This new found diet craze "Sensa" has not only put me in the hospital with a gal bladder attack is it has also effected my heart. My heart is enlarged and is having to be treated with medicatios. I only lost 2 pounds after using religeously for 5 weeks. It seems I cannot find a website to cancel any further charges to my card. Please out any information I can use to "Cancel" Thank you and

I started using Sensa 10 days ago. After day 8 i noticed pain in both legs at night which I have never experienced before. I am stopping Sensa immediately and returning it for a refund . Hopefully my symptoms will subside.

Tried Sensa only for a few days and didn't even sprinkle over whole plate but just very small tasting amounts. I still had bad reactions to it. My heart raced, I had intestinal pains, rectal bleeding and itching and abnormal vaginal itching and urinary burn. Very uncomfortable feeling in my whole gut. The salty taste on the back of the throat and tongue lasts for hours and hours even if I used it only once in the morning. Same with the sweet side. The sweet lingers on long after meal is over.Curbed my appetite but mostly stomach too uncomfortable to eat anyway.Did NOT like at all. Have gone on to Paleo and lost three pounds so far.The varying differences in reactions either positive or negative to Sensa use could have something to do with whether you have more dominate acid or alkaline metabolism.Like the litmus test some of us 60's babyboomers tried in science class where some people had a bad taste on the tongue from the paper and some didn't taste anything, I believe some metabolisms shouldn't mess with the Sensa and good fortune to those of you who lost weight and didn't have any reactions at all but as for those of us who did, it's not all in our minds.

Started Sensa 5 days ago. The first two days were fine..no issues and my cravings did diminish. On day 3 I woke in the morning with a very sore lymph node/gland on the left side. I assumed it was swollen from allergies, but when I reached up to feel how enlarged it was, it felt normal - but very tender. I am not certain that the Sensa has ANYTHING at all to do with it, but the absence of a fever (to indicate an infection of some sort), or any swelling to indicate allergens, I am wondering if I am possibly having some type of reaction to ingredients in Sensa. Again...I do NOT know if the Sensa is the cause, but after reading this message board I think I may stop using it for a week to see if the soreness subsides.

Sensa is bad stuff. I was dizzy for days on end and it only went away when I stopped using Sensa. I didn;t use it longer than a week and I never lost any weight. I think it is jsut another gimick created to pilfer innocent people's hard earned money.

Sensa is not free. It is $9.95 or $4.95 for S&H so they say BUT they want your credit card information before you get anything from them. They disconnect from you if you believe cash is king and you do NOT us plastic of any kind. These kinds of companies are criminals and should be punished as such.

.Went to the doctor today. Thought I was having a heart attack. Turns out I now have gallstones. In addition to the severe migranes I have been having for the last 3 weeks. I have been on sensa for 6weeks. Haven't lost a damn pound. Got online just now to find all of your similar comments. I'll be returning it all tomorrow in hopes to get my money back.

I am glad I found this site or blog...I used SENSA for 3 days last week and had almost all the symptoms mentioned before, nausea, heartburn feeling, abdominal pain (really bad, I suffer from IBS) and SENSA triggered it like a rocket! Not to mention the dizziness, light headed, woozy so nasty I had to take antivert (a medication for dizziness) to feel a bit better, felt better lying down and chest pains (my EKG ans other studies are perfect). I need to loose 20-25lbs but SENSA is not the answer...should have known by now...there are NO shortcuts...right? I'm considering a nutritionist and exercise. If you cant get a refund from whoever sold you this "scam" just think you are lucky (your health comes first) and throw it away. I got mine at GNC. Wish me luck..lol...!

I developed a sinus headache after trying SENSA. I really wanted to lose weight, so I kept taking SENSA hoping I could put up with the headache, but it got worse. I've been off the product for two days, but still have the headache, not quite as severe as before. Hope it will go away--I hadn't had a bad headache for years before this.

I tried Sensa for a month and it did work. Curbed my appetite and cravings and I lost 7 lbs. My sister tried it as well. Did the same thing for her, but she had diarrhea every time she used it, then she had an episode with severe pain in her side and ended up in the ER. They ran all kinds of test and found nothing. After being so ill, she had stopped using Sensa. I did well the first month, but started feeling ill. I ended up with a bad bladder infection. Felt really achy for over a week. I stopped using Sensa. Neither of us put two and two together until we started using Sensa again. After one week's use, I have another bladder infection (before using Sensa I have not had one in over 10 years)...After one week's use my sister is itching and guess what...she has a bladder infection as well. I do not know what is in Sensa, but it is not good for our bodies. No one knows the damage it could be doing. Both my sister and I will stop using it NOW. The first month I could not say enough good things about Sensa, but now I urge other to do the same..STOP USING SENSA NOW.

I started using Sensa on Monday and have been unable to fall asleep even though I'm exhausted. I didn't think it was the Sensa but now I do, since it has been the only change. Last night I was so frustrated, I even took some Nyquil nightime, and all it did was make my stomach feel like there was a hot poker in it. So tired, can't sleep. Have no idea what is in this product to cause that, and no one else has written of this complaint. I'm stopping it today and hope sleep will return. Odd that they do not list any side effects at all.

I had never read any of these comments until this morning. I tried Sensa last night for the first time. After eating half my meal, I got a shape pain in my head. I hardly ever get a headache unless sick. I didn't feel like eating anymore. I remember thinking, Sensa sure works fast. Later, my chest starting tighting up. I was at an event and felt like my vision was off. I had to watch my steps. I got up this morning and my chest is still tight. I usually go straight in kitchen to eat in the morning. I didn't feel like eating. My chest is still tight. I got on internet to see if any side effects. The symptons I have are already described here. Therefore, I believe that is confirmation enough for me. I can look over the cliff, I don't have to fall over to realize that it is dangerous (for me).

I have been taking Sensa for 6 months and have only lost 10 pounds. I am sick, lightheaded, fatigued, gallstone problem, pain in my back, pain in my shoulders. I am going to try to detox and flush my system out to get it back normal. Otherwise on my way to the ER.
Any suggestions on getting myself back to normal?

I have been using Sensa for one month. I am trying to lose 15 vanity pounds and have already lost 8 (3 without Sensa, and 5 in the past month). I am 29 years old. Yesterday and today HUGE clumps of my hair fell out. I have never had anything like this happen before so I screamed to my boyfriend who came and saw. He was the one who pointed out that it may be the Sensa. That is the only thing that has changed in my routine besides eating MORE fruits and vegetables. Has anyone else had dry hair/ hair loss?

WOW! I have been using Sensa for about almost 30 days, and just recently have been experiencing, burning, red eyes and blurred vision. I have been seeing white spots in my right eye. My tongue is sore and feels like I have burned it drinking something hot. I now have as I write this note and as of yesterday, flu like symptoms (fever feeling, aching in the back of my head and neck), and a plugged but runny nose. I have been feeling like my mind is not as sharp, my judgment is off. This definitely is not normal! I have about 20-25 lbs to loose. It seemed as if it was curving my appetite a little, but these side effects are just not worth it. I am glad for those of you who are using it and have no effects and are seeing results. I hope that there are no long term side effects, for your sakes. But for all of us who are experiencing negative symptoms. PLEASE! STOP USING SENSA IMMEDIATELY !

I just returned the Sensa sprinkles about a week and a half ago. I feel like it really made me ill. It was kind of a cross between constipation and the runs. Abdomen felt awful. When I called the customer service department they initially told me that there was nothing in it that could cause those issues. They talked me into trying it for another month. I didn't do it. Was going on a week long vacation and just couldn't handle the thought of having something that felt a lot like what I would think irritable bowel syndrome would feel. So when we returned I tried it for a few more days and had the same problems. I did end up returning the product and was not charged the $89. Unfortunately I let myself get talked into trying the Sensa Quench drink. I'm finding that I feel the same way with that. I guess the best thing to do is to just try and follow a decent food plan and exercise. I don't think I'd recommend this product to anyone

I started using Sensa as directed. 6 weeks from the time I started dusting my food with it, my eye dropped and I thought I was having a stroke. This was "horner's syndrome" causes by a bleed in my corroded artery. The Dr. said this happens from a trauma. I didn't have any type of trauma, fall or accident. I was looking to lose 20 pounds but instead ended up almost having a stroke and losing a month of work.

I ate one Sensa Chew. It worked, well, as to my not feeling hungry. HOWEVER, the silica ingredient set up a wall, in my colon, which nothing could move. I do drink a lot of water, so that was not the problem. After several days of trying, I may have worked out the problem, so to speak;). However, the silica shards ripped up my, uh, "passageway, "
I'm returning my two bags, to Costco.
I wish it had worked, safely.

I started Sensa 3 days ago and am going to return it! I barely slept last night; felt like my heart was racing, I was sweating and couldn't stop moving my body (weird, I know!). It definitely curbed my appetite! I didn't feel the urge to snack and felt full after my meals. However, after last night, it's not worth my health!
If you're going to try Sensa, be careful!

This product is killing us! STOP taking this crap! I have been taking this product for a month now and I watched the DVD read the pamphlet and never read any of these side affects I felt all month! I felt extremely letheargic and could hardly focus on anytheing but I kept at it in the hopes of loosing wight... Even got to the point were I would wake up in thee middle of the night to get my husbands inhaler because I could NOT breathe.. Now please believe me when I say that I'm 24 years old and never suffered from any medical disease .. None the less I kept taking it the heals of my feet and the palms of my hands were extremely itchy for about 3 days and I had flu like symptoms - chills, head pounding, fever, extreme body pain! So finally after using my husbands inhaler for the fifth time in one month (In my entire life!) I said Enough! It must be this sprinkle powder sensa! And to my surprise I'm not the only one, we all have similar if not the same problems and we need to stop this SCAM of a company ! They are going to end up killing someone! I'm so mad right now!

I have tried sensa for about two weeks and I mmediately started getting a tight chest, heartburn, gassy, bloating and itching. I read the one comment about the liver and immediately was freightened because mine already has scar tissue from a blood disorder. Also, the liver if bothered can make you itch especially on your limbs. I think I will stop using this product now and see if I feel better. As someone mentioned, tums do help a little.

I have been taking Sensa for 4 days now and to me it really seems to work. It has definitely curbed my appetite. I have sensed a very faint sign of nausea about 3 times but not to the point of it being bothersome. I have been pregnant four times and I know what it is like to be nauseous! lol. But for the most part, I think it is doing its job of curbing my appetite. Sorry for everyone that it has impacted negatively but I am going to stick with it. It works for me.

Sensa is definitely making me loose weight. Two weeks in and I can't stop going to the bathroom, and gas, bloating are beyond beliefs. So afraid to leave my house to return unused Sensa back to Costco! Does anyone know how long it take to get out of your system? Kristine

Side effects
I started using Sensa a month ago and I experienced a horrible burning sensation on the backof my head. My hairline became very irritated and itchy. I had to by cortiozone to stop the disconfort. The irritation traveled to my back and finally under my breaths. I felt awful with the pain and itch. Is important to report any discomfort associated with this chemical. I called customer service and was lucky to find someone that helped me end the transaction. She gave me confirmation and I keep checking my checking account for any changes.

Sensa is not good for the body, it causes no weight loss, bloating, terrible intergestion and sharp pains in the chest and stomach which feel like an ulcer, some days more irritating than other day.
There were also some vision problem (light and blurring).
Sensa is not a good weight to lose weight-be natural, thats the way to do it.

I was on the hcg diet, but was having trouble eating the low calories so added Sensa. On day 5 I was experiencing shortness of breath, so went to take my BP and it was 117 over 102 with a 140 heart beat! Drank lots of water and no activity the rest of the day. It was about 6 hrs before it was closer to normal. I haven't taken either product again and my BP went to normal and has stayed normal the last 2 weeks, so hopefully no permanant damage.

I have been using Sensa for under one month. While it does make me fuller faster for the last two days I have been experiencing something along the likes of a spastic colon or irritable bowl syndrom. Yesterday was the worst. It was uncomfotable to sit down and have that pressure from my rear end pushing up into my abdominal area. It would spaz for under a minute. The feeling would subside and return in 5 to 10 minutes. I felt so crummy when I went home yesterday that I didn't even have dinner (this is SO not me). Nor did I have breakfast this morning. My skin did feel flulike and I have been achy. I have month 2 unopened and I am going to return it to Costco.

Has anyone noticed the similarities in the above two posts? Same wording, same incorrect capitalization - even though they're supposedly written by two different people. I'm wondering if these negative comments are being submitted by competitors or people who weren't able to get their money back and are trying to "get even." I haven't used Sensa - was wanting to learn of other's experiences. Too bad dishonest people have to ruin the opportunity for those who are seriously interested in learning more.
