SCAM!!! SCAM!!! wow, amazing that everyone on this site has had a similar horrible experience with this company. how does company continue to exist? this is a true scam, the company never calls back, readily takes your money back and when you call about issues, they put you on hold, transfer you everywhere and give you no answers, meanwhile, you are out money... my issue is now 18 months old!!! no refund... just today, i called again, and now they give me this number 1-800-372-1254 = this is their customer service... company should be made to pay for all the inconveniences caused and the money that they never refunded... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
