on the 10 of last month my former land lord asked me to come out and said he wanted to talk about my deposit and said that I had mail oh yes we did a lot of talking, I went upstairs with him and as I looked over the railing I was attacked from behind and from the right side two men against a disabled man, I walk with a cane and I am in the throes of pain and soon will see the light of this world no more, to make a long story short I fought them teeth and nail and brought them got them down stairs we waited for the police and of course with time on there hands (the bad guys) they stomped me and yelled insults at me while waiting for the police as I lay there all bloody and bruised I thought boy I wish these guys would have brought a book to my beating as it would have saved me from a few kicks in the head, you know something to take there interest off me something along the lines of "is your torture life dull and listless spruce it up in ten easy lessons " so when the police showed up I thought omg I am saved my heroes how wrong I was the cops where yelling at me and told me to get in the back of the car they all saw the blood dripping down my arm and I showed them the ugly welts of mayhem on my battered body. the owner and his son where so intent on harming me they took little notice of my care provider the state was so kind to give, me she in fact ran up the stairs to my aid she gave a statement to the police but gee they ran out of pens to write anything down and they banished me to the back of the cop car, these men said they were so afraid of me a man who has an amputation heat illness liver damage and just a whole bunch of stuff (I am lucky I still look good for being sick and 50) so the cops said to me oh well now we will let you go this time but do not come back I just could not shake the idea the land lord had this little schem planed out ummm so I waited for a report from the cops at the time I did not know they did not take any statements as I contacted the da god bless them but they do try but being poor and disabled I to not think I will see any justice done oh yes my case number is 09-161-0445-277-4161 thanks
