My Servis washing machine broke down in April 2007 Servis sent an engineer out seven times each time with the wrong part, I finally last it with them in July and they supplied me with a new machine. GREAT i thought until that broke down in Jan 2008. Their engineer has now been four times with the wrong part.

I cannot take any more days off work to sort this mess out and they have refused to give me a visit at the weekends or before 9am or after 4pm. So I've had enough and will be going to buy a new machine this weekend and guess what not a bloody Servic one! Their customer care is the worse I've ever had.
