DO NOT TRUST GREENTEASLIMMER.COM or SHARKILAGE.COM this is a scam!

I brought some teeth clean toothpaste, to make you teeth white. i received the invoice for 2.60 but going through my bank went 126.00. i tried to stop the payment but the bank refused to do so, this is First Direct.

I have never received a refund, i rang the numbers on 7 occasions and waited for 45 mins then you would get cut off.

I used the website on a link via facebook! It was a news article which then linked to a sire saying try it free. There was a £2.95 charge for some extra stuff but not much about this was mentioned. When I paid for both of the above pills I then received a confirmation email for both saying total charge £2.95 on each email for each kind of pill. However upon checking my bank account I now see that I have been charged $199 dollars for each order!

I only checked my bank account as I got suspicious that I hadn't received the bills 2 weeks on and thought that the company may not exist and you an imagine my shock when I saw these amounts!

I have rang on the day that I found out 15th April the UK contact number you can't even get through on so therefore I had to ring the US number and hold for 15 minutes before speaking to someone called Jessie supervisor id 019. After advising that there had been a delay in the pills coming through and therefore I wanted to cancel the order he then said that it was over the 3 day cancellation policy!

I then complained about the amount charged and eh went on to say it was all in the T&C's blah blah blah however I argued that I have still not received the full order at this point he said that the pills were a gift and therefore he would not be refunding these charges.

He has given me an email address to contact after much debate which is legal@sharkilage.com. But first I wanted to ensure the complaint was logged here and understand what the best next steps are!

I too was scammed by this acai berry ad, the receipt does not show you you are being billed $193, only $7.95, it is only hidden on the site. It mentions a trial period and that you can cancel at any time. I have tried countless times to call and email these people, you cannot even get through to a live person, I thought they were bogus numbers, [protected] and [protected].

I finally got through the same day I ordered, they claim you will only be billed the $199 after the three day trial BUT it appears on your account immediately. They said that it is put on hold. I finally got through to a person, they said the hold will be released after the 3-day trial period and refunded if you cancel the program. Make sure that if you do cancel within this trial period, get the name of the agent you spoke to, their employee number and a cancellation number and let your bank know this information.
