I had no idea I had signed up for anything concerning ID theft. I filled out an online loan application, and suddenly got an email that I would be billed 31.98 a month for ID theft protection! I immediately called the phone number provided and got someone that barely spoke English. She gave me a cancellation number an a website to request a refund. She was obnoxious, rude and not helpful. Is there something we can do about this? The only protection I NEED is from the idtheft people!
