These people are a joke they think there above the law. Take children from there father. To keep w there unstable mother. Who drinks, drives and leaves kids so she can go out daily.. Cps in San bernardino does not do there job. There appointed so called attorneys talk to you 5 mind prior to court. This place is a scammmm. Mothers social media says it all bit yet they close there eyes.. stop messing w innocent Children

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Let’s forget they removed my child without a warrant. I am suing them and this office specifically. They just toss you in a cold dirty empty office to see your child. Dirty, sticky tables. chairs if you are lucky. But don’t kick up a fuss because then they take your chairs away and you have to sit on the disgusting floor where if you look for about two minutes you will see roaches and other types of bugs and dirt. The workers are rude. Callous. Heartless. If they don’t like you, you don’t get it reunite with your child. they will lie under oath.They will change reports. Your forms will be filled out incorrectly. They will withhold your visits. This place sucks. GET YOUR Delivered service logs!

my case worker lied to the courts his name is Robert. And Kristina Kemper, melinda sandoval all lied in their reports and took my kid with out a warrant based on lies

They took me they have o problem leaving her with me, the a week later removed with a warrant and never contacted my tribe

I have harassing text messages on my phone from a medical case worker. I know her personally. She is now texting my brother as well. She threatened me and has said somethings that are inappropriate. I've got CPS was supposed to be about reuniting families I was never even given this chance after my children were removed because of an issue that didn't Even involved my children they were at school This has been an an absolutely horrible nightmare that my children and I are been living through and and thinking that they were gonna be able to come home soon it went the opposite and now they're saying they're being adopted down I'm never allowed to see them again I did what cps asked for me. I wasn't even Allowed to speak at my own trial Nor defend myself nor even talk about this case through this whole entire process the judge has made no decisions on her own she just goes by whatever CPS tells her to say and same with the given lawyer Pablo Castro. CPS has been planning my children's adoption since the day that the system got involved never a chance a family reunification CPS is not about helping people it's about hurting families

My name's Jacklyn Donohue and I have been having a CPS worker Krystal Monique Cortez harass me about my children. I full complied with her wishes that she wanted me and my fiancee to do. And we did as she said. Passed out drugs test that she requested from us. Made my daughter's appointment for speech therapy like she told me to do. She is retaliating against me because I stated."Go worry about the families who need it" so now my kids are. being detained and are with these strangers. My kids have never been with strangers only with family their whole lives. She is making my kids mental and emotional health worse. And making them feel there is no hope. Be cause of her PRIDE. She took my kids. I would like to put my complaint in and Ian Pershing to sue her and or the Child Protective services for tormenting my family and puting my kids through this situation that is unnecessary. Cps worker Magally villereal removed my son from home with no reason at all. She took him because the dad and the step mom burned my son 3 times. Social worker Teresa Atchley took the case and defended the dad and his wife saying that him getting burned 3 times were just an accident. They have my son and I don't. And I did nothing wrong. She lies to the court I mean she literally lied about everything except for one honest thing . These people need to be stopped. Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana are horrible horrible people:

I just wanted a right to a fair trial I was deniedi they give me a number to a court appointed attorney who doesn't call me back failed to tell me my court dates and social workers have facts that are not true in the court report I have finished services and the original social worker that made the aligation a in another county are under investigation

I dont know who to ask for help my sisters 3 kids were taken by cps and they arrested her and her her boyfriend which is the father ofthe childern, and social worker melinda sandoval summers refused to place the kids with tmy mom which is the grandma of the kids but we havent been able to get in contact with any case workers the judge granted for the kids to be placed with family which they have not done so and we cant seem to get in contact with any one in the rancho office can you please advise me on what i can do [protected] my name is stephanie

Alexander-kelley, penny I guess is a county council member is refusing to give me a complaint for to file against miles kowalski she wants me to just talk to her and says they dont have a way for me to file a complaint which is wrong and if its not wrong then they need to make it where a complaint can be filed they are public servants and need to be held accountable for their actions they work for us and penny is a huge liar I read up on her she has a history of being a crooked liar I want complaint forms like they are suppose to have accessible for the public at all times I have been trying to get it for weeks now and its not the only issue im havin public records is also something they dont like to give out san bernadino county has officials who forgot who pays there very high wages and if I dont recieve what im suppose to get soon this is gunna cost the county a pretty penny then maybe they will start actin the way suppose to... Their the reasons why the sheriffs and police think they are all above the law if u have people on top treating the public like their second class citizens how do u think the people who takes orders from them will act this county is a joke n needs to get their act together

My case worker since march 2019 i havent seen her talked to her i tryed getting in contact with her leave messages never once received a call voicemail called for referrs to get back inrolled for my classes n ask for bus passes then called for gas cards called for help n not once received a call back i could of gotten my son back if she would of just called me back for me to either get back on track with classes or i even try to get inpatient program n needed a referr for inpatient from her to give to these programs n still nothing i am now on my own to get enrolled myself in classes or inpatient program which i am now in progress in getting inpatient program soon but still need someone to know how my case worker isnt for helping parents n children getting back at all n she shouldn't be working or should be retrain on her job n she isnt far not one bit

I called Stacy May 31, 2019 to inquire about the lack of information on the police report #[protected] and she said someone would get back to me. I haven't heard anything so I call again today 6/7/2019 and the lady that answered the phone said that Stacey wasn't back until Monday. When I told her I cannot call Monday due to work she started screaming at me saying "THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT ". I felt like she doesn't care about anything or anyone and should work in a different field if she has to tell at people. She slammed the phone down and transferred me to the Watch Commander without even telling me she was doing that. I left a message on the Watch Commanders phone.

I have three grandkids in the custody of San Bernardino CPS for the past year. I have been trying to see and get custody of my grand babies I have emailed this woman and called her with no response throughout the year. I was always either she was going on vacation or she was just not answering. When she finally answered, she told me that they had to get everyone's information that was going to be in the home with the kids. I sent that to her. Then I had a problem with my residence to where I had to move out and find a place. I finally got an apartment and now she said that they had disqualified me because I didn't do what she wanted which was everyone's information. I want to get full custody of my grandkids, can you please help me before it's too late and they are adopted by someone else.

My name is Barbara Gant.I have been trying to get ahold of Nancy Ramirez (social worker for cfs) for three days in a row. I also wrote a email to them with no response.I have 2 nieces and one nephew that is their custody and no one seems to care enough to ease a concerned family members mind.I just want a call to find out how they are doing and i want to file for custody of them.I just want to know what i need to do on my end to secure custody.Its like sending a phonecall and e-mail into a the blackhole.Information is going in, none coming out.PLEASE HELP!
