We have also been scammed by this bunch of rogues - as many of the complaints above, our original credit card was rejected, and asked us to provide an alternative, which we did. Waited 5 weeks, during which time we were bombarded daily with the "backordered" standard email. Eventually two sets of the DVD's arrived - clearly very cheap copies, some of which don't even work. Both credit cards have been charged. We are now £150 out of pocket and all we have are 36 discs of bad TV copies.

I think these "scammers are the same one's I tried to order from back at Christmas. They may have changed their look and name but be wary of any company that charges $19.19 for S&H and then takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. I think I just found them again- TVDVDWORLD.COM is a joke and frankly, their webdesigners gave it away to me as well. Looks a bit like the DVDPLANET.com (I think that was their name that tried to scam me back during the Holidays) Jerks!

Hi everyone,
I know how upset you are receiving a defective or damage dvd's and if I were in your shoes I would feel the same way too. But have you tried to escalate the concern to their management(if yes and no response, have tried again?)I am once their customer actually and had a problem like yours, but before I react negatively with their company I tried to recontact the company by opening their site again and look for an update of their customer service number and fortunately new number was posted. I contact their custoemr service and asked for a replacement though it was so dissapointed to know that, that service is currently unavailable they offered a full refund and automatically refunded teh amount, they informed me too that they will send a postage envelope in their expense. I even inquire the difficult cusotemr they handled. They were able to answer it, processing a refund way back months ago like january because they were not teh one incharge in that time, and it is true!It is true to process something which they don't even know the history but just their client basic information and the date stating credits were refunded, how can I say so because I used to be a customer service too(but not with them..). So let us try to understand that unexpected situation may happen without us knowing it will happen. Let us also try to understand that CSR as such would really trying hteir best to accomodate all of our concern but yet they have limited access and information. Because it was proven me myself that they can assist us better what we are expected(though it's a case to case basis/factor) but then we must reconsider that it is not their fault and be patient or flexible enough in handling the situation or if things happened push you to the limit, be civil and professional to the way we talk with them, and learn to our experience. that's all
