Seatwave haye v bellew fight tickets

To who it may concern,
I am making this complaint today because I have received my tickets for the haye v bellew fight & I noticed straight away the price of the tickets £80. I PAID £180 EACH through seatwave because the o2 website crashed on me a dozen times. I am absolutely disgusted, that seatwave could charge nearly DOUBLE the original selling price. I assumed when I purchased these ticket's through seatwave that they would be the actual price for £180 & not any other price. I have receipt confirmation of the tickets If you would like to see it. I would be very grateful if you could offer assistance to my complaint.

Seatwave how is this legal??

I would like to know how Seatwave can justify allowing people to sell tickets at triple the price they should be?
Surely they must be able to put a limit on the amount people are allowed to resell them for? It is absolutely disgusting that actual fans cannot get tickets to see their favourite artists because touts get them and sell them in this way. It should not be legal to do this, it is pure greed and ruining the music industry!

Seatwave strictly come dancing metro arena 24th january 2017

I received tickets to the above event on 19th january (Ref number 1848332) and realised that they were the wrong ones. I had paid almost £300 for three tickets and I received restricted view tickets in the next block along which were worth less than half the price of the tickets I had bought. I phoned your customer 'service' number straight away and sent them an email with a picture of the tickets and the invoice (Which had the correct ticket details on it) as requested.

I have now made my fourth phonecall to your customer 'service' department and have been told again, that someone will get back to me. We are leaving today to attend this event, as it is over a four hour drive from where we live. I have also booked a non-refundable hotel for this event, as I had assumed, incorrectly, that I would receive the correct tickets in a timely manner.

I cannot express how furious I am at your incompetence and poor level of service. These tickets were a birthday present for my elderly mother who is a huge fan of the show and is now bitterly disappointed.

I would like to know how you intend to rectify this situation and how I will be reimbursed for the time, trouble and expense this has cost me.

Seatwave helpline

Hi,

I am just writing to say that I have just received a £9 bill for 7 phone calls to you while I was attempting to get help about tickets I bought from you for a concert that was happening the next day.

I could not get through to a person, the helpline was unhelpful with a robotic voice which had nothing useful to say about my problem and there was no other way that I could seemingly receive help. I submitted an online form asking for help and it was never answered, and still hasn't been.

The only way that anyone seems to get any information from you is Twitter (which I have only discovered today) and not everyone uses Twitter. I think you should review your helplines because I would have missed the concert if I hadn't been determined to get through to you - hence the ridiculous number of calls and now charges. I just wanted you to know because whenever I have attempted to get in contact with this company it has been almost impossible.

Seatwave tickets not yet received

On the 25th october 2016, I (Neil chetcuti) placed an order for 2 tickets for the coldplay concert to be held in the ernst happel stadium in vienna on the 11th june 2017 for a total price of £355.33 (Order number: 1868002).

The tickets were to be sent to 35, crossways, sutton, sm25ld, uk.

Upon accessing my seatwave account, I was informed that the expected delivery date was the 4th november 2016, although till this day the status of the delivery is still shown to be 'awaiting shipment'.

I have tried to contact seatwave several times over the phone, but have so far been unsuccessful.

Rather than a refund, I request that an update with respect to the delivery be sent to me immediately on [protected]@hotmail.com and seatwave ensure that the tickets are sent to the above address as soon as possible.

Seatwave concert tickets

I sold Gavin James concert tickets on seatwave. As requested by seatwave, I Register posted them, I have my receipt as proof of delivery. The concert was on the 09/12/16 and seatwave are ignoring my emails when I am looking to be paid for the tickets. I also cannot find a phone number to contact them. The woman who bought my tickets signed for the tickets to say she received them. I have not heard anything from them since the tickets were sold.

Seatwave service

To whom it may concern,

I want to buy tickets on your website for Kaleo on the 6th of Feb but it wont let me, Tried calling, got hung up on twice! I want these tickets for my mum for Xmas. It's very important I buy them.

I have my card at the ready. No one wants to help me, I've spend most of my day trying to call. I think it's a disgrace. I really don't want the tickets to be sold out ! I'm already willing to pay almost €100 for each ticket. Can someone contact me to pay over the phone on [protected] or email charlotte.[protected]@hotmail.com

I dont even know if this will reach the right hands! Please contact me ASAP!

Seatwave tickets

I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received. I purchased tickets for a concert on the morning of the day the concert was on and was due to receive e-tickets. What I find ridiculous is the company pile on £15 for things like ticket fees...even though it was an e-ticket. As this was a Christmas present for someone who really wanted to go I was prepared to pay the excess for fees. I hadn't received my ticket by 3/4 hours prior to the event therefore I phoned and when I phoned it said 'we charge our callers at low call rates' however I have actually paid £17 for the 3 short phone calls I've made to them. The girl I got the first time was very cheeky telling me I had to be patient, even though it was only 3/4 hours to the event. I phoned again 1h 30min prior to the event still with no ticket and was told that I had to stay in my house to print the tickets (even though I had my own ticket so I had to leave). So they could have uploaded the tickets 2minutes before the event started and that's obviously way to late and the person wouldn't of been able to go but because it would have been 'before the event' I wouldn't have been given a refund. The person I was buying these tickets for had to sit around all day wondering if they would be able to go and got ready to leave all for nothing. I then phoned again after the concert as I have had no contact about a refund and I was basically told he had to tell his colleagues to give me a refund, it should be automatic I shouldn't need to ask for my own money back. Therefore I will never be using their service again and will be making sure my friends and family know how terrible my experience was.

Seatwave beyond ridiculous

I've purchased two tickets from this website www.seatwave.com and received only one. When I contacted their customer service they said they'll check what was going on and promised to contact me back as soon as possible.
They contacted me about three days later and said that there was no information that I bought two tickets. What a joke! Demanded my money back but they said that they can refund only one ticket. SeatWave is beyond ridiculous don't use them!

Seatwave wrong tickets, bad customer service

I ordered and paid tickets for red hot chilli peppers in madrid on
Tuesday, 27 september 2016 at seatwave. Nl.
They sent me tickets for wednesday, 28 september.

At the venue in madrid, the ticket organizers (Promoters) were reluctant to help, they even claimed seatwave is illegal. They said the tickets I have should be deleted and that they (The promoters) never sold tickets to seatwave and therefore I was the victim of a fraud (By seatwave).

In the end I could not go to the concert I paid for. Moreover, I travelled from the netherlands to spain to go to that concert.

Moreover, seatwave offers several email addresses for "customer service" on their official webpage. None (!) of them work:

Seatwave duplicate ticket sold

I was expecting to go to see Grace Jones on Sept 22nd, I bought my ticket the night before and payed 80 euro for it (normal tickets cost 50 without the extra charges Seatwave and the seller make).
As it was the night before the event the only option was printing the ticket out at home, when I did I noticed that the secondhand ticket still had the original purchasers name on it.

When I arrived at the venue I was told someone had already entered with my ticket and that I could purchase a new one because it was sold out.
I was genuinely heartbroken that I missed the performance and had been completely ripped off (nealy 100 euro with the travel and ticket)

I dont know how seatwave is affiliated with Ticketmaster, the whole thing just seems like a scam. The only reason I trusted them was because I thought they were part of Ticketmaster thus not dodgy. Even my ticket did have the Ticketmaster logo on it.
Now that I have documents and evidence of what has happened including an official print out from the venue, I cant get through to the call centre because there are no free representatives (I have called 6 times, being charged English rates).

I have never been treated this badly by a company.

Seatwave seller ticket sold and payment never received

I sold two tickets for a concert date 16/6/2016 now it's 31 July! They say 10 days from date and it's a month and a half now! I contacted several times first time they said they tried to make payment and failed and ask me to contact PayPal, I contact PayPal they said there is no problems at all with my account and there was no trials of payments to my account and if there is a problem it must be in sender account as I had no problems with my account at all to receive payments that was two weeks ago, I forward PayPal message support apologize say will contact billing and will be sent with the next payment stream which was on Wednesday the week before which is 10 days I wait more nothing I contact back support apologies say will contact billing again and will update me that was few days ago, I send email for update 2 days ago I get ignored no replies at all, I send another and also ignored no reply!
It's my first experience with them and it's terrible! I sold other tickets same time for later concert with them and now what? Tickets worth a lot! It's like 200++ gbp each and nothing is received at all! I feel am being ripped off!

Seatwave tickets for euro 2016

Seatwave is the worse on-line ticket platform. I didn't receive my tickets to my hotel in Amsterdam so I changed the address to the next hotel in order to allow a few more days for the tickets to arrive. Mean time I sent queries, emails and tried to call them but in vain. On the day of the match we drove to the stadium hoping for a miracle, but nothing. Only after approaching Paypal did I get my money back a month later. They tkae 0 liabilty for their poor "customer service". Beware!

Seatwave ticket not delivered

Yesterday (09/07/16) I have ordered 1 ticket to Beyoncé's concert. I was supposed to receive a link to download my ticket befor 17:00. It was 19:30 and the email hadn't been delivered. I was forced to buy other ticket. Seatwave scam seller

I have ordered two tickets from www.seatwave.com and never received them. Tickets were ordered in advance back in January 2015. Because of these guys I lost my money and I had to buy some tickets from another site.
I tried to contact them numerous times, called for months and never received a reply!
Do not buy tickets from this seller! Very bad company to deal with!

Seatwave not answering questions - unable to contact

Order number: 1674130
Ordered and paid for tickets to Coldplay back in November 2015. Told shipment date was 31st May - still not received and not been advised that the tickets have been despatched. The concert is Saturday 4th June and to get them in time the tickets should be despatched today for tomorrow.
Emailed, left review on trustpilot and I'm not being given any suitable information as to what's going on. We have paid over £1000 for these tickets and I'm shocked that no one can at least give me a call as to when we will receive them. Have been on hold for 30 minutes now. Am getting more and more angry. They state the following at the bottom of the purchase receipt...
Please note that many tickets are not issued until just before the event so you may not receive them immediately. However we guarantee that you will receive your tickets in time for the event.

Seatwave terrible customer service - as a seller

Seatwave are terrible to deal with as a seller of tickets. Seatwave's customer service is the slowest I have ever had to deal with, anywhere! There is no customer service number to phone (Unless you manage to find some uk numbers, but that would cost me a lot to phone them). Seatwave don't even read your complaint properly and automatically mark it down as resolved; once they finally get around to bothering to reply to you. The website looks impressive at first glance. It's not. Seatwave have a rubbish website. Seatwave do have a tutorial on youtube about using their site... The webpages on this video dont even match what appears when you are selling tickets. Seatwave are awful! Seatwave have caused me extra stress. The sale will most likely not go through because of seatwave's poor customer service. Seatwave are charging for making this easy. Seatwave make this hard - bad customer service. Seatwave are terrible.

Seatwave taken my money

I put some rugby tickets on seat wave for sale along with another company, the other company had sold my tickets for me and when I went to remove the tickets from seatwave they told me that they had sold them, I never had confirmation from seatwave to say they had sold the tickets and they said they were going to charge me a penalty charge, I disputed this and sent them emails of complaint this being back in november 2014, I never had a response from seatwave until january saying they were charging me a penalty charge, I emailed them again and again heard nothing, they have now taken & pound;111.25 from my bank account, if they had of informed me of the sale then this wouldn't of happened. I am very unhappy with seatwave and I will never use them again

Seatwave no tickets

I ordered lady gaga tickets back in january on the release date from seatwave at nia birmingham. I have over 100 miles to travel to the concert so booked a hotel for 3 days for my friend and i. The concert is 15th october, tickets were due to arrive friday 10th, which is close enough to the event already. So I drove home from university especially to collect the tickets, drive back to uni and leave tuesday evening for birmingham. Sadly my tickets did not arrive. I have now had to miss uni today (Monday) and stay at home as when I emailed (No tel number supplied) I was told they would be delivered monday morning. Yet again I have been let down and they are still not here. If they did arrive, it would have still added another almost 100 miles onto my journey to birmingham for the concert, I would have missed almost a whole week of university for this instead of just a couple of days and I will have spent even more money on petrol just to accommodate their bad service. But unfortunately they still haven't even come. So what do I do? Drive to birmingham now as planned without tickets? Wait another day and see whether or not they arrive and waste the money I spent on a pre booked hotel? Absolute shoddy service. Will never use seatwave again.

Seatwave customer relations

I had a fraudulent charge stating from this website. I tried to contact them to block the charge (before it was authorized) and to give me info as to who might be using my card. No response to the email, and no other way of contacting the company.
Scammers, bad company, I only hope whoever used my card has as terrible of an experience as everyone else.

Seatwave are a terrible company. I'd advise anyone thinking of using them to steer well clear. Two tickets were bought for Download 2012 at the cost over £600. We were refused entry into the site after travelling a good way, because the tickets were invalid. After many phone calls, emails and the threat of seeing our solicitor (which we planned to do the following morning), Seatwave refunded us - after a further 10 days'd lapsed. Their excuses were feeble, no members of the management team were available to speak to, and we had to send evidence of the useless tickets - which at one point they said they hadn't received!
We were disappointed to've missed the festival, but at least lucky enough to obtain a full refund. Don't bother buying from this company.

You should be contacting your credit card company - not Seatwave. Do you really think the frauster who used your card is going to give Seatwave his personal details? Obviously your card has been cloned. Call your credit card company as soon as possible. If you want to speak to Seatwave, call them on [protected].
