I was scrolling through my bank statement and discovered a charge for $29.95 on December 28, 2010. I had never ordered or authorized any one to take $29.95 or any money from my account.
I have tried to contact scoresense to return my money to no avail. I am tired of these things happening. I have had subscriptions to magazines with money taken from my account despite the fact that I had never ordered any magazines. If you don't check your account, these people get away with it. It's so frustrating.
I was told that I could get a free credit score report for just $1.00. Today I was charged $29.99 on my checking account.
I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED $1.00 FOR A CREDIT CHECK FOR MY RENTAL APPLICATION. THEY HAVE TAKING $29.95 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
Initially they ask you to pay $1.00, to cover the charge of the credit check. Then a week later I checked my account and found they had taken $29.95 from me, without letting me know! I was not aware of this hidden and conniving method...
i was unaware that these charges were made on a debit card that i never use on the internet. someone else must have filled out the information for this company site back in november but IT WAS NOT ME! please be aware that i have contacted the company to fix the problem.
money's electornically withdrawn from checking account causing overages to my checking, i did not authorize this nor do i agree with these charges. must be returned.

Add me to the list of people being scammed. I am also an unknowing sucker who asked for a free credit report and found a charge of $29.95 on a credit card. I called their number and tried for more than 10 minutes to cancel with no luck. They graciously agreed to give me a month of free service but refused to cancel. Now I keep calling and will go to the BBB.

I caneled my membership in July and this month is October they still taking out 29.95. I called them they said oh u never cancelled it. I said ### I did in July then they said they have to ask if I will get my money refund of course not. I wrote them nasty emailed. They are ripped off company.

I happen to check my credit card statement this month and found a charge from Scoresense for $29.95.After my investigation I found out that the charges have been reoccurring monthly charges for the past 24 months! For a total of $718.80! This is a scam and a USA COMPANY creating FRAD TO INNOCENT HONEST HARD WORKING AMERICAN CITIZENS.This MUST STOP and companies/owners need to be brought to justice!
I did not sign up for that so I want to get refunded for something I didn't approved

I called the canceled
dept to tell them to stop taken money from my account i got a guy who couldnt speak much english I told him to quit taken money out of my account so he asked me for my information he said he couldnt find my account except back 2 years ago.i told him y am i looking at my bank statement that says u took money out then.he kept arguing with me then he wanted me to send my bank statemnt to them i told him no way am I sending you my bank statemnt..he just kept aruing with me over the phone so I hung up on him

I just have a question for all of you, when I go to their website, it says it is a 7 day trial and after that they will charge the monthly amount of 29.95, , , , now I have enter many trials on the internet but I make sure that I call to cancel before they charge me, also I read the agreements and clearly says it in the agreements that is a 7 day trial, , , so I don't understand why you guys say they are a scam, their agreements and time of the trial are clearly stated it on their website, , , for them to have your information and even your credit card you had to agreed to the terms and conditions and fill out, , , their form for them to have your information, , , , , , I know of this but I signed up many many times for things on the internet and never even bother to look up their terms and conditions, , , because USA want to have fast food and everything fast people in America don't take the time to read, , , , , lets be honest here please, , , , I want to hear just one of the above that complaint, , , did you read the terms and conditions of what you were agreeing too?
