My complaint is quite similar to others I've read. First, they sent me the wrong color shirt...an ugly lime green version that I NEVER would've ordered. The picture was of an orange shirt and offered NO other color options. When I emailed to complain when I received the wrong color, they were rude, dismissive, and (this is the best part) told me to go back and look at the description because "they sent the correct shirt". When I looked back on the page of the ordered shirt, there was a BRAND NEW description under the original that had always been there, stating they only sold it in lime green, not the orange pictured above. These people are slick, but I'm not stupid...THAT DESCRIPTION WASN'T EVEN THERE BEFORE I SENT MY EMAIL COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COLOR! I looked at that website every damn day bcuz I was so excited to get it. Not only that, but I wouldn't order a lime green ANYTHING if my life depended on it.
DON'T do business with these obnoxiously unprofessional people. Their business has many names, so BEWARE. Especially if you like your hard earned $$!
They've been nothing but rude and difficult, haven't answered my concerns, and now REFUSE to give me my $$ back.

You're right, but apparently if you keep at your documented truth, they suddenly do the right thing and reimburse you your money. I'm happy with the out come, but I'll be goddamed If I'm gonna be a liar...I had to put up a FIGHT w that company. It's all documented and off-putting, to say the least. Threatening to sue me if I didn't take down what I'd written here was the charming "cherry on top", if you will. I'm sorry, though not shocked by this at all, that thisis happening to you ALSO.

UPDATE:
After sending two emails, posting on the Search4tchirts.com Facebook page and posting the above complaint, I finally heard back from the company. Turns out my order was "cancelled" "30 minutes" after they received it. The item was out of stock.
It's nice that they finally responded--but it certainly took a while.
Ordered I shirt from these jokers ... and it never came. Sent numerous emails ... never got a response. Now I'm going to try to reverse the payment on my credit card. I'll also be spreading the word anywhere and everywhere about this ingrown toenail of a company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
I was ripped off by this company too! My shirt never came. When I called and emailed on it all I got was excuses and that they would check with the post office. Emailed replies for several months with nothing in return! Very rude operation...no regard for customers and their hard earned money!
Shocked to hear this. Have purchased from them many times and love their shirts and always have had great service. I know at times companies have to use what is called stock photos but if it says the color in the description thats probably the color you would get. Im sure if you contact them in a civil manner they will get you a different shirt or a credit towards a different one you like. I'm partial to them because they pretty much saved my 6 year old's birthday party when another company failed to deliver the Justin Bieber tees we ordered for her Birthday party. In a matter of 2 days they were able to get me the shirts we needed for the party and were very helpful. Sorry to hear you had a problem with them.
