American Income Life Complaints - Scam

American Income Life

Scam
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 8 votes
Company information:
American Income Life
Chicago, Illinois
United States

Despite what they say, American Income Life, is NOT registered with the American Insurance Assoc. This company is a scam. I work for Prudential Life and Casualty, and hear about dissatisfied customers that have been scammed by this company all the time. I decided to check this American Income Life out for myself; I interviewed for a sales position, and was told that I could make tons of money each month. The reality is that this company is commission based, and you have to get hard working individuals, with little to no former education, to believe that you are looking out for their best interest by selling them “Peace of Mind”. The company takes the money from these individuals, invest it for themselves, and make the claim process so difficult that most 92.7% of all claims that are filed are denied benefits. If the insured dies, there is no payout to the family, if a claim is pending and the individual dies, the claim is automatically declined. The employees of American insurance Assoc, work long hours and the commission is not worth the effort. There is a large employee turn-over with this company, and most people only stay up to a year.

You work for a different company and that's most likely what you use to get people to get to buy ins from you. The company is not a scam, it is a registered ins company otherwise they wouldn't have lasted for the over 75 yrs they have. It is a commission job as with many other insurance companies. You do need to get lisenced to sell insurance just like in any other type of ins job. You would make tons of money, only if you are actually going to work instead of siting on you b..t all day. The claims are paid, opposite of what you say and especially death claims. You get what it says in your policy would be the death benfit. This line of work isn't for everyone so if you are not willing to work hard to make lots of $ on commission or take a class and test in order to get lisenced by the state in order to legally sell ins. Otherwise I give everyone a thumbs up, because once you get your lisence and finish traning to know what you actually need to say in a home you would make a lot of money weekly.

To the above post:

I would really have liked to take your reply at your word, but it is obvious you're only 5 years old, 6 at the most. No adult that I'm aware of has as poor grammar and spelling as you. So you're either a retard, or 5 years old.
