I was hired by Sears as a Sales Person for LG.Appliances 8months. ago.
I had a very good Resume'(Highly expereienced, educated and with good references).
The General Manager Sarah Moran was Highy Impressed!!

I was only looking for P/T. at that time.
Lately I had a need for full time.

My Sales are always First in the department of Refrigerators I am a professional, compationate to my co-workers and very respectful to my superiors.

In 3wk of my Hire the new employee Jizlane attacked me on the floor by verbally terrorising and almost physicaly assaulting me.

I called LP and my Boss Sarah Moran DID NOT DO ANYTHING
The Asst.Manager of the store who also "hired" me transferred to different location.

I was asked by my co-workers to contact HR 800 support phone lines.

I filed 2 complains case no.6082870/6257300 at 888-887-3277option "5" Miss Pam Feller()HR manager 800), Sarah Moran my Store Manager and her Boss District Manager(I dont know his name!!) have teamed up against me and I am forced to Resign.
I have taken up an awful JOB at a fast-food Restuarant next door to pay my bills(It is not my field and I am NOT experenced in Restuarant Line they are training me but I find it very very difficult to work)

My Sales at Sears (on the Tax free weekend and when ever it was busy were OUTSTANDINGI was always good at selling PAs. and yet My Manager Sarah Moran instead of BRINGING THE BEST OUT OF ME has interferred in my Progress and Harrased me through out the employment(almost 7 months ) Miss Pamela Faller in HR Support has Teamed Up against me with Sarah Moran and District Manager(when I addressed the issue to get help for past 7 months)

Lately I am Unhappy with their decision and said few "Words" to Miss Pamela Fellen and I didnt mean to be Rude but I am Discriminated and Harrrased and "Retaliated" by these so called "Support" managers.

I am also filing this with Mass commision of Discriminationan and I am going to Mail copies to all the 'DIRECTORS' Of Sears Holding Along with POLICE REPORTS of being attacked at work
