A charge just appeared on my credit card from a company I have never heard of nor ordered from

I did not order anything form saveace nor do I know who in hell they are and they are billing me 19.95 without my consent. I want to know who in hell they are and I'm going to place a request through my bank to investigate them... they have no right to take out money without my consent.
