X800 flashlight
About a month ago, an individual who did not understand how the flashlight operates, had broken the switch. And seeing I'm under a lifetime warranty, I expect you to honor that, give me an address to send this to so you can ship me a replacement. shadowhawk x800 flashlight
Not really a complaint . Bought your light 4 or 5 yrs ago in a batch of 5 lights . Now my battery has started not staying charged as long as it use to. When I replaced the battery with a 8800 mAh .3.7 v lithium ion battery. The square pattern of light at 10' to 12' away isn't as crisp on the edges as it was in the recent past. This was my concern with the original battery when it started to have problems . Is the problem in the voltage or the diode starting to show its age? my light is used in a maintenance operation . Usually on a short bursts on a daily basis. Please get back to me in a reasonable timeframe as this is a issue I hope you cam

shadowhawk x800 flashlight

I purchased the Shadowhawk in Jun 2016; with the rechargeable battery. That battery lasted about 6 month and then wouldn't recharge so I started using AAA batteries instead. They would last 5-6 months and then stop altogether. The last batch of batteries I replaced were Duracell - supposedly good until 2025. I would be happy to ship everything to you for verification.'
The last batch of batteries were replaced were 18 Aug 2019. Went to turn on the flashlight today [6 Sep 2019] and guess what? Nada.
I would like to return this worthless flashlight and see if you can figure out why it doesn't work. It certainly hasn't been worth the price to me. If it costs more than a couple of bucks to return, I will just trash it and write it off as a bad decision to buy.

Tactical x800 flashlight
I'm very happy with the quality of the lighting of your flashlight. However in less than a year to 1 1/2 years, the rechargeable battery on all five flashlights I purchased have rusted or show signs of leakage. Of all five batteries, only one has been store above a temperature of 70 degrees F. Slightly upset that all batteries showed signs of failure, to include three of the lights that have not been use at all.
I don't understanding the reason for the damage of these batteries and would like if there's any resolution in the replacement of these batteries.

I ordered a Shadowhawk flashlight on 10/17/2016 and the shipping date was supposed to be 10/29/2016 and I still have not received my product as of this date, 12/21/2016. My order number is [protected]. PLEASE help me out!
I tried to contact Shadowhawk numerous times and was shifted from one operator to the next and with many promises and saying that Shadowhawk would resolve the problem and to this point there has been zero results! Talked with an Isabella ( #259) on Thursday on 11/17/2016 at 1304 hrs, and then with Michel (#364), supposedly a supervisor, on 11/23/2016 at 1811 hrs. and was told the problem had been resolved. and as of today, NOTHING. Thank you so very much!
Don't buy their flashlights!
I have purchased 5 flashlights from ShadowhawkFlashlights and received only 3! These lights were pure garbage and did not work correctly. One was completely broken from the very beginning. Contacted customer service and they said that I can get a refund but first I have to send all 5 lights back. Two weeks later I received the rest of my order and shipped everything back. It took them over three weeks to refund me! Horrible company to deal with! Never again! Wasted so much time because of these clowns.
The seller hasn't shipped the order
I bought flashlights from www.shadowhawkflashlights.com, but the seller hasn’t even shipped the order. I placed it in the beginning of February and the order was still in their warehouse. I wrote several emails to the seller and asked when he would ship it, but he didn’t tell me anything precisely. The order was still in process, but money was taken a long time ago. This website seemed to be real scam and everyone must be careful with this seller.
Even with a fully charged battery the light barely comes on.
What can I do to fix this proble as I have 4 of these.

My complaint is that after minimal use the X800 fails to operate. Changed batteries without any success. I purchased 4 for family members and would like to know where I can return for repair? There was no Trama to the unit it just failed to operate.There is no serial number on the unit and it was purchased online.
