I had £109.04 taken from my account without my permission, for no services whatsoever. Only found out about this when I got sent a letter from my bank saying I was overdrawn.
i too have just noticed that £109.47 has been taken from my account when i was informed i would only be chared £29.99!!! What is this all about and how do i get my money back???? Someone please help because im not the best on computers and have no idea where i go from here.
i to was charged $109.47 on my visa card with out my permission. i hadn't even given all the info. on it but, yet they still took my money. now the bank says i'm over drawn. i'm a widow and don't have that kind of money just to throw away like that. how can i get my money back for something i don't even use?
I also purchased this product antivirus2008 all it did was to mess up my computor i cannot get any reponse from billinternet.com by skype and phone all i keep getting is press pal what is pal this is a sham, con.
I just discovered yesterday that they billed my account £55.45, we never authorised any over the internet payments period for any software. I called my bank and all that they could tell me was the phone number it was linked to and that it came off my spouses card. I'm just kind of shocked that my bank being one of the largest in UK hasn't figured this out and put a stop to it (can you imagine how many people let £50 slide on their statements, sadly I don't trust this company to take my credit card details without doing further damage or selling it to another scam centre. I'm just really pissed off now.
I contacted my bank with regards to this transaction, to tell them it wasn't me (especially since the payment was made from a computer in Spain, and I've not been to Spain in about 4 years, I definately wasn't there 2 weeks ago.) My bank have agreed to investigate it and refund the money.
I recieved my visa bill there is a payment for 108.16 on the 19th June ref 74547718171201380423938. I cannot recall this would you be able to tell me anything.
I've been billed twice whitout my permission, and I don't know what to do...if everybody knows they ripp off continuously...why nobody stop them!!!????????????
