I have bought two items on Jan 14th through PayPal and received only one item: RoyalBlue Brocade wedding and Festival Blouse $30+$9 shipping on Feb 11th. On Feb 11th I have immediately notified you that I have not received the second item: Cream Yellow Brocade Wedding and Festival blouse $68+$9 shipping. On Feb 12th and March 1st you responded that my remaining order is being processed and coming soon upon my inquiries.

On March 15th upon my inquiry on March 13th you have sent me the following response "Thank you for mailing us. We regret for the delay. The product which has came from the manufacturing trice was defective. So we would request please select a replacement SKU code for the same We are proving a extended $ 15 store credit you can select a replacement product worth of $ 45."

I have looked at your website and you can clearly see what I have ordered ACCOUNT HISTORY and I have told you what I have not received. You have changed your site in the last 24 hours and the items I saw before are no longer there! I don't need any store credit and I don't believe I will buy anything from your site ever again! I would advise you to refund my money $68+$9 to PayPal immediately. You should resolve this immediately!

Hi, I am very sorry to hear that! The first internet purchase I made was from Sareez.com and after that I used to order regularly. If they did this to me, I am not at all surprised that they are doing this to other people! They finally sent me a salwar suit but has absolutely no shape! Total waste of my Money! If you have ordered from USA then try the USA phone no. and leave a message or file a complaint notice to your PayPal or report to the BBB!

item ordered WEEKS ago. "in production, shipping shortly, shipping in five to six days, , and latest 9/1, material not available.

Hi, I also bought a saree from the sareez.com, but it is totally different what I have seen in the picture. The quality of the saree is really worst, that I have ever seen. Never buy any product from this site. Totally waste of money.

I have had very bad experiences with them. On the one hand they have very low prices but you get what you pay for in customer service. They have no customer service. Basically you put in an order for a custom made outfit with specific design instructions. They send you something in a completely different design. Then when you contact them they say there is nothing they can do since it has already been shipped to you. They do not send you pictures before shipping or talk to you about very significant changes in the design (for example I ordered several umbrella cut lehengas which they did not stitch in an umbrella cut pattern). As a customer you have no recourse. And they know that there is nothing that you can do about it. Also the workmanship is horrible No attention to detail

hello, i too got scammed, they did not even delivery my product, excuses were there is a manufacturing dealy etc. etc. over a month and no suit... these are scammers, people do not order from sareez.com
