In 2006, countrywide errored and foreclosed on my property while i was in chapter 13, their attorney's mccalla, raymer voided the foreclosure 6 weeks later, but they did not inform ocwen or meybohm, their agents who were preparing the property for sale.the agents evicted my tenant and started to clear the property up, for resale. In total they had the property for about 8 months, plus they removed my things, evicted the tenant, and they damage the property. Now countrywide wants me to pay for the months they had the property, or they will foreclose. UNBELIEVABLE!

Get a lawyer ASAP and look into a claim against Countrywide and the realty company. That will delay a foreclosure action until this can be straightened out. Meanwhile pay your mortgage.
