Saxon Builds Ltd review: Builders 1

Do not under any circumstances use this company based in croydon with a registered office in London . I have lost £8000 with his company .
1. They failed to use the correct mortar mix and the cement is very weak
2 . Brick work is very poor quality
3 . Director and owner Clive Dean Oriordan ( date of birth 01/05/1972) is not a builder and has no qualifications in building
4 . Unskilled Romanian workers stole property from my house. This firm uses workers who are on benefits and he pays no tax
5 . The roof was poorly made and had to be demolished and reconstructed
6 . I have a County Court action against the the director and company and have secured judgement against the Mr Oriordan
7 . No invoices or proof of vat payments were made by this company .
8 . At every opportunity this firm and this builder will cut corners, do not use them . They quality of the work is extremely bad .
