I purchased an instant download French course, and the file was corrupt. The company only offers "support" via email which consisted of an anonymous mailbox emailing me the same instructions that I can easily access on the website. Which isn't helpful because the file itself is corrupt. I asked for a phone number and did not receive one. I looked it up on yellowpages.com, and the only option is to leave a voicemail, which I have not yet received a phone call from. When I asked for a refund via email, I got the response that "we cannot offer a refund." So I have purchased a $40 product that does not work, and no one will help me, nor can I get my money back. I will do everything I can to make sure that no one gives this company a cent. What a scam.
