Samsung Samsung Mobile Note 4 Issue

But I would like to provide my feedback which I have got from Samsung.

I purchased Samsung Note 4 on a 24 Month Contract in July 2015, in November 2015 phone speaker was not working and had to walk to Samsung Service Centre in Reading. They fixed in couple of days.

After fixing the problem I realized that when I attend or make any call from phone the screen used to go blank before I got the phone near to my ear and to make the screen active I had to press the physical button.

So I again walked into the same store on 31/01/2016 and they said that the screen near the proximity sensor has come out slightly as the fitting would have not been proper when it was fixed. So they happily fixed the issue within 1 hr and gave me the phone back.

After coming home, the same issue happened which they ideally fixed. I really feel sad and frustrated that I need get my phone repaired again by Samsung Service centre.

During both instant they confirmed that all testing has been done thoroughly and it should be alright. Attached is the 2 cases I had logged in Samsung Service Centre Reading.

I am not confident now and can my phone be simply replaced.

I tried to contact customer care on designated no. 198, 333, [protected] but could not contact and no help.
could you please take necessary action so that I AM able to get SMS ON THIS PREPAID NO. [protected].

Samsung sku #ls24e510cs/za

I placed an order back in November 2015 for 2 - 24" Curved Monitor and the product is still on back order on the Samsung site. Its February 2016 now.

The odd part is its being sold in all their vendor stores (Staples, Walmart ect..). I am done shopping with Samsung in the future. I really hope Apple start competing more with Samsung so they can be out of business.

Samsung vacuum cleaner

No customer service! clearly samsung does not care about its customers once the product leaves the showroom floor. I cannot even begin to describe my frustration. all I want is a brush head for my vacuum cleaner (model number vcdc20ch, model code vc20chndcnc/sg) I placed countless calls over a period of 1 week to the service and parts centre, to which I was referred, in an attempt to obtain the part; I left my requests and no one gets back to me. email and online live chat do not work. I ring samsung direct and they refer me back to the same service centre, which appears to be the only one, and who half the time don't even answer their phones. after playing a song and dance with the samsung customer "service" operator who was incapable of a discussion that was unscripted, and could not provide any options, I asked for someone more senior. I have left my enquirer with them, whether I get any solution will remain to be seen. regardless, the whole experience has left me sour, I will never buy another product unless I check their customer service record first.

Samsung I bought samsung s6 with gear s watch 5 months ago, gear s watch worked only two week

I started use I phone 6years ago I use phone3-4-5 . I decided to use Samsung S6 5 months ago. I bought Samsung S6 with Gear Watch but I used watch only two week. When I send to service in the Eskisehir They informed me that there is no more wacht in the stock.
A few times I cooled them to we they do. they said they will money back.
In the same time I am paining my payment every month with compain interest.
I am still waiting some boyd to help me during the five months.
I want to know what is going to be.
Please, I want to have a wacht or Money back immediatly.
I have to talk to somebody who is responsible!

Samsung dishwasher

Samsung support usa east) - horrible support and very unpleasant experience. I was getting a call from michelle located in nj about broken (Samsung was not able to fix their product) her phone number is: [protected]. I was pushed extremely hard to get a refund and not a exchange unit. The problem is: 12 month ago i bough a brand new dishwasher. In 4 months it got broken. Technician came twice to fix it and finally did a job (I had to take two days off of my job). In a few month it got broken again. Now technician came again twice and fixed the unit (I had to take again two days off of my work). And finally last december unit got broken again. But here when ugly things started to pop up. Unit flooded my entire kitchen floor and base cabinets were just destroyed. Now i have no working dishwasher nor kitchen to use. Technician came again and "fixed it". I started a cycle upon his departure and here you go...The dishwasher flooded kitchen again, but now heater and a few outlets were damaged and water all over the floor. I have called samsung a filed two ticket for damage and repair of dishwasher but now i requested replace of it. Samsung seemed to agree to replace it. In two week i had no word from them. I decided to call and find out what is going on. I was shocked big times.They said that they are going to buy back the unit because there is no replacement because this model was discontinued (Because of known problems with other customers) however they have similar unit but a different model, literally one letter difference. So, in other words the "old" model became a "new" model with fixes. Anyway, i requested to replace to that one because the dishwasher should be good as it is and should have the same functionality. Samsung seemed to agree however in two week no word back again. I started to call almost every day. They put me in a loop, what a shame. Anyways almost two months i have no word back, nor dishwasher replaced nor kitchen fixed. Such a great support samsung and shame on you. I decided to return all samsung appliances back to them and will be using different brand. So, i would not recommend samsung even to my enemies, never ever buy samsung!

Samsung split air conditioner

I purchased a brand new split airconditioner from m/s a g marketing vide invoice no sc3329 on 14-12-2015 bearing model no ar18jc5jamvnna-sac - sno.037mppdg100497 and ar18jc5jamvxna-sac-sno .037nppbg100558. Under samsung ref no cac49s5803772557584. Next day on 15-12-2015 came the company person for installation of the unit. On opening the case it was found that the indoor unit was damaged having many scratches and lots of dust, as if it was removed from some other location and sent to us. On asking he said it is due to dust in the godown and nothing serious. And he installed the indoor unit despite my complaint for genuinness of the product. Lateron after installtion of the outdoor unit it was found that the unit is also defective and there is no gas in it. When we complained about this to the dealer he said that some models of the airconditioners are deliverd without gas (Which is totally wrong) and he will refill the gas and start the unit, to this I objected and asked for the replacement of the unit. And said that I have paid for the new unit and you should replace the unit with the new one. On this he denied for the replacement and said that we should not have opened the unit and get the installation done if it was defective. Now it can only be repaired and not replaced. I cant understand that how a person can know that the unit he has purchased is defective and damage until it is opened and that to by your own srevice engineer. So I denied that when I am purchasing a brand new set and paying for it then why should I accept this defective set. This is cheating done by the dealer by delivering the defective and damaged set to me delebrately and forcing to accept as if the samsung company always sells and cheats their coustomers by supllying the damaged and defective articles. Afterwords my complaint was referred to the service center and still unsolved till date. Service center of the company is also not responding well as if to protect their dealers fault and forcing me to accept the damaged unit

Samsung repair of my phone

several months ago I bought a new Samsung S3 phone. After aprox. 3 weeks I had to send phone back for repairs. As soon as phone came back I still had the same problem. This went on for a total of 4 times till I demanded a new phone. They sent me a new phone and when I received it I could not activate it with boost network.AFTER 2 WEEKS OF PHONE CALLS WITH SAMSUNG THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIRS. HERE WE GO AGAIN. These people are total SPACE CADETS from 10/15/15 till present day 1/16/16 last ticket number [protected] last supervisor I talked to was ORLANDO

first phone started 3 weeks after I received it on 10/15/15 this went on for a total of 4 repairs for the same problem. finally I demanded a new phone and when I received it on 1/4/16 I could not activate it and it had to be sent back. These people lie to you and care nothing about wasting your time.

Samsung tab not working

Hi, This is sujatha from kanchipuram working as a Assit.Prof.i had purchased mobile from sigapore once i came to India and took that tab for use it is not working. i went to service center in kanchipuram they said they wont take this issue and they told to give this mobile in valluvar kottam in chennai TVS Samsung i have given there.Now they are telling that if i works and not works also we have to do payment for the engineers.I want my handset to get resolve my complaint that set have to work i wont give any payment for that past five months back i have purchased you people have cheated with the product.so kindly reply me i have sent number of times still no reponse from your side.If this was not taken and give reply i will put a case in consumer court.i cant waste my time if u cant work proper and give response to the customer then y u r releasing ur product to the market.you people were making us to get angry bcoz of your poor service. regards suji([protected])

Samsung bar fridge

Samsung bar fridge was bought from Dion Wired on the 02/02/2014.Barcode [protected].Complained to Dion Wired they sent us to the samsung desk where we placed the complaint.They sent a technician from Technifix who ### the problem came back another day to repair, the problem still continued Technifix came back to repair the problem still continued. Technifix has been to me six times(task no.164891&task no.168038).The freezer part of the fridge freezes where the door panel juttes out, not allowing us to close freezer door, it even freezes on the under panel of the freezer but the fridge itself does not cool anything, in the past we have food, fruits and milk get spoiled.The fridge is now not allowing me to defrost. On the 04/01/2016 we contacted Technifix they said they cannot help me I must phone Samsung on [protected] which was not working i finally got through on [protected] they were suppose to contact me but didn't one week has passed and now what must I do with a fridge that does not work.I would like a quick response to this problem. Samsung washing machine

- my problem started on 10 December 2015, i requested maintenance to my washing machine, they recommended to change spare part with cost 700 Egyptian pound and told me it will be as the new one, i agreed . after my first trail after installation of the new spare part, i found the problem still exists and strange sound occurred. i called them again, after there visit they need 2000 Egyptian pound over 700 Egyptian pound, so my recommendation 1- as the main problem still exist after the new spare part . take your spare and give me my money back as if i know that i will cost 2700 i will by new one . 2- or as there first recommendation it will be as new one repair with 700 Egyptian pound as the problem appeared due to your bad maintenance. - the main shock and the biggest, i called Egypt Samsung hotline several times, i send to Samsung Web Site, no one contacted me to solve my problem .every call to Samsung hotline, we will make complain and wait call from our side . - finally me and my family the only one who suffer as form 10 December up to date as we couldn't us the washing machine, all our mistake that we trust in Samsung products.and support Micheal Ragai [protected]

Samsung incompetent rude unresolved service

I bought a brand new washer and dryer samsung. Both front loader. The washer was leaking and dented after delivery. 2 days later when i first turned it on i immediately called 1800 samsung. This was obviousy under warranty. The service was humiliatingly rude. Very demeaning and insulting. I called 457 times. They lost ticket numbers and delayed service Representative to come. Finally 2 months later service man came said it was not repsirable and sent in a request fir replacement. In this time 8 representatives said they will replace washer and dryer and take the other new ones. 127 service reps stated its too late now. They stslled for 4 months. And then blocked my calls and stated no we will not comply to replace brand new washer that was defective beyond repair. Service rep sent files. Samsund lied and said they never received it. Service man that works for samsung said i feel so sorry for you. But i have no more time to deal with them. I spent lots and lots of money one brand new washer and dryer 6 months ago. Ive been fighting ever since. And go to laundry mat for 6 months now. Lots of money lost. But due to the incompetent rude debilitating customer service for samsung. I want to esculate this yo a replacement and full refund. As ive spent over 500 on laundry mat plus gas and labour equals enough as i pasid for my washer and dryer 1556.00 I hope to hear from you. Samsung side by side refrigerator

I have purchase my Samsung Refrigerator (double door) on dated 29/10/2009 from Sargam Electronics, Rohini, Delhi-110085 . Invoice No. SJR 3866. While purchasing the refrigerator I was well informed by the dealer that it has 10 years compressor warranty . Further 10 years warranty was informed by Samsung engineer Mr. Rohit Sharma who came for the initial installation of the refrigerator . Now when my fridge was not cooling on both sides I called customer care on dt 11.12.15, was informed compressor is not working, complaint ref no [protected] the call was attended by Ms Sneha & confirmed the compressor of your model is under warranty & will be replaced free of cost . But the service centre informed we are a different body & cannot provide warranty . It is really surprising that company of Samsung repute cannot confirm among each other regarding the warranty among customer care & service centre, they donot have any coordination between each other, on speaking to service centre we felt that they have an upper edge than the Samsung customer care . Again we were confirmed 10 years warranty on compressor while talking in customer care on 15/12/15, complaint ref no [protected] call was attended by Ms. Mrunal, on informing the problem, she confirmed that your compressor is under 10 years warranty & we apologies on behalf of service centre & am appointing an engineer namely Ajay Kumar who will rectify your problem by next day positively . Till now received no solution to the problem except running around and becoming sandwiched between Samsung customer care centre & service centre who donot have any co-ordination between each other . After this episode we received a call from Gurgaon customercare from Mr. Abhishek ( Donot know which position he holds in Samsung ) trying to ask question to make the compressor not under warranty . He asked me warranty sticker on fridge ( knowing himself it will not be there as company started putting the same only 2 years back . What was the reason asking a question from a customer which is not valid for the issue of 5 year old refrigerator) . Then came up with other question : That your compressor is inverter operated or not ( knowing customers are not technically educated to answer such questions) and answered himself your model has inverter operated compressor hence not under warranty but I would have given you warranty if it would have been non inverter compressor. When both compressors are of same time, then why 10 year warranty on one & not on other . Here making my compressor inverter operated ( & passed the judgement not under warranty ) & have taken the instant decision if would have been non inverter compressor ( which he knows now is not ) can provide the warranty . This clearly shows trying to force the customer to go under non warranty . Different versions from Samsung employs shows I have been cheated or duped . This means what dealer, Samsung installation engineer followed by Samsung customer care people who have informed that your compressor is under warranty are wrong & service centre & Mr. Abhishek ( Samsung Gurgaon ) are right ! After Abhishek we have received call from Anuja ( Senior executive) who has been well informed by Abhishek about the matter but still said she will be taking 3-4 days to respond . To our surprise the customer care of Samsung company are positive about the warranty & whereas gurgaon Samsung were not able to confirm for the same . There is a lack at Samsung end that after giving the model no. & Serial no. of the fridge they kept on saying we are looking into the matter, whereas they should have been very clear in informing the status there & then. It is so confusing that the customer care is right or Gurgaon Samsung is right. To sum up I have been informed from the beginning while purchasing the fridge & till reached Samsung customer care that compressor is under warranty . The lack of information between Samsung people & giving wrong information to customer by their own staff becomes the complete responsibility of the Samsung to solve at their end & to take care the customer should not be harassed if they face any problem in their product life which is clearly informed by their own staff that it is under warranty ! Its been more than 15 days my things are lying outside without a working refrigerator which is not a luxury but a necessity now . Samsung refrigerator

I registered a call to repair my refrigerator with Samsung customer care 1 week back and I was given the service call registration number [protected]. But even after several reminders via customer care, their service staff never turned up for conducting a repair. We are struggling here without a refrigerator. Had I been informed of their inability to attend to this, I would have done an alternative arrangement. But samsung people kept saying they'll attend to the repair without acting on their own words for the past 1 week. I wonder why this company has engaged such people in the customer service area. Sorry for being so hard. I am frustrated with their service people with people who absolutely have no service mindset. They need to attend to this this problem of your own immediately to save their company from failure. If this trend continues, they are doomed to fail. I am determined to take this complaint to their Korean head office.

Samsung range warranty repair range model: fe710drs

We've had this oven for 11 months. the first problem was that the top burner indicator light would not go out. i'm not talking about the hot top indicator it is the little red light above the burner knobs. never did get it fixed but the issue went away after a few months. the oven door glass is dirty in between the insulated glass panes with no way to clean them. big problem. about ten days ago the oven started tripping the circuit breaker. initially I thought it was the circuit breaker itself but before I could go get another one it tripped for the 3rd time. my wife turned off as usual all of the burners then I reset the breaker. this time when she went to turn on the left front burner (different burner than had the previous light issue) it gave a loud pop with yellow flash and shocked my wife. I called best buy and they set up an appointment through samsung for the next day between 9 and 12. at 12 noon I called asking where they were and was told no appointment was made for me and they had no record of my *conformation* number 8918167. I then called bestbuy and was transferred to samsung. the line went dead twice while waiting and each time I called I had to go through the issue all over again only to be again transferred to the executive service. (getting real tired of hearing the crap about a survey... i'm looking forward to filling it out). they set up another appointment ticket number [protected] which didn't happen until after the christmas weekend when I had 16 people in the house for christmas dinner. between a neighbors oven and a toaster oven somehow my poor nearly electrocuted wife got through it. the following monday after christmas weekend a repairman arrived and only fixed the burner and did nothing about the issue of it previously tripping the breaker. today one day later, the burners no longer work. i've been on the line to samsung executive care since 3:45 pm and it is now 6:51 pm and I am still listening to the samsung executive service hold message.

Samsung twice the tv has stop working

Respected ceo, with great shock and heavy heart I am mailing you again after a year for the issue in led tv 32” h5100. As it has become a recurring problem on this product. First time - I bought samsung led h5100 on 10/4/14 from reliance retail ltd. Mulund r - mall. The product got problem on 5/5/14 in the picture tube else backlight is gone. I asked to register a complain they told that I have to complain in samsung as it is their responsibility not reliance. That time my registered complain no with samsung is "[protected]", receipt attached. Any how it was sorted with very very long follow up with executive and that time also I had mailed to you, and I got the refund of the amount. Now again second time – I bought same model from kings electronics pvt ltd. Airoli. On 19/5/15 invoice no - air/tv/113/14-15. Just because of reliability in samsung but now just after 1 year the recurring problem likely from the first product came again. Now the power is not coming in the tv and not getting on. I had coordinated to many peoples from samsung sitting in senior position got answer that we are not the concern person to solve it. I had to coordinate to customer care and I had to pay for it for service and so. It is very unfortunate to the quality controller check in samsung is very very low for that reason second product is faulty again. I think we had not bought any “toy or vegetable” which goes off in a year and can buy again. I am having other product like ac, microwave, washing machice of samsung which are still in working condition without any fault from last 8 yrs. If you want I will send you receipt. If I go for servicing I had to pay around 1200k + or – for service exe. Visit and other for repairing and new device installing into it. Which is a very big question that this tv wont be having problem in future becz it’s a faulty product anyhow. And your toll free no. Are not working – [protected], [protected] I am forwarding the name detail attached whom I had contact with no result. And I am very sure if I call other too will give same answer. Dear Sir, Due to heavy disaster in chennai due to rain, astonished when spoke Samsung customer care for free service and repair. We trusted your company and bough all products of your company, TV, FRIDGE, Washing Machine, Mobile phones etc, , but at this juncture your people say that it is having a date criteria - from 2011 ONWARDS you are giving free service.
