I placed an order with placesettings. com for a Lenox china patter that has not been discontined. My card was charged immediately. After several emails and empty promises that the product "would ship from the manufacturer withint 7-10 days", 3 months later I still have not received the product. Based on other VERY similar complaints, this company should be shut down.
