I got taken by the sales person! He told me that the nail care packets were $14.99 and that I could have one half then he added that if I buy 4 packets I would have a better deal. When I saw that the credit card charge was for $80.00 I told him that it was too much money so I didn't wanted none of the packets... He insisted and refund my credit card $26.75 even though I told him I didn't want any of the products(the packets-nail care ) He said that he gave me a great deal and I should be happy and he left at that. I came back with my husband (about 10 minutes later) and the same sales person told me that I should have read the receipt it says no refunds! And he could only give me another product instead and I said that I didn't want any of their products specially because I was lie and confuse by him. This deal is a rip off! I can get better products at cheaper prices somewhere else! I have left messages at the owners or corporate person without any answers. The only time that I got her (the corporate person) on the phone she said that she couldn’t understand a word from me. (They are from Jerusalem; this is their opening word so you can trust them)I have nothing agains their country. I respect them a lot. I got mad and called the Mall Management office. I was told by then to come to the mall and explain what had happened and that they will talk to the owner and I will have my money refunded. When I got there the person that I needed to talk to was busy. So I left my contact info with them and orally gave them my complaint. They told me that they will call the owner of SEACRET SPA and again I was told that I will get a refund from that company. It took me 30 minutes plus another 15 minutes (for finding a parking space) to get to the Mall by the time that I left there. She (the Mall management Rep.) had called my husband's phone (this happened by the time that I got home) I called the Mall office back and got no answer. So I waited for today, Monday and called the Mall Management and she wasn't there and they told me that she will call me back. So here I'm waiting for an answer still!

I yhink they are cons, I was in a hurry that day I went to the mall I walked by there he tried to have me go over I told him no thanks n the way back he said it will take just a minute so I let him put the stuff on my hand I told him I can't afford it right now and I have to go. He told me that he would give me 2 for the price of one so I did when I was sign the receipt now I realize he was distracting me all even throw in this bar of soap. I called and talked to the manager he told me to come back in a week and he would take care of me I told him
That I can't because I am having surgey he said he can't refund me any money but will take care of me. Just becareful with them I told the guy (Nati) that when I get my taxes back I would come in and get the facial product I think he must of charged me for it because I paid $160.40 for what I got. I will not every give them my business and I tell everyone what they did to me I am a teller at a bank and when I talk to my customers I tell them what happen to me when I offer fraud protection or when they come in for fraud. Just BEWARE OF SECRET SPA DEAD SEA MINERAL ! At Fashion Place Mall

seacret spa is definitley a scam.
They sell stuff that costs 1/10 of what they charge and also do not refund the money.
Scammers.
I got stung by them too.

You should just let it go without making this much trouble You won't get a penny back if they have the return policy on the receipt
