i spoken with rep on 04/08/08 sign up in error rep gave me a cancel number of 2344686 on 04/16/08 money was still taken out of my bank account amount of 39.90 rep told me to go on line and do a refund i went on line again on 04/21/08 put in a refund i still have not receive my refund of 39.90 back into my bank acct as of 04/29/08
