Will not stand behind defective clothing

Ordered a pair of shorts for $88.00 which have studs on the pockets. Followed washing directions, but when they came out of the machine, two studs and their backings were missing, and in there places were two gaping holes. Karmaloop says they are not responsible for clothing once it has been worn or washed. No other company I have ever dealt with has not taken responsibility for defective items.

We'd love to help you out with this. Normally we don't accept worn or washed items back for a return. However, if something is defective shortly after purchasing, it is clearly a vendor defect. I apologize the rep you spoke with wasn't able to move forward on this when they should have. We can work with the brand and get you what you need!
