If you elect to ignore all the Ripoff Reports and do business with this company anyway, DO NOT USE THE ELECTRONIC CHECKS OPTION. The company promised a $50 rebate if we did; not only did they renege on the offer (they claimed my order didn't meet the minimum amount to get the rebate, even though there's no mention of any minimum on the web site) but they RETAINED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION to make an unauthorized withdrawal 2 months later! No notification, no bill, no reason given... they simply helped themselves to another $85.00. Needless to say, I filing a fraud claim against them with my bank and will eventually recover the money, but what a hassle.

As far as their product went, we bought a kid ATV and it's fair to say that the quality is commensurate with the cheap price. However, the second time my daughter rode it, the plug in the side of the starter housing fell out and most of the oil drained out without our realizing it. I caught it before the engine seized, so I'm hoping not too much damage was done, but once again, BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with these people and their merchandise.
