Securitas A bunch of shapeshifting identity thieves and con artists

Sexist, biasest, identity thieves, unprofessional, dishoset, attitude, uncut omer service oriented, lacking business protocol. Flashing and misleading ungodly information. One of the most deceptive places on this planet. Unacceptable mismanagement of a disorganized inexcusable facade. A Quandary of misplaced belittling of my true character. Taunting and spewing devious putrid immature hatred. Cowards will have pleasure in this vicious cycle. An unscrupulous underhanded nonsensical disorganized criminal fraudulent business. Isn't time for them to be held accountable for wrongdoing and transgressions. Maybe, they are deceptive confidence tricking mind gaming inhumans. I can see their horns growing. Sinking to securitas lowest immature level. Would have been more detrimental to my health and sanity.

Securitas honolulu airport

The Tsa called securitas and they all were intimidating me to do what the tsa person asked me to do even got to the point that they threatened me if I do not respond and do what was demanded from them then they will put me in the back of the line and start over again. These securitas people are [censor] they all Gang up on me. Watched the tsa who touched me in an in appropriate area on my body infront of everyone who was waiting in the tsa line.in my opinion this company should not be in business if they are hurting others

Securitas stealing employees information

The place or unprofessional workers within the facilitie. Apparently, love to steal information. Nasty attitudes towards employees. Dishonesty from the start. Covering up a plethora of lies because they pretend to be someone different by cheating, manipulation and full blown assumptions about my skills and abiliting. Making a mockery of me over phone . Denying all the facts. Due to scamming emplyees. Playing God awful mind games . Maybe, some of them are the criminals. Fabrication since day one. Sonja, playing a couple different roles over the phone. Acting strangely and like a bitter monster. Discriminating and bias toward me. Sonja has been lying her or his generic life. Deceiving and making garbage up.Anyone who believes this debauchery of a unprofessional scammer is foolish. I would type a few more names. BUT, limited space may be available. I would love to see these ugly on the inside unprofessional liars held accountable and put to the test. Someone said Securitas is a scam.

Securitas wrongful removal from post under false pretense

I was at my previous post for over 61/2 years(Holiday Hills in Branson, MO at 630 E. Rockford Dr. )[protected]) you can call the resort and ask for Lisa Lund (Front Desk Supervisor) and ask her about my job performance anytime.

Now back to the matter on hand:

I was site supervisor for over 5 years Securitas was the 3rd Security Company that took over Holiday Hills Resort May 23 was my hire date with Securitas June 3rd Securitas took over the Resort. We have an officer that mans the gate and one that patrols they brought down 3 new officers Mike Nettles, the branch manager, and Jeff Davis, field manager expected me to be able to properly train all 3 of these officers in the guard shack and patrol with is impossible there is over 800 acres 24 lock ups and building checks you can not be in 2 different places to properly train these guards and I have preached this to Mike and Jeff but they did not listen but I would get yelled at because they were not properly trained on Sept. 1st I receive a text message from Jeff Davis to please contact him before my next shift It was Urgent I contacted him back he informed me that I was removed from my post at Holiday Hills He told me that he had 2 other post that he could put me at he explained that he understands this is a shock to take a couple of days to let it sink in I tried to contact him through phone call and text messages he never returned them so after a week I took this a termination and started seeking employment elsewhere I never received any write ups no documents on why I was removed Jeff Davis stated to me that the reason why I was being removed is because I used inappropriate language with a guest about getting her delivery to her on time I have documentation that never happened from Lisa Lund that there was never a complaint made of that nature or at anytime before the client has been contacting me not me contacting them that the new site supervisor of Securitas Steven has been telling the clients that I was removed because of an officer that walked out one night and this is one of the officers that could not get proper training so he got irate and left his post there is flex lead officer by the name of David who has also been telling the client about my removal this is inappropiate conduct and breach of confidentiality on the officers behalf and management for telling officers reasons for my removal one positive thing that came out of this at least I know the truth the only reason I am filing this complaint is because my legal adviser advise me to give a chance to be able to reconcile this on our own I have proven that defamation of character and slander has occurred and it has caused a lot of emotion distress I would like in 48 hours to have all proper paperwork sent to my email address ([protected]@gmail.com) of my removal or of my termination
They allow officers to wear uniforms unbuttoned 2 buttons from the top and the handbook states only one button is to be unbuttoned if needed and I have complained to management and they said " leave him as is", he also carries a knife and taser flashlight with him and the book states no weapons are to be carried on your person.

Securitas person

I brought my mother to kaiser on venice and cadillac today 8-19-17. We went to the emergency room and there are five spots outside that are marked 20 mins parking. All of them were taken when we got here so i parked in the structure. An hour later i went to move my car because the rates go up in the structure. Two of cars were still parked there outside from when i first got here. There was three spots open so i went to move my car. Since i was going to be there for a short time it was going to be 10 mins because there was being test ran on my mother and i had an errand to run i decided that i would check in with her and then leave. As im pulling in i hear the security guard (Angela) african american woman, short, bleached hair and black lipstick- loudly and rudely telling my sister that its 20 mins parking and my sister said ok. So i park and my sister comes to my window to let me know about the 20 min rule to which i said i heard angela from across the lot. Not even 30 secs pass of me getring out of my car and shes (angela) yelling over my way about it being 20 mins. I stated to her that i will only be here for a short time and that she didnt have to be so rude about it. I also told her about the other cars being here longer to which she stated she didnt care and that she was working now and which ever cars came in had only 20 mins. At this point she was very rude and continued to be as long as i interacted with her. I just came here for my mother and to be treated so badly by one of your guards is uncalled for. I think she should have a nicer approach with people especially while working in the emergency part of the hospital.

Securitas security services

One week ago, I called to talk to a person by the name of Garrett, he returned my call quickly and said he could get security guards for our event. After waiting a few days and not receiving an invoice or estimate to confirm the future services, I started to get nervous. I reached out to Garrett at least 6 separate times leaving voice mail messages, and no response back. I reached out to his supervisor Doug, and no response. If I ran my company the way this company has treated me, I would be out of business. Extremely unsatisfied with service.

Securitas employment

I worked for Securitas for 2.5 years and was lied to repeatedly about raises and the timeframe for them, treated in a unprofessional manner, I was fired the same day I was supposed to get a significant raise for violating the mobile data limit on company cell phone, even though phone had been set to not exceed mobile data limit by Securitas. They also disregard union agreements they made by not informing employees their even at a union site and aren't aware they are under a signed collective bargaining agreement

I have solid proof of these folks being liars and schemers...

I have filed complaints with the eeoc as well as the dfeh for acts of bullying, discrimination and harassment.

Please do not work for this company or do business with them... I promise you will be disappointed!

I wish I'd read your comment sooner. It has not been a pleasant experience:

I have been begging to be paid. I paid bills anticipating that I would get paid on time. As a result, when I finally do receive my direct deposit, it will be absorbed by NSF fees. I thought being hired on was a blessing, but it has been nothing more than a daily nightmare. I haven't been so stressed out since having to witness my Mother's slow death over a six-month period. The Dept of Labor should be aware of what is going on. I am about to lose EVERYTHING!

Securitas employee issue

I have been employed as a part time security officer for Securitas Inc.
(NH Branch) for twelve years. I have twenty eight years of military service and have received many medals and citations for outstanding service as a supervisor. Last year on Nov. 29, 2016 I was authorized a medical leave of absence for shoulder surgery. When I notified management when I would return they would not give me my job back. I need to know who I can file a complete report of the incident with before I can go into detail. I want to go through the proper channels before I have to file a legal suit against Securitas. Securitas unethical behavior

Do not work for Securitas, because the company does not screen their employees for drug use, especially when on duty at a Cancer Research Hospital in the Longwood Medical Area of Boston. Especially, when they promote them to supervisors.
In addition, a job coach from Disabled Veterans also to contact them about referring his clients to work for Securitas. They never returned his phone calls & thinks if they advertise that they support veterans, they are lying or have false advertising.
The company likes to nit pick and bully their employees, especially if the person has a disability or a mental illness.
One of the supervisors was given money for their shift to get a Christmas dinner in which he pocketed the money & made his subordinates pay for the dinner or pizza. He got a way with it.
This is why I do not support the cancer hospital, the Jimmy Fund & the Boston Red Sox.

The supervisor do not know how to park their cars when on-site at the Granada Highlands in Malden. They like to park their cars in front of the MBTA 411 when it passes thru apartment complex.

The Securitas managers and HR in Bakersfield California covered up for one of my coworkers who was leaving his post to go flirt with an employee at a store. There were a lot of evidence showing his unethical behavior, and the HR and management claimed we were picking on him because he was from Bakersfield. I had pictures of him at the store in uniform with the company truck, I had his grocery receipts that he left behind that showed what time he was at the store, we had multiple witnesses that saw him, and our daily activity report showed he wasn't doing his job. HR and management said there was no proof. They threatened to fire me for making complaints. When I brought the matter up to the client, he told management and they laid me off. They claim I wouldn't listen or stop and that's why they laid me off.

After they got rid of me, the idiot coworker continued with his behavior until the employees at the store kicked him out for stalking and harassing a girl. He kept writing her creepy notes, lying to her about being married, and he harassing her online through social media. After he got kicked out, he transfered to a knew site claiming someone was sending him threats through Instagram in a foreign language. The management bought his story, and transfered him to a new site.

In the end, I got screwed, and for years I've been trying to get into law enforcement, but nobody will hire me because they're lying about what happened. It pisses me off that they're still working care free while I have to suffer for their mistakes.

The Richmond v.a. office had a supervisor coming to work late and got paid for being on time. I was paid according to his stated time. When I went to resign they where so lost by asking me for my equipment as if the where terminating me, they didn't realize that they issued me 2 firearms. Man was I glad I resigned from that company. They truly are the epitome of NOT WHAT YOU KNOW BUT WHOM YOU KNOW.

Securitas unprofessional!! do not work here!!!

So almost a month working here and for the past few weeks I have been " Forgot about" What do I mean? Consider having to wait 2 hours after getting off of a graveyard shift because they forgot to schedule someone to relieve you from your post. Or try waiting for your paycheck only to have it not show up. Mail problem? Nope. What happened was I called payroll who told me that I was not scheduled to get paid. So I called my scheduler who said the problem would be taken care of and he would call me back to explain what happened. No phone call. So I call back the next day to speak to HR but they were busy, instead I talked to the front desk lady who was very kind and also promised to call me back to explain what happened that same day. No phone call. So I took the initiative and called back instead demanding to know why I was not getting paid. I finally got to talk a lady at payroll again who said somehow my hours were " Deleted" from the log in sheet while my other coworkers who sign that exact same sheet got their paychecks. I told her that due to me missing that paycheck I was being charged late fees for things I had scheduled to pay for. She showed little remorse and used the phrase of " moving forward" and forgetting about the issue because it would never happen again. I think she meant moving forward on her part because I am now stuck asking friends for gas money to get to work and having to pay a crap load of missed payment fees and figuring out what to feed my wife for the next week. Hopefully I can find another security company that will respect their employees. Regardless of pay or work I always give my 100% at a job, too bad securitas doesn't hold these same values.

Securitas not paying me.

Securitas is over a month and a half late on payment to me for 6 hours of overtime. On top of that they're late for the last check a week ago of over 200 dollars. Together they owe over 300 dollars. Calling them they just throw me around. It's illegal to not pay someone after a month in a professional career such as Security which is the longest time a person is allowed to wait. They want me to drive 45 minutes with less than an hour's notice to places to work and offer little to no extra pay. They offer no benefits anymore. Their arbitration agreement is completely unreasonable because arbitration by itself should never exist. It just puts one more thing in-between us and the Federal courts. Something no person should have to deal with. It costs money to file and after they don't pay you how can you file? It's not like they pay enough to have extra money just laying around. It's a bare minimum pay job for dangerous and serious work. They remove any guard from a site for one complaint from a client with no proof. They don't respect their employees. They lie to their employees. When an employee is doing something seriously wrong like driving under the influence, a felony, they just move them to a different site. Like the new client, who only needs 1 complaint to remove someone, would want that. They show no regard for ethics whatsoever and give out personal information at a whim. Whenever one employee has a dispute with the other they wish to stay anonymous on the employer also tells the employee who was complaining about them. This company is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for.

Securitas wrongful termination

Securitas Security in Ontario Ca. Shame on you Miguel Juehuey Carlos Perez Nick Griego Mickey Berrera and others for your misconduct. Security at this Kaiser enjoys abusing patients. I seen one guard physically punch a patient who was mentally ill and trying to get away while the supervisor watched and handcuffed the patient and another gaurd on top of him. I had to grab the patient in order to keep him from running onto the freeway trying to get away from they one who was punching him. This not the first time I seen a Ontario Kaiser security officer who works for Securitas hit and mistreat a patient. Then some these same [censored]heds write up a fake story to cover there [censored] and blame it on me. Then when i report getting hurt do to Carlos's anger management problems I get fired for allegedly not reporting that he punched a patient yet he still working there! Then I find out one stupid fat nurse who wasn't even there writes a complaint about me for a patient that wasn't doing anything harmful in an attempt to get me in trouble. And securitas ignores my complaint to get medical attention when i have a swollen ankle from when patient kicked me and bruises from falling while grabbing the patient away from the gaurd who sleeps his entire shift in the empty nurses station instead of patrolling like he should be. And if you ever work at any off the Kaisers in southern California as a security don't expect the Union to help you. They just take your money. They all talk. Point of story Kaiser Security abuses there patients. Oh man. I wish I had the photos. Securitas YOU SUCK!

Securitas wrongful termination

After being hired on for 10 months with this company, I was fired on 4/10/2014. The story goes like this... I was said to have made an error on 4/1/2014; however I got a raise on 4/9/2014. Funny huh ? This company is full of bs. I found out they have been doing this to a out of people like this n they provide you with no proof of what the accusation are. therfore I have filed a lawlaw suit !

If you work at Securitas Security in the Westborough Ma. office you will subject yourself to outrageous employee abuse! They have an incompetent H/R Mgr. named Crystal Brown. She is arrogant, condescending, abusive and contemptuous! She has an air of self importance to bolster her self image. She pretends to be nice but it is an act! She constantly engages in Fraud, Lies, Intimidation and Wrongful Termination. They will cheat you out of hours worked, pay rate, pay raises, your vacation pay and anything else they can. If you complain they will Retaliate against you. Securitas publicly proclaims to that these illegal conduct will "not be tolerated", privately they allow it. If you Google : Complaints against Crystal Brown Securitas Westborough MA. (Ripoff Rrports) you will see this is true.

Securitas violation of company policy, practice or procedure

My Supervisors inform me about other employees that are calling me out my name but can't inform guards on who relieves who and making sure guards takes meal breaks on time. He makes it where I have to come to him for things that he could bring to security officer. On top of the passes that he has made that gives me the impression he likes me more the just work level, going in to my second month I feel that it is a unfair work environment

Securitas bad place to work

Securitas is not a good place to work at... They don't pay good they don't have medical they all work together I the called the hotline on my boss 10 times they still didn't do nothing to him but told him I called in on him now he being mean to me cut my hours talking to me any kind of way don't work for this company but not to be racist if you are mexicans you might have a better trying but you have to be a mexicans girl not fat smh sad they told me I would be making 1650 I got to the job they told me 1148 and full time iam part time 32 hours a week pay check be 321 sometimes 190

Securitas said I was stealing

I was shopping at a local store in Patterson CA. I had intended on purchasing a bottle of advil and other stuff. I placed the bottle of advil by my purse in the top part of my cart. I did my shopping and got a piece of paper and pen out of my purse. I placed my items back in my purse and continued doing my shopping. I checked out. I spent about 10 minutes in the store, going to the bank and played a game at the Claw machine with my kids. My kids and I walked out of the store and a gentleman came up to us saying I had left without paying. I hadn't realised the Advil had ended up under my purse. I explained what had happened to the gentleman and he basically said I was lying. I had to sign a paper or they would do a citizens arrest. I was wrongfully accused and it's not right

You left the store with something in your purse that you didn't pay for. that fits the definition of stealing, whether you meant to or not. If they hadn't done this, they would not be doing their job properly...

Securitas abusive, shady and illegal

The Account Managers just recently tried to break union contract agreements and abused officers by putting them in places without training in a Sincere Medical Facility.
They figure they can fire you if you cannot do a job, even without training. My husband may be sort of dumb, but he likes his job and friends at work, not the company or management.

The women there are overweight and cannot protect anyone as they cannot move fast enough, and the managers are lazy. I speak with the uppers at kaiser and they truly want to get rid of Securitas, not the gaurds but the Company.

My husband finally stood up for himself and called the union. People are missing hours of pay, days not on the schedule, trying to terminate people for doing what is ethical and most of all dirty dogs. Securitas is a company you go to when you are desperate and if they are lazy, then you be lazy. Take the pay until you find something else, and they will try to not pay unemployment, but that is where I come in and they do not have a choice. Today the lawyer i work for has supplied me with an account to help the officer in the inland empire. Free of charge and the catch is you must read this and supply a truthful comment and give me any bogus email address made up without a true name and I will email you with all the information. My made up email is [protected]@hotmail.com. Fill out the paperwork and send it to the site online...do not provide phone number or ssn and a return document will return. Just use that address and meet up with us. We are against securitas and blackstone will keep and eye on them for Kaiser.

You must fight to get justice...a wife of a husband who wants to do security

Securitas company is a joke!

When I began working for Securitas here on Maui, I was ecstatic. They portrayed themselves as a professional, highly trained, elite company with highly trained officers. I was told about all of these great opportunities for advancement and training I would be receiving. They really put up a great facade.
It took me just a few months to learn that this company is so full of crap. Apparently officers pay depends on the site you're assigned with pay rates from $9/hr.-$11/hr. I was moved to different sites monthly sometimes working at 3 different sites in 1 week. We never had a set schedule, every week was different days off or shift. Sometimes you work 20hrs a week and sometimes 60hrs. a week. We had no way of knowing what our schedule was for the next week because schedules would come out the day before it began. There were times that no schedule came out at all and we had to contact the FS to find out your schedule. There were 3 incidents where I showed up at work just to find another worker there...apparently we were double scheduled therefore someone would have to go home which was usually me...I was never compensated not even once for my wasted time due to their incompetence.
I'm sure everyone heard that Securitas are known to short employees hours on paychecks...well let me assure you that this is true. Almost all my paychecks was shorted between 1-12 hours and I would have to keep asking the FS when I would be paid sometimes for weeks until I finally get an adjustment "off-cycle" check. The company acts like you're trying to scam them out of money when you tell them your paycheck is short. Luckily I kept track of all my hours which proved I was shorted. When they realize I was shorted, they point fingers at eachother...lol.
As for training, what training? I received no training whatsoever in the 2 years I was there. There were no Post Orders, nothing in black and white and no emergency plan in place for any of the sites I worked. Basically I was told if I see something happening, call my SS for instructions...which was usually "keep a distance and call the police"...smh. They basically want a uniform to be seen and not heard. Most officers have no idea what to do in situations so they just do nothing. There was once a bomb threat that was already handled by police but I knew I needed to inform the higher ups via chain of command. Therefore I notified my SS who was to inform client and FS who was to inform BM. Well apparently my SS dropped the ball and failed to inform anyone. Now get this, I get written up because they say I should have followed up and made sure the info was passed up the chain. WTF? Isn't that what chain of command is? I did my part...I made my notification. WTF am I responsible for making sure my supervisor make his notifications?
It didn't take long before I realized this company was a joke. Nobody took us serious, with good reason apparently. I was actually told by the BM that "here at Securitas we do not stand our ground"...lmao. They do not want us to approach anyone or intervene with anything. The simply want us to call the police for everything. We had an officer literally chased by a homeless guy back to his vehicle locking the doors while calling the police. We had officers threatened, pushed around, punched and lunged at and yet the company does nothing to protect us. After I was lunged at by a homeless male and threatened that he would be back with his boys to hurt me, I informed the BM of the incident and requested we get another officer on this 1 officer site or we get some type of training to deal with aggressive combative people. Apparently it fell upon deaf ears and I now was looked at as a liability. From that point on I got falsely accused and written up for bogus things until they finally suspended then fired me for not hitting enough TOCO's during my shift even though I was told there's no set amount by my SS when I started working there.
This company turned out to be a huge disgrace to security companies and makes all security look weak. Securitas has 2 different divisions: airports and all others. So just to be clear, I'm not referring to the airport division because the officers there are top-notch professional officers unlike the sad pathetic worthless division I'm referring to.

AGREE! The company that outsources them in my area of Maui are NEVER seen when they are hired to manage an up-scale community in West Maui. Banks and lucrative franchises pay them to handle security -- to no avail! Illegal Mexicans begging in front of McDonalds. Breaking bank windows! Knife-weilding perps living in their trucks for months on property. What a SCAM the property manager is -- based on Oahu. He will be exposed...
