NEVER ANSWER E-MAILS, No phone #

I have begged, cajoled, and e-mailed these people to death, trying to cancel an order. They NEVER respond. I have dealt with them TWICE! (God knows why I gave them a second chance, when they did not even acknowledge that I had e-mailed them a million times!
First incident: Ordered a much needed part for my machine in early June 2008. Had not received by the 28th of June, though paid for the item by credit card. Bought the part from another (REPUTABLE) vendor. E-mailed PROFUSELY to cancel order, never got responses. Part shows up at my house ON JULY 15!!!Checked the postal cancellation, was sent out only a few days before that, can't blame the mail!
Second incident (first time fooled, shame on you, now the shame is on ME for trying again!) Ordered a foot for machine, July 20th. Never heard if I would ever receive it, they don't send out order updates, or contact in ANY way) . Ended up buying from another vendor, and again, am trying to cancel the order from SS. NO ANSWERS, no "ITEM SHIPPED", NOTHING. I have had it.
