This company need to be investigated. They advertise for $1.00, you can get your credit report. Then they went in my account/debit and took $29.95. This is false advertisement. When I call to inquire about my money. The man stated that it was blurrey, and might of not seen the $29.95. My report was 0 all the way across. The only thing I seen on my report was where I use to live. I am going to fail a claim against this company with BBB. I am sure that I am not the only person that this company did this to. I can not afford $29.95. I work pay check to pay check.

I am in no way trying to be disrespectful of any of you with complaints whatsoever, BUT I will tell you all this. I went to Scoresense, just like the rest of you, saw the same advertisement for $1.00, went through and answered all the questions regarding credit history, then when it asked for credit card information, I READ THE FINE PRINT! It states that $29.95 will be billed monthly thereafter the 7 day trial. Its there. It states it. take it from me, someone who has knowledge of internet scams, you must read the fine print. Before submitting card information, read up on the company (like I am doing right now). I cannot see anything wrong with Score Sense based on 30 something blogs I have read. Every single person who is complaining DID NOT READ THE FINE PRINT.

Also, I did not sign up with Score Sense yet, because after all of these comments, my next step is to call the customer service number provided, and see if they actually answer the phoneline and make sure it has not been disconnected.

So all of you, I am sorry for your losses, as I have been there myself, but you all did NOT read the fine print. Good luck!

I did sign up for scoresense but after a few months I called in to cancel the service. I listened to all their crap & decided to keep it for a free month then price would drop to $15.99. Well to my surprise I got a call from my credit card company saying my card had been maxed out. They had continued to charge my card $29.99 for 4 months which 3 of those month cause me to have overdraft fees of $38.99 on my card. I called in they said they would apply for a refund for 6 months & still continued to try to get me to keep their product. My credit report didn't change in 9 months so why would want to keep the service & you have already cost me $100's. I received the email which went to my spam folder that said they were only going to refund 1 month due to the rest being outside the billing cycle. The customer service rep could see by looking at the notes my account was suppose to be changed but never was but they still will not refund the money. I replied to their email said I should receive a response in 2 business days.

This company used my credic/debit card to withdraw money from my account twice with out my knowledge. Been that I m unemployed my bank balance was low, I was charge $30.00 penalties each time. $30.00 @ 2 push $29.95 twice= go figured. To any one that is looking for their credit score stay far away from this company. To my surprise they have the nerve to use our money for advertising on TV as a legit company.

Scoresense is poorly run. One of the three companies (Equifax) stopped sending info to Scoresense because what Scoresense said was due to that company changing some of my information. Instead of being notifed Scoresense merely turned off my account and never bothered to tell me what they had done. The credit company was called and my info was correct and Scoresense could not fix it instead demanding that I fix it. They are all crooks except for Susan. She was a big help when i told her to just cancel my account.

ScoreSense One Technologies, L.P. is conducting predatory online business practices willfully and wantonly deceiving unsuspecting consumers on the pretense of providing free credit scores and then raiding their bank accounts ( in my case $29.95 + the $1.00 for the " free credit scores". The one dollar was never refunded as promised, and they have so far refused to respond to my complaint concerning a subscription I did not knowingly make. What is even scarier is that they apparently have my bank account information and I am very concerned as to exactly how they obtained this information as they seem to have direct access to my account to debit as it pleases them ?

recently I tried to get my credit score on the internet and I realized scoresense they took $1 from my account. Then after 2 months they took $60 from may account and I don't use score sense. I called and the lady hung up on my face twice. Now I asked them to cancel my membership. And I understand I lost my $61 for nothing. I think they nee to refund me my money.

I actually worked for this company. Its a scam, no lie. First off, most of the time the service doesn't even work for a lot of people. It would repeatedly show the same scores and no change for multiple months which are all 29.95 each. Their "Dispute specialist" that they offer don't do ###. They basically tell you what YOU have to do to fix a problem, and alot of the times you dont even recieve alerts. Besides being a crap service thats crazy expensive for the little it does, the ways the service is advertised is dirty and false. Lots of people usually sign up with an email that states FREE, well right away thats false because you have to pay a dollar to start it up and then if you didnt read the fine print your stuck payin 29.95 a month. By the way, for that "refundable dollar", its not refunded unless you actually ask for it back when you call in, NO REFUNDS ARE ATTEMPTED UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR YOU WANT ONE AND EVEN THEN ITS NOT QUARANTEED. Another way people get suckered into this service, Craigslist. They have people advertise that they are trying to rent out a room and that you need to fill out this form to get a quick and free report.. Well after you fill out this form that has actually just signed you up with SCORESENSE, you later find out that the person that posted the CRAIGSLIST ad was just trying to scam you into signing up for the service :) So listen this is what im going to do, I'm going to tell you exactly how you would go about getting your refunds back and terminating this service. First, when you call make sure you make it clear that YOU DONT WANT THIS SERVICE, the agent on the phone will try to offer you promotions, but this is just another way to try to take what little money they can from you, the service is still ###. Keep stating NO JUST CANCEL! Now with refunds.. YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND JUST BY SAYING "Oh I didnt know..." You have to demand your refund and use some keywords. IF YOU DO NOT USE THEY KEYWORDS YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NOT GET YOUR REFUND... Those key words are BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB), SCAM, CRAIGSLIST, FRAUD, CHARGEBACK, ATTORNEY GENERAL. Use those key words and your refund is almost gauranteed, but if no refund has shown up yet, I suggest you actually do report them to the BB or attorney general. I hope the information I provided you will help.. theres alot of dirty companies out there trying to rope you in with what ever they can. Always read the fine print whenever a company thats claiming its FREE is asking for a credit card number

the funny thing is that i have read the site and i think that all these people that are complaining about it, are just not reading the things they sign up for, would you sign up for a credit card or sign your car loan papers without reading it or even your rental lease. if you do then this falls on thier own shoulders. when i went to the sight i looked at it and it stated a one week free trial for one dollar, i see all these people complaining about it being free well really, if you enter in your credit card info its obviously not free . do any of you read the information on the screen. i saw free for seven day and i also read the information on the second page when you enter in your card. am i the only one that read the offers and refunds details in the big blue box on the right side of that page where you entered in your credit card. how stupid are you people . i think you all are not wanting to feel dumb so your making something out of your own personal mistake . i read it clearly and saw that it stated if you didnt want to remain a member that you need to call before the end of the seven day trial they provide you the number for christ sakes . how hard is that . i signed up once and canceled the service and i only paid the one dollar and i was able to see my whole credit reports and scores . yes they were different then the banks but i realize they have to be no one else can have the fico scores that banks use . in any case when i called they tried to get me to stay but at the time ijust could not do it i recieved my email and my cxl number. then later that year i reactivated my account and accepted a 9.95 price reduction now how can you beat three credit reports and scores and monitoring for that price . your all idiots if you think you can . plus they dont inquire into your credit to view it . i have had trouble once getting logged in, i called and they helped me they were super nice about it and i was able to get into my account with no trouble it took a few minutes to reset my password. and really whats all this ### about being billed the monthly fee if you go outside the seven day period your gonna get billed . how clear is that once again you people must not read anything and just sign up for random things all over the place . i guess maybe i take my credit seriously and realize that a company like this can offer the info for a decent price but if the cusomers think they dont need it then its thier own fault and maybe thier info shoudl be taken. you go to your bank and what do they do they enter your info online and pull your credit report its not like they jsut have that ### lying around somewhere. come on people get real why should a company suffer because of your lack of reading and neglect to check your bank statements, it must be nice to not have to keep track of your money, i do and i know that im paying for the service and i make less than ten dollars an hour and work fourty hours a week and live check to check as well . its not the companies fault and i just bet you are all the people that call in screaming and yelling making poor customer service agents llives hell that are doing nothing more than trying to earn a living . i really hope someone at your job makes you feel like ### sometime and that maybe you will see what your doing is less than fair. besides that i could list a many different number of things people sign up for that are like this service. so quit complaining and read the information, and if you google it read the page ive seen that annual credit report excuse on here many times there is a big difference i have seen that site and as a matter of fact when i called they even told me exactly how to find it and i did and i still stayed with thier service. and the free annual credit report page doesnt even ask you for your credit card information cuz it a year old credit report they give you anyway . thats why the government provides it to you . so to all you people that cant seem to read the information and throw a fit, really maybe in the future you will read what you sign. if not then you deserve what you get from lying about the way services are provided to you .

Wow! That’s quite the rant. Some of us DO read all the info before we sign up. We also cancel within the 7 day free trial period and YES! STILL get charged. Some of the people that commented on here may not be typing out what happened correctly but..it does not negate the fact that this company has piss poor customer service and should not be able to do business anymore! Have you heard of The Nordstrom way’? NOW that’s a company who knows how to treat there customers! Just because you had a good experience doesn’t mean that millions of other people had your experience. So get off your f’n high horse and realize everything is NOT all about you!

I am also going to report this company as they are very deceptive. I didn't know that I was signed up for this very expensive service. I'm not even sure what exactly it is. I found 2 mo of 29.95 charges when I reconciled my check book. I called immediately, and cancelled. I demanded my money back. My refund "claim" was denied. What? I am still trying to get this fee back - I am escalating this issue to management! I am really upset about this! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

I am also going to report this company as they are very deceptive. I cancelled my trial membership and the $29.95 fee was charged to my account on the same day. I am still trying to get this fee back - I am escalating this issue to management. If I don't get the results that I deserve, I will be reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.

Company misleads customers. They tell you it will cost a dollar just to check your credit score and then they charge you 29.95 to your credit card. then you call the company and cancel something to be told they will submit a claim to try and remove charge off credit card only to be told they cannot give you your money back...Fraud!

You are absolutely right! They don't mention the alleged 14-days free trial, not when you first check your scores for a $1 or in the email they thank you for joining ScoreSense when I initially started my search with My Annual Credit Report.com. I was checking my credit card balance only to be surprised at the $29.95 charge. I called the company and they were cooperative in cancelling my account. I felt that it was very misleading. Now, I am waiting to see if I am going to be reimburse for the fee.

I had the same problem with same company. I called them and they said it was non refundable. I called my bank and I am contesting the charges my bank is having me sign an affidavid and even file a police report and everything and I am following thru until I get my money.
