These guys have posted beautiful pictures on their web site of clothing and dresses that have absolutely nothing in common with the actual rug that you will receive in the mail. This company is based somewhere in China. Shipping takes > 30 days. They do not have a real customer support service. When you try to contact them you will realize that it is actually an unreachable Skype account. No phone number. They get back to your emails and reply in broken English 5-6 days after you have emailed them. The main point is that the product that you will receive is a CHEAP knock-off of some dresses and pictures they have probably stolen from other designers. The quality is beyond unacceptable. There is glue, threads, etc running all over the dresses which are made out of cheap and tacky material. Beware and DO NOT buy from this seller. They advertise with Google and that's how they get traffic to their scam web site.

I have bought two dresses and a short jacket from Season Mall, I should have learned the first time. The first dress I sent my measurement's and the dress was way to big, they would not take it back because it was custom made for me. I ordered another dress recently and used their size. I ordered the dress 3 sizes larger than what I normally would wear and it was to small. They would not take it back because they said it was custom made for me. I ordered their size and gave no measurements. The color was not as they show. It was supposed to be an Ice blue and it came in as this dull teal color. The jacket was also bought using their size and it was so small I could not get it over my arms. I gave it to my size 0 niece. Unless you do not have anything up top and you order two to three sizes more than what you normally wear, you should shop elsewhere.

Thanks for all the reviews. I was in the process of ordering a dress, But after sending a email asking question and getting a return email without answering the question, made me think someting wasn't righ with this company . May be better business bureau needs to be conacted. What do you think?

I just purchased a dress for my moms 30 year class reunion. I did not know this company are scams. Omg what are we going to do. Prayed and hope that it comes in on time so we can try and get some things fix correctly. I'm pissed just reading the reviews. I wish i would have researched before ordering her gown.

DO not order from Seasonmall, dressbraw, helenebridal, TDB, or Tidbuy. They are all cheap scam businesses form China and may in fact be the same company under many names.

my daughter ordered her sweet 16 dress through seasonal mall. her party is this friday and we have yet to receive the dress. i paid a lot of money for this dress and i have a feeling that we are not going to get the dress until after the party. i am have tried to cancel but order but have had NO LUCK. i cannot believe i have been scammed. the only good thing is that i ordered the dress through paypal. my daughter has been in tears because she does NOT have the dress she wants to wear for her very special occasion. she had to get a backup dress from a friend as I do not have the money to purchase another dress for her. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM...DO NOT ORDER FROM SEASONAL MALL.

First of all I will says always research who you are ordering a dress from, "SEASONMALL" is a scam we ordered our daughters Prom dress 5/1/12 and have yet to recieve a confirmation if it's been shipped, needless to say the email has no domain, doesn't exist. And all the complaints are true they only have Skype. we paid the most expensive rate to get this dress asap and nothing! Sadly Seasonmall has proved they are all right.. Needless to say had to buy another dress and report this company to Paypall and our bank. LISTEN CHECK RESEARCH AND DON"T ORDER FROM SEASONMALL they are thieves!

I ordered my dress from this site on March 29th, and just received it today. My prom was a week ago and they were well aware of that. But because they are ignorant I had to buy a new dress. My dress came and looked nothin like the picture they had on the site. The top was gorgeous though i must say but the bottom looked like a 4th grader cut it, it was so uneven it's rediculous. The people on this website take weeks to reply and have ### service. Nobody should buy a dress from them. You suck season mall. And learn how to write.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for her prom and they are telling me it may be late but to contact then if there are any problems. However none of their contact info is right. Every email i send gets bounced back, their phone number does not work and live chat is not live. I am, so fustrated. Help me please.

DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM SEASON MALL OR LIGHT IN THE BOX! I orered my daughter's prom dress on March 24, 2012. It was supposed to arrive on April 20th in plenty time to have any possible alterations done before her May 5, 2012, prom date. On April 19th I received an email stating the dress would be delayed because of high demand and low supplies. The email notification said to send a message with the order number and date dress needed for expidited service. I replied with a lied stating the dress was needed by April 28, 2012. It is April 30, 2012, and we have not recieved the dress. I thought by giving Season Mall an earlier date, my daughter might actually have the dress to wear to her prom. I was wrong. I have emailed, communicated via Live Chat and was assured that the dress would be overnighted on April 26th to be here by April 27th. It is April 30th and NO DRESS. According to TNT tracking "2012-04-29 Status 13:00 China SHANGHAI Consignment miss connection due to Custom hold" My daughter and I will be out looking for her a replacement a Prom dress tomorrow. What a shame! I was planning to purchase a Mother-of-the Bride dress for my eldest daughter wedding in August from Season Mall also. That will NOT happen!

I was very Leary about ordering from them. I saw bad reviews and some good reviews. My daughter is very hard to fit. She is very short, chesty and a little chunky. Because the price was right, I sent in her measurements and hoped for the best. Unfortunately the prom she was going to originally attend was last week and the. dress had not arrived. She was able to attend a different prom and the dress arrived today. It is perfect and very pretty. Exactly what we ordered. I feel ahold bad for all the people who were not happy, maybe I just got lucky but I am tickled pink. I do not work for them. I am from Iowa. :)

I ordered a dress on March 29th, 2012 and it is now April 28th and it's STILL NOT here! The customer service is horrible and they never respond to any emails. I have prom in a week and figured that my dress would be here by now and it is not. This website is horrible.

My daughters formal is TOMORROW and her dress still isn't here! I have emailed repeatedly and haven't received a response! Early into the order I would get answers but now that the dress is overdue for delivery I can't get any answers from you. I intended to use your site in the future and have even referred people to it which I will REMEDY real quick when I make sure they know NOT to order from your site. Unfortunately I didn't read all the bad reviews until now that we've been begging for delivery of the dress; and the responses to the complaints that you resolve the problems and/or return communication is completely FALSE. I wish we could you were held responsible for ruining the special events that you ruin by not meeting the service you claim to offer!

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from Seasonmall.com. It arrived exactly on schedule and fit her perfectly (we sent her measurements). She loved the dress and received many compliments. I paid the extra for expedited shipping and received it within 2 days of the ship date. I know others have posted negative comments about this site, but everything was just as advertised for us.

I am a dress designer/dressmaker in salem oregon . I work for a bridal shop and do all of the alterations for the shop. Recently two customers came in to have dresses altered/corrected that were ordered from SeasonMall. The dresses didn't fit and they had defective workmanship. The hems were uneven and one dress had the chiffon and satin sewn together at the hips causing the dress not to fit at the hips area. It was impossible to correct this because the seams were cut all the way to the sewing line at the allowance. The bodices did not fit even though my clients provided SeasonMall with the correct measurements!
There were many major alterations that I did on these two dresses trying to correct uneven hems and ill-fitting bodices and ill-fitting hip areas. The total price on these alterations came to over $300.00 due to having to make over some of the areas of the dress.
I E-mailed Seasonmall a week ago twice about the problems but have received no response from them! I will warn all of my clients at the bridal shop about this company. They are reluctant to resolve any of our complaints. Please warn other prospective customers. Rayne Hamilton March30, 2012

P.S. The place that my DVD's came from was in China as well! And I didn't find that out until I tried to track my order and it said it was in the peoples republic of china! WTF!

I just went through something very similar to everyone's situation on here at Christmas time. I ordered some DVD's online as a gift because they were such a great price and I placed the order 28 days before christmas, needless to say I finally recieved them in late January. I tried tracking the order which didn't work because it wasn't a legit tracking website, then tried to email, no legit email, no legit phone number! Finally, went to my bank and disputed the purchase at the end of December, because their website had said that if I didn't recieve the package by 21 days to contact them, yeah right! It was 30 days later when I disputed it and thank god my bank is amazing because I got all my money back the next day. So when my daughter told me about this site and I saw all these dresses by other designers I was definately wary. I knew it was a ### site as soon as I saw the prices, because if you go on the real designer dress sites these dresses are actually hundreds of dollars more than what this ### site is advertising! So thank you ladies for complaining, even though you got screwed in the process. I hope this site gets shut down soon so no-one else has to go through this.

i recently received my prom dress from here and it is nothing like i expected it looks like a cheap version of the picture n they obviously used different materials than the real thing(beads instead of jewels) and it is big at the top and small at the bottom so it will not zip! it is horrible and now i have very little tI'me to find another one in stores and I'm very skeptical about ordering from another website.! i would never recommend this place! its a total rip off

omg this is terrible! i just bought two dresses there. but right after, i realized that seasonmall seemed so weird. i've sent them at least fifteen emails saying i want to cancel my orders but they haven't emailed back. are they ever going to cancel the orders? or do they just scam you?

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I spent a lot of money on a bridesmaid dress that I won’t be able to wear due to the irresponsibility exhibited by Season Mall. I ordered a dress from Season Mall that was shipped in the wrong color and the wrong fabric. In trying to resolve this issue, I immediately found that communication was difficult – at times non-existent. The Season Mall website included instructions for customers who did not receive the correct item. I was instructed to contact them by phone, which was impossible as they do not list a number. I resorted to an email even though timing was becoming limited to fix the mistake. When I emailed Season Mall regarding my need to return the dress, I did not receive a response within 24 hours as guaranteed on their website. At times, I received no response at all. Season Mall eventually emailed me, days after my initial email and only after I contacted PayPal, stating that they would refund my money, but have yet to do so. ORDERING FROM THIS SITE WAS A MISTAKE.

I had the same experience with them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am a law student and from what little I know so far, this company in China is definitely not following American law. This company is definitely not following its posted policy on the internet. I had 3 days to return the dress, which I did. I sent multiple pictures of the dress to them, at their request (they would not allow me to return it without doing so) and I even took a picture of my own waist measured. If the dress was made correctly, it would have fit, but it was 3 inches too small. After complying with all their crazy demands, I then returned the dress and told them I wanted a refund. I also told them that I did not want the dress returned for any reason in two separate emails. After I finally heard that I would get my refund, which I still have not received, I got the dress back in the mail! Imagine my shock. Well, without opening it, I returned the package to sender. Needless to say, I am still writing multiple emails to argue my case. THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Frankly speaking, everyone has a standard or ideal image in their mind when buying an item in both online shop or local shop, and the good thing is, they could try on and see the real items before they made the decision, and they can change freely if anything problem happened.But for online deals, especially overseas deals, they could not try on, or see the real item, touch the fabric and check the details as stitch, beading, ruffles etc., but they still bought the dress with their believe and trust! maybe they don't make each of the dresses be nice, Luckily, my dress is very made nicely, here is a picture for the dress :)
my last time bought from another website in China, it was really nothing like picture, but i got refund from that seller,
my suggestion is do not expect too high for the Chinese dress they are cheap, but some are good quality, it depends on the price not which company. Wish everyboday good luck, lol

Thank you so so so so much everyone! the website seemed too good to be true and it seemed really fishy when i noticed that on several different dresses some reviewer named "jean" had said the same exact thing. they obviously create different accounts to write great reviews. when i found all these HONEST reviews on this site it didnt surprise me. im so glad i didnt purchase a dress from them and i fully plan to tell everyone what a horrible site it is. THANK YOU EVERYONE!

seasonmall /light in a box is the same company and I am on a mission to shut down this sweat shop. They took my money also and they have the nerve to think that they should keep my money. I sent back the dresses and I am fighting back for my money through pay pal.

I ordered a dress from this ### ### company for my girlfriends wedding and none of the brides maids dresses matched I sent the dress back as per seasonmall requested within th 3 day time frame in wich I could get a partial refund...that was on 07/18/2011 and its 08/30/2011 I am sooo pissed I emailed them and no one has responded I dont know what to do to get my money back! I want to call the local autharities on them! and I want to slap the bride for even choosing to have BRIDES MAIDS DRESSES SHIPED FROM A LOW RENT DRESS SHOP IN ###ING CHINA! if anyone can help me get my money back please reply
