Dear Sirs,
To day at around 11-30 am I visited your outlet at city square, Bhangagarh, Guwahati-781005 to collect some juices for my ill wife.I have parked the vehicle in font of your front gate and also intimate your seq/guard at the gate that I am in hurry, will be back very soon.When I returned at 11-50 am I have seen your s/guard gossipping with a home guard.Then I opened the door of my vehicle the home guard hurried to me and harrased me and he let me go for obvious reason.I have taken my vehicle from the front gate and parked at Rajgarh Road, went to your sevice centre and lodge a complaint doubting the integrity of the sequrity guards at the front gate.I was not given an acknowledgement, though I had asked for one.Then I left the sevice centre and I saw your s/guard with the very homeguard at snack counter some 100 feet from the main gate leaving the gate .
