Hi,
I was supposed to go to Lahore from tabuk via Jeddah last night.as flight was suppose to depart from tabuk by 10:40p.m but till 4:00a.m next morning no flight arrived.I have exam in Lahore on 7th may at 9:00a.m in morning.So I tried to contact the night supervisor to 're.route me to another flight but he simply refused that it's not in his hand and he cannot help at all.I tried many times but no use.though he 're.routed people to different international connecting flights..Instead he gave me a number [protected] to call for help.so in disappointment I decided to get my luggage back.but when I gave my boarding passes back to the person who issues boarding passes he told me that my flight is 're.routed..which is 22:30 from tabuk to Jeddah on 6th may and then from Jeddah to Lahore on 7th may at 8:00am in morning but this will cause my exam as I will not be able to sit into my exam which is at 9:00a.m in morning while my flight is at 8:00a.m..what the use of booking a flight nearly 2 days before starting time of my exam.so I kindly request you to see into the matter on an urgent basis and 're.route with an urgent timing schedule.I am a doctor and my exam worth nearly 3500£..which is too much to lose..my booking reference is LO9QYA...my tabuk to Jeddah flight is SV1542 at 22:30 today while Jeddah to Lahore is SV3784 at 8:00 a.m..

I have been waiting for more than 5 hours in the airport after canceling my flight to Dammam, flight no. SV1162. I want my insurance money back for each hour of delay. As soon as possible. This behavior is not acceptable. If you don't send my money, I will issue a complain to the ministry of interior and ministry of transport.

My daughter and I traveled from Cochin to Riyadh via Saudi Arabian Airlines on 27th April 2017, flight no SV 775. During the course of the flight i lost a gold chain that i was wearing.It was a simple chain with a pendant of tiny pearls. My daughter and i were seated on seat no 56J and 56L. If the said item is found please contact me @ [protected] or my husband @[protected].

I needed to visit home on urgent personal matters from Ethiopia to Sri Lanka, hence I got my Travel Agent to get me the best offer and the least layover so I could make the trip.
I was issued a ticket Addis Ababa to Jeddah, Jeddah Colombo on a flight on the 27th (SV 420 Addis - Jeddah and 28th SV 780 Jeddah - Colombo)
As arrived early went to check in and the counter assistant refused to check in as she pointed out the layover was too long at Jeddah and I needed a visa. I immediately tried calling my travel agent as the counter assistant wanted to know how I was issued a ticket without visa. However to sort things I was referred to the Airline representative who was kind enough to check all systems and say you cannot board this flight. However there is an alternative, you have to wait one more day in Addis and travel tomorrow night 27th evening so that I can catch the 28th morning SV 780 from Jeddah.
I returned, purchased a ticket as instructed on Ethiopian Airlines and departed Addis to catch the flight from Jeddah.
As I arrived in Jeddah terminal I asked for my departure terminal to which I had to wait over one and half hours to be transferred to the terminal. Shocked and almost late I arrived at Terminal S keeping ample time to check in. However at the entrance transit counter I was stopped and questioned why I did not fly in the previous day, after which they informed me there is a technical issue in my ticket and cannot let me in the terminal. I was there until the flight was announced whilst they were saying it was not sorted, ultimately they informed me that I cannot board the flight and they are working on it and I might be able to board the Midnight flight with a wait of 17 hours at the airport.
I killed time and awaited instructions cut off from the world as there is no mobile, Internet or calling service available in this area. I could not connect with my travel agent or office colleagues to inform the calamity.
At 6:30 pm after a 12 hour wait they informed me that I need to purchase a ticket and wanted me to pay $ 2000 to which I freaked. They informed the flight is full, however you can purchase a Business class ticket.
In shock I said I didn't carry that amount of money, hence they wanted me to wait and at 7:30pm they wanted me to go to a counter change $ 500 and purchase a ticket to Colombo on SV 786 which I did.
I was able to fly on this craft to Colombo and which was one disastrous experience.
My view
Never travel Saudi Arabian Airlines if you don't like to be treated well and respected
The staff is really unfriendly and loud, everyone sounds like boss
Airport staff not at all helpful and don't know what to do
No internet or mobile connectivity to solve an issue
No smoking zone, only staff smoke in small corners or rooms
Only metal seats and a few cousin seats no tv or any other thing to watch or do.
No food, drinks or water available in the waiting area
Airline did not have sufficient blankets
None of the tv or entertainment was working in the aircraft
Press for help no one arrives or turns off the sign

My overall rating for the airline and services -10 and Red rating for any travelers other than the ones on pilgrimage as their expectations are minimal.
Please check with others if they have had a similar experience, I and my family / afriends will never want to use this airline ever again

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines airline receptionist at johannesburg disrespectful and treat passengers based on their nationalities

This is not complaining about Saudia airlines itself but about a crew member named Elizabeth who was at the counter on Wednesday April 26 at Johanesburg airport transfer area. The lady took our passports and was looking angry and when I told her that our luggage need to be transfered from South Africa Airlink to Saudia, she got more fierce. She told us it is not her job and that it does not concern her if we get our luggage or not. YES. She said all numbers to dial are busy and there is nothing to do for us. I called the Airlink from my phone where she gets even more angry. When I was explaining to her the situation she stares in my face and does not reply to my questions and requests. I had to get her help us by calling the people at luggage area by myself and let her speak to them. THIS IS A SAUDI AIRLINE AND AS A SAUDI I DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING BY DISRESPECTING US ( SAUDIS) I saw with my eyes several people who looked westerners approached the counter. I was shocked when I saw how she dealt with them. She smiled and welcomed them. She was totally a different person. If it is anything I would suspect it is going to be Racism. And where? In my country airlines with such audacity. I felt I was being discriminated against so badly and sadly in the airlines of my country that I hold all respect and pride for. But if crew does not respect the citizens of the country then I would just mourn and regret the time I spent in South Africa.

My name is daniel constantinescu, and on 13 april 2017 I travel from gizan (saudi arabia) to london heathrow (uk) via jeddah (saudi arabia). I left gizan at 9:50pm on thursday 13th of april 2017, with the flight number sv 1799, having etkt [protected], then I reached jeddah at 11:20pm, then I boarded flight number sv 113, at 1:50am on friday 14th of april 2017, having london heathrow as a final destination. the ticket number was etkt [protected]. I reached london at 6:20am, local time, and to my surprise I was not able to recover my luggage (1 bottle of 10 litre of water zamzam). the luggage was handed to the airline in gizan at the checking desk. the number of the ticket for the luggage is 065 sv 587406. crt dvc731b21200z/13apr
When I noticed that I could not find the luggage, I contacted saudi arabian airlines desk asking for help to localize the luggage. I had been told that the luggage was in jeddah, potential to come with the following flights. I left the contact number and the address asking to be contacted in order to received it home. unfortunately, nothing was sorted out so far. considering that I paid a service to you in order the luggage to be received at the destination, I am asking your help to either localize the luggage and deliver it to my home address in uk, or to be compensate accordingly.

I have several complaints abt this airline. We booked a flight frm MNL-JED apr 21 2017 and we were on Business Class

1. Entertainment sys wasnt working throughout the flight. Its a 10hr flight and this is the only this that we can do other than sleeping.

2. Business class PRIORITY lane in immigration (when we landed in JED) was very very slow. When it was our turn, the immigration officer PRIORITIZED texting through his cellphone! We were in front of him for 15secs just standing, staring at him!

3. Baggage were mixed up with Mumbai flight. We got our baggages after an hour! Airport people are not ORGANIZED! To add to that our baggages had PRIORITY sticker on it but passengers from economy class got theirs first...

I booked My Ticket Online and Try to pay cash at Suadia Office Karachi But they refused to take the amount mentioned in the ticket which i booked online . They offer me new booking which is offsourse higher .

Please confirm Is Saudia Karachi did not accept the booking we do online .

Don't ever try to flight with this company : a band of disables people who asked me to move in order to give to a family the opportunity to travel together ! They asked me to go to the back of the aircraft then to the front then to the back and finally they put me next to the toilets door ! I'll never travel with these incapables ! They just don't care about you !

Hi,

Actually i purchased ticket in Etihad air lines and i had travelled in Etihad airline from India (Hyd to Abu dhabi) and they connected my flight in Saudi Air lines From (Abu Dhabi to Bahrain and from Bahrain to Riyadh and from Riyadh to Medina) on Flight SV521 Respectively, Which arrived (25/03/2017) at (3:45am) at (Medina Airport Saudi Arabia), My luggage After landing at RIYADH airport i could not find my bag i ask my luggage in Riyadh airport they told me that your luggage will get in Medina Airport and also they lodged a complaint & given complain number is RUHSV 10676 in Riyadh airport & when i arrived to medina airport which was my Final destination by Saudi air lines i waited for my luggage almost 6hours at airport i didn’t receive my luggage, than I spoke with Concern Airport authorities team and (He) informed me that they would be in touch within (24) hours to inform me of where and when my luggage would be tracked down and arriving. It has been 18 days now. than I have spoken to Saudi airport in Medina numerous times since my arrival and (he) has said it has been sent to the Saudi Airlines Head office. My baggage tag number is SV378255 and file reference number is RUHSV10676, which are references with Saudi Arabian Airlines.

I find it completely unprofessional how in our world today with the security and technology available to you as a large airline can completely miss-place baggage. There is very important documents and expensive items inside my luggage I have certain items inside which are completely irreplaceable.

On same day i contact with Etihad airlines as per them they said your luggage should be there in Saudi air lines which is miss placed in Saudi air airlines, it was ongoing conversation by email with Etihad airlines from last 10 days at last they checked completely and tracked &said my luggage is misplaced in Saudi air lines .

I believe that I am entitled to some form of compensation from the airline. I can be reached on my mobile 00966-[protected]/00966-[protected]

It was so bad that no one take care no one there from customer experience or airport team to informe you about the delay, how long, why...

I were in madina airport along with my family traveling to Dubai flight SV564, should take off at 3:20 pm, after weight, get to know through monitors that it get delayed for 1:36 mnts, ok no problem after we moved to boarding again I have to find out that delayd for another 2 hours.

I search for any one to talk and find out this is final any reasone there was no one.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines we had a big loss

Recently we had a really bad experience of taking Saudi Arabian Airlines. My mom was visiting us and we booked a round flight between Dubai and Jeddah for her. On Jan 25 my mom was supposed to take SV595 (Departure at 11:00pm) but her previous flight was delayed so that she didn't catch up SV595. She wanted to change the flight but was told that she had to buy a new ticket. She bought a new ticket for 1370 SAR and waited for 7 hours at the airport.

On Feb 17, my mom went to Jeddah airport to take the flight SV588 (departure at 12:20pm). She got the boarding pass, went through the checking procedures, but when she was about to board she was told that the name on her boarding pass was different from that on her passport and was required to buy a new ticket. She missed this flight, and we went to the airport to help her buy a new ticket for 1040 SAR. She had to wait for extra 3 hours at the airport and she had to cancel the 10-hour taxi at Dubai we booked for her before (about 700 SAR).

Indeed, we talked to the manager at Jeddah airport. He told us that since my mom did not take the flight on Jan 25, her round tickets were closed so she could not take the flight on Feb 17 as well. But before she took the flight from Jeddah to Dubai (which we thought should not be canceled since we had paid for it), we did not receive any message or email from you about this information. If you had informed us earlier that the round tickets were canceled, we could buy a new ticket for her in advance. What’s more, it was your mistake that you put in the wrong information in the system so that the wrong boarding pass was given to my mom. If the boarding pass was not printed out, we could buy a new ticket so that she could catch the 12:20 flight. The manager at Jeddah airport said that you should take responsibility for our 3000 SAR loss and more than 10 hours wasting at the airport.

As per the Saudi Arabian airline which departs in mid night @ 4:15 AM which is too early compared to early timings which was 12:45 AM, the problem arises is we arrives in midday in the morning to India which waste our whole day, same is the thinks while coming back from Hyderabad (India) to Riyadh Saudi Arabia. My humble request is to retain the same old timing (i.e 12:45 AM)

I would like to inform that Saudi Airline employee is cheating customer and customer is helpless in the Saudi Airline office.

I have booked a ticket for Delhi to Riyadh on 12 November 2016 form the Saudi Airline office from counter No. 14 at around 06: 00 PM situated at Al Muruj, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Olaya St, , Riyadh 12264.

The airline employee has done the mistake while entering the family name from the Passport. When I rush to the Saudi Airline office next morning
date 13 November 2016. to rectify the name spelling, the employee was
on leave. I went to the supervisor, he forced me to pay the penalty of
250 SAR, for the mistake done by the Saudi Airline employee. And I paid
under protest the penalty of 250 SAR.

I would like to request the Saudi Arabian Airlines employee to treat expat employee fairly... Y are the same benefits not for an expat employee.. Fair treatment is what Islam is all about.. I dun understand Y and how a muslim country is the one doing such racism and that to when the expats have given their lives to build a secure saudi arabia... Y dun I see saudiz picking up the garbage on the roads..washing the bathrooms and stuff.. that all belongs to expat... but the a saudi who can't add 2+2 = 4 is at a very good position in Saudi Airlines earning unbelievable salary with all the benefits while the hard working expat who is of age but is healthy and comes to job daily isn't given something that is rightly this... I urge the company to look into the employee policies and just deciding that any employee of 50 and above should be terminated... Y ? on what basis?

During our return Journey (26 Aug 2015) from Bangalore to Mancheste rwe were made to buy new tickests for children by paying cash despite of having return tickets stating that tickests were cancelled. I was suppose to take a return flight on 17th of july on 8.30 pm at chennai
Saudia airlines .. Iam going to paris and my transit time was 1:30 hrs in jedahh / the flight was delayed in chennai so i was transfered from chennai to jedahh (My waiting time was 8 hrs in jedahh, there were no accomadation ) and then jedahh to geneva (Waiting time 3 hrs, stayed at airport ) and then to paris ...Horrible travel

I was carrying a 18 months baby with my wife and a child .. I was suppose to reach in paris at 6.30am, due to delay in flight i reached at 7.00 pm

I request u to to refund the return ticket or bare me the expenses which i have lost in that day

My experience with Saudia on April 18th... We were supposed to start our journey at 11.45 from Colombo - Sri lanka. When my friend and I arrived at the airport we were very surprised to find out that our flight has been rescheduled to 18.00, later at the counter we found out that it was actually rescheduled to 19.15 – that is for 7 hours 30 minutes! Moreover, the rescheduled flight would now go via Riyadh although it was meant to be a direct flight.

We wanted to speak to somebody that represents your airline on Colombo airport regarding this matter. However, there was not a single person who would represent your airline. Then they took us to the hotel that was situated 30 minutes drive away from airport and the driver needed additional 20 minutes to find the hotel because he didn’t have any idea where the hotel is located. To make things worse, the temperature in our room was 33 degrees and the hotel only provided tap water (not drinkable in Sri lanka).

To make things even worse our bags didn't arrive to Milan (our final destination). No compensation offered! Five days later when they did, they were in a really bad condition. My friend even had a bottle of liquor in his bag - it was broken and spilled all over the place when the bags arrived.
