Scam charges!

I ordered products and then returned them and they charged me two times. I called and they would not take off the charges!

never recieved order and they are still charging my account with out receiveing product

I ordered a free sample for $1.00. They charged my account $78.00 2 weeks later. I did not give them permission to charge my account.
