SavviBuy vr headset

I ordered a VR Headset in december. it stated delivery was ''guaranteed by the 23rd december'', It is now march and I have still not received my purchase. I spent over £30. I have emailed, tried to phone to which it said ''this number is not taking calls at the moment''. Do not purchase from this company, massive scam. I would like a refund ASAP.

SavviBuy Not receiving ck one

in December I went onto savvibuy to buy my husband some fragrance for Xmas. It did not arrive. On numerous occasions from xmas I have emailed the company and they replied the first time with the fact that They would look into it.

Well quite a few emails more and we're already in February I am extremely disappointed as this was a xmas gift. The company has had and taken my money and I have nothing... not even an explanation from them.
I wanted the CKone sent to me or a full refund. To say I am disgusted is an understatement.

ordered this item before xmas, never arrived, cant contact them by phone, have e mailed but no reply, i have read loads of items online about it being a scam and would like the item or my money back, didnt know companies could get away with taking your money and not giving goods, this must be fraud as i paid in good faith of getting item.
Jan 10 2017 sent an email advising " my controller not received " .
Jan 16 2017 sent an email, " i am waiting for my controller, i was advised it would be delayed and would not arrive b4 xmas and i said it would be ok if it was delayed, when will it be delivered" .

SavviBuy Order never received - requesting refund

I ordered a Xbox for Christmas. I waited in all day on the delivery date they gave me and had no communication from SavviBuy to notify me it would not arrive.
I cancelled my order and bought a similar product elsewhere to ensure my children had a present on Christmas day. I didn't receive any response to my email- I just got a generic email explaining that to get a refund I need to go to the bank and request a chargeback. I went to my bank and was told that this is difficult if you paid with a debit card (as I did).
I spent £231.01 which came out of my account on the 20th December- this is an enormous amount of money and I desperately need a refund.

Ordered 5th Dec 2016, lots of promises will receive order by Xmas, goods we're never delivered so on 20th Dec Icancelled asked for refund, was told it would be in my bank 3/5 days . It's now 14th Jan 2017.No refund and unable to contact them .website taken down but still trading as AdvanceTech and when you ring to ask where refund is they hang up. SavviBuy are theives, have taken thousands of people's money with no intention of delivering goods or a refund, ..

Absolute con artists... complete and utter scammers.

Scammed people at Christmas and apparently this looks like it happens every Xmas as they did this with isegway last Xmas.

Promised to deliever all orders before Xmas. This never happened and left thousands of parents frustrated and out of pocket. Disappointing thousands of children on Xmas day...

Stay away from this evil company who just want your hard earned money.

SavviBuy My order has not arrived

My name is Gemma smith I place an order in Hi I placed a order on the 15th December 2016. My order number is svv22299573. I haven't received my order which stated in email my items would be delivered on 23-12-16. I also paid for fast track delivery to receive my order in the 23rs December. Please can you let me know what is going on I have emailed several times and not getting a response. I would like a full refund I'm very disappointed and will never purchase anything from this site again.

SavviBuy Ps4 console still hasn't arrived!!!

I purchased a ps4 console from yourselves on the guarantee that it would be delivered between the 16th and 22nd of December.
I purchased it for my son as a Christmas present as you's are already aware from emails I've sent and had no response from!
I then called to be told by an automated service which is still on when u call saying sorry if you haven't received products delivery date will be the 3rd-6th January.
It is now the 11th of January the PlayStation still hasn't arrived and I've not heard anything at all from yourselves. Which as a professional company is disgusting.
My son can't even play with half of his things he got for Christmas as they are accessories and games for the console.
I am absolutely disgusted I've not heard a thing and would appreciate it if this doesn't get ignored like my previous emails.

SavviBuy Order #svv2261183/playstation bundle

I ordered this on the 1st December 2016. I was assured delivery within 5 working days. When it did not arrive I emailed the support address on 13th and 20th December and the reply indicated that I would receive the item by 23rd December at the very latest. Also that the problem had been with the couriers. It did not arrive. I emailed again on 20th December. No reply. I noted from the UK press that Savvibuy were having problems but that all items would be delivered by 6th January and customers would be emailed tracing details. I had not received this so emailed again yesterday -5th January. The item has still not arrived.
In yesterdays email I requested either tracking information or confirmation that Savvibuy had no intention of dispatching the item so that I could notify the bank and request a refund - though I am not sure if this is possible.
I also remain very dissatisfied as my sons christmas was ruined as he was given several games off relatives but had no playstation.

Promised delivery 13-17th December. Was then put back to 23rd then told the 24th. It never arrived. No apology or email to explain why. How do explain that to an 8 year old?. They were quick enough to take my money though.

SavviBuy Order not delivered

November 29th I ordered a game from your website and I was told it would be delivered by dec 12th. Just after dec 12th I received an email apologising for the delay on delivery due to black friday and cyber monday rushes and I was guaranteed I would received my order by dec 21st. Now dec 30th, haven't received my order and i'm not getting any replies from emails. Needless to say I will never shop with savvibuy again and I will warn people to do the same.

SavviBuy No refund forthcoming after order cancelled

I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on savvi buy on 29th November and was given a delivery date of 8th - 12th of Dec. Product did not arrive by the 12th. After 5 followup emails i was given 100% gaurentee that the product would be delivered by 23rd Dec. I gave them another week to deliver but by the 17th dec I was fearing the worst and I cancelled the order. I got a email stating I would receive a full refund in 3 to 5 working days. As of today 31st Dec I have not received a refund. Company website and email domain not online anymore. No reply from their phone number.

SavviBuy Took my money but did not and haven't delivered my order

On 6th December I ordered a Lego Stormtrooper Nerf Gun for my Grandson price £13 paid for on my Visa Debit card. A week later no delivery so I sent them an email but surprise surprise no reply. On 16th December I recieved an email from them telling me they were 72 hours behind with deliveries due to Black Friday which I thought was strange as Black Friday was on the 25th November and I didn't place my order till 6th December. By now I was starting to get a bit suspicious but I waited then on 16th December I got another email from them saying they were sorry for the inconvenience this time due to logistical issues with their partnered couriers but that Mrs order would be delivered in the next 5 days and WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. I did not receive it and I had one very disappointed and unhappy little grandson as I didn't have time to get another one. Then on 27th December I recieve yet another email from them saying they would like to apologise to their customers who did not receive their orders in the time frame allotted and saying if you would like to cancel your order and request a refund either email them with your name and order number (which I did) and surprise surprise yet again no reply) or contact your bank and request a charge back? By now I was very very angry because my little grandson had been let down so I got onto their site to read the reviews of this company and every single review had gone through exactly the same as me orders and money taken but no goods ever delivered . I have been told that I don't stand much chance of getting my money back as I payed by debit card . I cannot understand why these people have not been shut down by Trading Standards reading the reviews there are a lot and I mean a lot of people who have been conned like me some for a lot larger sums of money than me . I feel so angry my money is hard earned but I doubt I will ever see my money or my order .

Savibuy have scammed a lot of people over Christmas, they have been promising delivery of goods in time for Xmas but no one received there goods, I ordered a ps4 vr head set, they took my money but I didn't get the order.They do not answer the phone or reply to emails, I'm possibly one of the lucky ones and my bank are going to follow it up for me.This firm needs to be investigated.

SavviBuy Failed delivery

I ordered my sons Christmas present early in December and was informed that it was guaranteed delivery before 23rd December 2016, as of today the 30th December 2016 product has still not been delivered!
I have contacted company via email and have received no response so rang contact number only to get through to a automated service telling me next delivery dates are 3rd January completely unacceptable will never use this company again

I bought a Fitbit from them on the 11th of Dec and never received it
Have had 3 emails promising deliver by the 23rd but no tracking numbers and now an email saying they are sending it but telling me how to request funds back through my bank?! Can't get to speak to anyone and the last mail doesn't really confirm that I am or won't receive my delivery either way!

SavviBuy Failure to deliver goods and failure to get know contact with them

What an unprofessional company. I cant even get hold of anybody on the phone to discuss my order or even discuss via email which is so frustrating.

Basically, my wife ordered a laptop for our daughter on the 9/12/16 and was promised delivery by the 16/12/16. Had an email on 16th stating the order would be delivered within 72hrs. (Which would be 19/12/16). Then had email saying it would be delivered by 23rd without fail. Then had email on 22/12/16 saying it would be delivered on 27th. Tried ringing them today (29/12/16) and automated phone service said all orders are behind schedule and that all orders will be delivered between 3rd-6th of Jan. Amongst all this, my wife and I have tried contacting them over 30 times and each time we get put through to a ridiculous answer machine service. Not only have savvibuy ruined our Christmas but they have ruined my finances for the next few months. Please if you are reading g this DONT buy from them.
