I went to Sculpted Figures for the first time in December 2010 for a consult about a facelift. Both my fiancée and myself were planning on having the surgery. The tactics were to pressure us into the surgery by telling us the rate was only good that day and would go up if we didn't pay that day. We did pay that day and I saw a doctor - Dr. Cozart. He examined me and told me he would be performing the surgery within two weeks. I was called right before the surgery and told I would have to wait for it. They did not give me a reason. Eventually I was given another appointment and when I showed up or the appointment I was told that I was seeing Dr. Hensel, as Dr. Cozart had left and Dr. Hensel was the new doctor. I saw him and he gave a different treatment plan for the facelift. I was told they would call me to schedule my surgery. Time went on and I had to call them again about my surgery. I was given an appointment with the doctor and when I showed up Dr. Goldflies examined me. I questioned why he was consulting with me since Dr. Hensel was performing my procedure. He told me he was the new doctor at Sculpted Figures. My surgery was again scheduled and delayed, rescheduled and finally performed. It was an upper facelift and my eyes were not uniform and were going to have to have a revision as they called it. I had 3 more revisions done and my eyes still are not correct. My right eye will no longer close and it causes sleep problems. I paid $650.00 for another revision with Dr. Graham before he passed away. I also had two treatments for Broadband Laser @ $150.00 each remaining. I was told by the office that another doctor was taking over the practice and they would call me to reschedule my procedures. I was never called by the office and I happened to run into two former employees of Sculpted Figures who told me the new doctor's office said they would be calling all the patents, but seemed to be really slow and to be patient. After several months went by with no call from Dr . Hensel's office, I did call and was told by his office they would have to take my number to locate my file. No return call. A week later I called again and was told they could not find my file and the only ones they had were those who had surgery the week of the drowning. Almost a year later and I still do not know where my Medical files are. There is more to this complaint. My fiancée decided not to have his facelift and instead gave the money credit me to use. I opted to have liposuction done on back fat(flank area), stomach, and thighs to the knee. After the surgery, I had lumps on my stomach, it looked as if the flank area had not been done and veiny areas and constant bruising where the lipo was done on my legs. I complained to the owners and Dr. Goldflies suddenly left and a new doctor, Dr. Graham took his place. Dr. Graham said he felt he could correct Dr. Goldflies work. Each time I had a "revision" I had to pay additionally for anesthesia. A fourth revision on my eyes and lower facelift was scheduled the week after Dr. Graham drowned. I was told by the office my procedures would be taken care of by Dr. Hensel's office which was untrue. Not only did I receive poor, inconsistent care, my money was taken, procedures not performed, and now my records are "lost". It was clearly the intent not to return payments to clients
