TV AD said 19.95 plus shipping and handling. okay. We ordered one (that is 1) and we were charged for two plus shipping and handling for both. Ad on TV said second set was free excedpt for shipping and handling.. However, we had asked for only one set. we were charged 55.30.

I ordered 1 set of the towels and they upped my order to two sets plus their sorry mop for 9.99. Then they had the audacity to add 24 dollars for shipping. A $27. order became $66 charged to my card. I emailed a complaint but got no response. Total thievery. Don't deal with these scum.

I was an idiot for ordering the sham-wow, they are a total rip-off. They did nothing except push water around.
I was given a present as a gift from a company called solutions.com, I was sent 3 cloths and they are amazing. You only you have to wet them and they clean exceptionally well. you use no chemical's so you save a fortune there. They are also washable and reuseable and they eco friendly. these are great, and no I do not work for the company. Solutins.com they have online catalog's it is a great company. If you are not satified they will return your money but you will not want to return the cloth's.
