I have been calling Scented Monkey for two days during their normal business hours with no return call or pick up. What happened in my case is very strange. I ordered three perfume items and went thru the payment process. The payment was accepted and it showed the amount I would be charged at the final confirmation. Then, the price on one item changed substantially. It went from 27.60 to a price of 39.33 AFTER I paid and charged me for the higher price on the order status confirmation number hitting my credit card! This has nothing to do with any promo coupon, those are deducted as a credit at the end of the invoice. The individual price was less during final approval review and confirming ok to pay and entering cc. Scented Monkey needs to answer their phone or call back. This is outrageous to charge more than the final review confirmation after I confirm to pay one amount and it increases to a higher price (the ounces and size did not change). Unless this is resolved, I will tell everyone to beware. Waiting to hear from SM how they resolve, hope this is just a glitch but because I have not been able to connect or receive a return call, SM needs to see this!

This store used to be good, my past 3 buying experiences have been horrible, but the last one was the straw that broke the camels back. I urchased $36 in items with a free shipping code. 2 of the colognes came in completely smashed boxes, and one wasn't delivered at all. I disputed it on Paypal, and Paypal asked I return the items, which I already threw out since the actual glass was broken, plus that I pay return shipping.

I just said screw it, and cut my losses. Idc how good of deals this place has, and you all shouldn't care either.. I feel they are gonna be out of business soon with how they treat customers as of late.

Ordered some Versace products from Scented Monkey over a month ago and received nothing yet.
I received a notification that my order was shipped, customer service rep assured me that I'll get my order any time soon. Weeks passed and there was no sign of my order, so I contacted Scented Monkey customer service to get some information regarding my order status. Their rep said that there was nothing he could do and that he had no idea why was it taking so long. I asked for a tracking number but he said he did not have one.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! Still waiting for my order and their customer service is absolutely useless!

I order fragrance from scented monkey, while i waited for about two weeks for the tracking number, i got a message that my order has being cancelled. I did not get back my money each time i wrote them they replied after about three mail that they are processing the refund.
Weeks gone i realized that they now refund was sent to my card, i wrote them again, the relied i got was that the refund has being sent but there is a hold on the funds.
It is more that four months now my bank confirm there was no refund sent and when i write them they stop responding.
I believe i have being robed of my money, imagine when thirty something us dollars is taken from a hundred thousand people.

I have contacted their customer service department approximately six times since 12/19/11 with no resolution. Originally, I had emailed them stating that I received one portion of my order, but not the sample size items (3 items at $2.99 each). Each time I make contact regarding this issue, I continue to receive the same pointless reply: "you should have received them".
