Free Trial Eyelash enhancer
I wanted a free trial "eyelash" enhancer with a shipment fee of $5.99. By the time I got to the checkout a $50 Discount Rewards card was placed with my free trial eyelash request bringing the total charge to $55.89. I do not want this discount card and will authorize my bank to not pay this charge. This type of practice is illegal. You cannot force a product on a consumer without their permission and I am NOT giving my permission for you to charge me for a $50 Rewards Card. I will pay the $5.99 shipping fee but that's all. If I see that you've charged me for a $50 Rewards card, that I did not ask for, I will instruct my bank to reverse the charge and I will contact the Better Business Bureau about your business practices.
Buy Beauty subscription
I bout a product called Venapro. I paid full price. There was no free trial offer. They signed me up for a free subscription to Buy Beauty that has nothing to do with the Venapro. I did not no or give my permission to do this.mit Is 39.97 since and I was charged three time is one month. I do not want their beauty buy as I didn't sign up for it. I unchecked the box. It has nothing to do with Venapro. I want it stoppe and I want my money returned.
I called them and they said to bad I was automation enrolled when I bout the ventapro. There was nothing thy could do. She hung up on me the subscription isn't for ventapro it is for Beauty Buy.mi don't even know hat it is. I want my money refunded and I want no charge.

Need a resolution not retoric
I purchased 5 bottles of Zeta Clear O/No [protected], I then got an unsolicited order [protected] for Discount Rewards, Membership Subscription @ $0, then [protected] for $20, then [protected] for $20. I want this "subscription cancelled and $40 returned immediately.
EXACT same thing happened to me. I called the provided phone number for customer service. The woman on the other line told me they would not cancel the order and that the charges were nonrefundable. She also would not give me the name of the company she was representing. I had asked because the receipt for my unexpected charges does not even identify the company I am supposed to be paying. I did all I could to resolve this properly. Now I am going to file complaints with all the consumer monitoring groups I can -- against Santrjinico as well as Idol Lash. Shame on you.
