ScoreSense.com unauthorized charge

On May 9, 2014 I was on the computer and the ad for Scoresense can up, Free Credit Report from 3 major credit bureau's except a $1.00 charge. I filled out the information and agreed to have the $1.00 taken out of my bank account. When I got my bank statement, on May 16th, there was a $29.95 charge for a credit report that I never got. Now, reading on top of their page, I will be charged $29.95 a month until I call and cancel. I would certainly call them however, I have failed to find any phone number. I will contact my bank in the morning since I never knownily authorized any additional charges.

ON 1-18-14 THIS WEBSITE SAID FREE CREDIT REPORT - HOWEVER IT REQUESTED MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER - SAID A $1.00 FEE REQUIRED AND WILL BE CREDITED . HOWEVER, WHEN I GOT MY CREDIT CARD THEY BILLED $29.95 TO MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE AND I DEMAND THAT MY ACCOUNT BE CREDITED THIS $29.95. THIS IS FRAUD. THE ONLY REASON THEY REQUESTED MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER WAS SIMPLY A SCAM TO GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

I am not sure what you people are doing... On the FIRST page of the web site at the TOP of the page it says:
"When you order your $1 Credit Reports and FREE Scores here, you will begin your 7-day trial membership in CreditReport.com. If you don't cancel your membership within the 7-day trial period*, you will be billed $24.95 for each month that you continue your membership. You may cancel your trial membership anytime within the trial period without charge."

I paid one dollar and it was to be refunded and I was to have access to scoresense for 30 days to try it out. But, seven days later they charged my credit card 29.95.I called and they told me it was for 7 days only. I wanted my money refunded on my card put back.. I rec;d my dollar back but, they did not honor the 30 days.

ScoreSense.com get a full refund

Scoresense is one of those shady "free credit report" sites that require you to sign up for a subscription service after the grace period is up. Realize that you accept the terms of this when you accept the terms and conditions upon opening an account and that this site only gives you a SEVEN DAY GRACE PERIOD (unlike some others that offer 12 or even one month to terminate without additional charge). Also realize that there is a $1 initial fee for the "free credit report".

That being said there is presently a loop hole in their "terms and conditions agreement" that will allow you to get out of the first months' billing if you act quickly. Item 4. states, "4. How To Cancel Your Enrollment in Subscription Services
You may terminate your enrollment in Subscription Services at any time by calling us at the toll free number that appears on the applicable Site and on the emails that you receive from us." Note that it clearly states "at any time" and that when you look on the site or emails their call center has limited hours; thereby, breaching their "any time" clause. If you can honestly say you put in a good faith effort to cancel your contract within the grace period...but could not do to the fact that they were closed...they will be forced to issue you a credit...

I signed up via the Internet for my "free" credit score. The site said that you can cancel anytime within the 7 day trial. Well, I have been trying since day 6 to get hold of someone there but they have a recording that says they are unavailable because they are working on technical difficulties. This is the message I get every time I try to call. I want my money back!

ScoreSense.com credit card charge for services

Checking debit charges with bank and husband spotted a charge we have not seen before. When husband contacted customer service, they stated that it was authorized through e-mail in my name. I called the next day and spoke with Shady from Customer Service at Score Sense and cancelled the account and told her these charges were not authorized by me. I was given two e-mail addresses to file fraud by Shady. First e-mail address is to www.ic3.gov and 2nd e-mail address was [protected]@scoresense.com. Complete the complaints and a credit will be issued to my account.

ScoreSense.com unauthorized charge to bank account

Scoresence.com uses misleading means to lure customers to use their service. I was looking obtain my credit score. This web site offered it for free so I thought.. I entered my information but could not complete my request without entering my credit card information for a $1.00 charge to be refunded at a later date>not> the refund never occurred. Now a week later I have been charged $29.95 for what I don't know. Never was it explained that this would happen. I wish this practice to stop immediately and that I be removed from your web site, membership and whatever other list you have me on. I will make every effort to stop payment of the current charge but if that proves unsuccessful please cancel all contact with me as I do not want to be associated with such a dubious unethical company

ScoreSense.com Money taken from my credit card with no authorization

I have been calling this people from score sense to return my money that it was taking from my credit card and they keep saying, I cannot have my money back because the time was already pass. But I never gave permission for them to take 29.95 from my credit card. Please help me to get my money back I have terminal CANCER and the 29.95 can help me to get some of my medication.

I was charged with a credit report fee and never got a credit report. $12.95 was taken out of my checking account and i never put my information or authorized any charge anywhere. This is ridiculous. Has any one figured out who this company is?its crazy how they can obtain our banking information without our knowledge, something is very wrong here!

Upon email from a company stating I could get up to $1000. overnight and click to see what it was about. The clicking continued for 10 minutes prompting me to buy things and never got to where I could get the loan. I did not give my bank account number and did not approve these fee's. I want my money back and assurance this will not show up on my credit report.

I had a service from another company and then got a call from these people. And at the time I told them I didn't want any products or services from them but they charged my account for $16.95 anyways. I had gotten information on Friend Finders .com and I am sure they pasted my bank account information to this company! So everyone needs to be warned that Friend Finders .com is doing this!

I had applied for a free credit report offer on the internet. I received the requested report... and was then informed that there was to be a $12.95 monthly charge.
I did not authorize this and have previously attempted to cancel this service. When e-mails were received stating a report was being provided I did not open.
I want this CANCELLED and NO MORE CHARGES BE MADE TO MY ACCCOUNT

I never ordered this service and am now being charged $29.99 a month. I am on a fixed incomje and have now been overdrawn 3 months in a row. I can't seem to get them to stop the service. I am forced to cancel my debit card and start a new account at my expense!

I also am on a fixed income and was driven to tears when I checked my bank statement to find charges from this company. I did not agree to these charges and appalled that they are allowed to get away with what they are doing. Help is needed and more media hype given to the shenanigans from these scoundrels.. They are low class citizens.

ScoreSense.com did not sign up for monthly charges

The advertising and service was deceiving. I was informed that I will be charged $1.00 with no additional charges. I have been charged $29 monthly since 12/2013. I want to not only cancel this service, but want to be reimbursed for 3 months of service that I did not request. On my credit card.

I spoke with tonny with score sense on 2/16/2014, employee # 4731.

ScoreSense.com unauthorized charges on bank statement

I went through my bank statement and discovered there was a charge of $29.95 to score sense. I have never heard of score sense. I never authorized anyone from score sense to take $29.95 from my bank account. I contacted score sense as soon as I saw bank statement. They told me they would put in a request for a refund. Two days later, I recieved an e-mail saying they won't refund the money because I didn't do it in the correct time frame. What?! I never signed up for the service and I never authorized them to take money out of my account. What does time frame have to do with getting the refund? I never signed up! I made another request today for the $29.95. It's not even the money, it's the principle of it. If your thinking about signing up with this company, don"t do it! They steal and lie. Horrible company!

I never signed up for this service for me or my husband - yet we have been been being billed 29.95 twice since 5/2018! At a tune to approximately 269.55. I want a full refund - or I will take legal action. Your services is completely unethical and you are defrauding innocent consumers.

I ordered monitoring of my credit on 19 th of Dec. 2017 and they did not cancel me when they said they would. I canceled the same day I signed up. My client number is 35992. I have requested a refund. they have now canceled me as of today, the 28th of December, 2017.

ScoreSense.com poor service, theft

I used scoresense to get my fico score and credit report. I forgot to cancel it and got charged. I knew I needed to cancel it, so I was perfectly fine paying the fee for the month. I called in and talked to a representative for 10 minutes, they also confirmed that they spoke with me for that many minutes. The whole conversation they try and get you to stay with them and I repeatedly tell them I do not need the service, please cancel, etc. Etc. I'm familiar with the routine and they are trying to keep customers. I cancelled the membership and a month later got another charge. The first one I was okay with, totally my fault, but the second one I cancelled my membership. I called and complained that I cancelled it and they said I had to call again and cancel, why do I have to call twice to cancel? Poor customer service. I didn't need the services and the representative sent my complaint for review and I got $1 taken off. The initial $1 fee which I didn't ask for. I asked for the 2nd month of charges that I previously called and cancelled a month before. I have used other sites that were great and can't remember their names, but I will forever remember scoresense. I work in a school and have told co-workers and students of the practices of credit reports and this company. I do not want students who should be going off to college and monitoring their credit to work with a company like this that doesn't refund after a customer cancelled their account.

For 21 months this company withdrew without my knowledge and authorization $14.95. Through my credit union I finally found out the company name and phone number and placed 2 calls to them on sept. 20th and sept. 25th. They credited my account with one month's fee of $14.95. This is not satisfactory at all! I have never subscribed to their service... Didn't even know of them and certainly did not authorize them to touch my monies. On the advice of my credit union, better business bureau, and an attorney I am requesting a refund to my account of $300.00 within 10 days to avoid my seeking legal claims.

Noticed a 29.85 charge on my credit card that I use for gas only, I got refunded and disputed. I received a refund email from scoresence and noticed I have been being charged since june this was noy authorized by me and would like a total refund.

ScoreSense.com never heard of this company

I received my bank statement on 9/4/2013 and noticed a charge from otl*scoresense.com with a [protected] tx number. I called the number and talked to a female that asked several questions and then told me to go to www.ic3.gov and complete the form which I did and to go to this web site and complete this information the charge was for $29.95 on 08/07/2013 on my checking account. She gave me a id# of [protected] and a cancellation # of 5326743 and said once I completed the www.IC3.gov form that my $29.95 would be reimbursed back to me. My name is thomas bryant jr, 2720 chesterfield blvd, norfolk, va 23504. The account that the funds were taken from is navy federal. My contact # is [protected]

I don't know if you want my address or the company's address above. I paid $1 for a supposedly FREE credit report and was charged $29.95. Fortunately I saw it and cancelled it right away. How can I get my money back?

I'm not sure if you read this, "Free 7-Day trial when you order your 3 Free Credit Scores. Membership is then just $29.95 per month until you call to cancel", But it is the FIRST line on the website for this company.

ScoreSense.com free credit report.com???

Went on-line to free credit report.com to get my (free credit report) was automatically signed up for some program they offered for $1.00.in a few days they had deducted $29.95 from my credit card account on myself and $29.95 from my wife also. After calling them and speaking to a representative he assured me that my account wound be credited back and I would receive a full refund. Well today I recieved an e-mail saying that my refund would not be granted. Someone is scamming the american people again, and are getting by with it.. Please see if you can look into this matter for me and let me no whats going on, and if I can get my money back. Thanks for your help. P. S. Wondering why they are even on this website to begin with. scam, scam, scam. They keep withdrawing out of your account even when you cancel. first they falsely get you a free credit report, yeah it is free allright, then they draft your account every months. called them declining their services, they skipped a month, thought everythign was okay and just see where they did it again. will not give you a refund. do not be their next victim.

Advertized free credit reports from all 3 agencys. Needed a credit card number to process the application. Never stated anything about fees charged for this service. No mention of regularmonthly fees being taken out of our account.
Now I see a $29.95 merchandise charge on my account.
I want the $29.95 reimbursed to my account and any and all other fees canceled as of now.

I tried to check my credit score with a one time fee of $1.00 A few days later $29.95 was deducted from my checking account. I called to complain - I was told it would not happen again, but that I could not get the $29.95 reimbursed. They accused me of signing up for their full service. I just checked this month's bank account and there is another charge for this month. I do not want this to continue and I want my money back.

Beware of this company. It is a scam. They use pop ups that promise free downloads on credit reports and if you click it you have 7 days to say you don't want it--otherwise they automatically charge you for monthly subscriptions. When you tell them it is a mistake they refuse to refund the amount to you. This is nothing more than a scam. So, when you see ScoreSense, just be very aware of the company.

Horrible service. I had the account sense July 2011-October 2011 and my credit score did not change at all and I know there were changes being made to my account. Horrible customer service and they do not treat customers with gratitude. I do not recommend them as you will not recieve accurate results.

I think that everyone realizes by now, that SCORESENSE is a scam. They are constantly taking money out of peoples' bank acccounts by deception, which is no different than fraud. The "organdization" needs to be taken down, and the ringleaders prosecuted and jailed! If you agree, say AYE.

On may16, 2013, we contacted this company for our credit report. On this date, may 16, 2013, the report was to be without charge. This morning, friday july 26, 2013, we have discovered they have with drawn the amount of $29.95, each month, for four months from our account. As of july 25, 2013 they have withdrew a total of
One hundred, nineteen dollars and eighty cents ($ 119.80), from our bank account. We are senor citizens who live on a fixed income. This has drained our account of needed funds and we request that this money be returned to our bank today.
We are notifying our attorney gary j. Campbell & associates, sherman, texas, of this unauthorized withdrawal of money.

ScoreSense.com I canceled subscription imediately after receiving my credit score. I was charged for another month.

I signed up for a free credit check, witch actually cost me $1.00. I unsubscribe immediately after receiving my credit score, as I did not want to be charged again. I did not agree to a monthly fee. The advertisement stated that you could cancel at any time. I was charged another fee on 06/28/13 of $29.95. This caused me to be unable to pay our family phone bill on time, so we were without phones until I could borrow the shortage. Please return my $29.95 imediately, you have all my bank information. I will not use this account again until my money is returned, I hope I do not need to close this account to keep this from happening again.
Please do not charge me again for this one time service.
Unsubscribe me from this service now.

ScoreSense.com unauthorized debit card use

I lost my debit card on june 3 2013, I was giving an account statement with my new debit card and noticed that I did not authorize otl scoresense.com to take 29.95 out of my account, so I called the [protected] number that was on my statement. I talked to a representative and found out that my card has been being charged since april of 2012 until this present day of june 2013. I was told that a member id# [protected] was using my debit card which was not authorized for that being to use. I was told I was victimized for 389.35 for those months but when I calculated from that time it's was 419.30. Scoresense has terminated n stop this member id#[protected] for occurring charges but I need my monies that was unauthorized and token from my account.
