I, filled out a loan application and at the end there was an offer for credit repair, which I did not want and I click on the wording" if I didn't want"and then the submit button to continue with my loan. Which I thought was for the loan. Come to find out, when I was checking my bank statement, up comes a charge for $19.95. When I called, I was told that I applied for the service. I explained that I thought I submitted for the loan. The agent said, he could not refund my money, but he would cancel further subscriptions . When I asked what was I getting for the $19.95, his reply was that it was for setup. I told him that it was a setup to take my $19.95. By the way, I got no answer for the loan.
